I have been getting my meals since January 2021. The food is great with many options to choose from. The team is friendly and professional. I have been working with Sierra and she has done a great job with meal planning and general health information. I would recommend trying there food and service if you are in need of prepared meals.

Giving this place the highest rating possible. I come in every Sunday morning now, mind you I’ve been there now twice before. Either way the employees have greeted me and did not make me feel under pressure or uncomfortable. I love the portion control and being able to log macros into my calorie counter. NEVERTHELESS THE FOOD TASTE AMAZING!

This ia an absolute must have for busy individuals looking to eat healthy. The food is yummy and super convenient.

My Mom just got out of the hospital and my Dad is her caretaker which typically means they are eating frozen dinners and take out. They also live outside the delivery area for all of the food delivery apps. I live in Atlanta so I was looking for a solution that could feed them healthy food that was palatable for people over 60 and that would not break the bank. I called fitlife and explained my situation and they told me how their service worked. They also did so with empathy and were willing to do whatever it took to help my parents. You have no idea what that means to the consumer to feel like someone cares and wants to help. I often feel helpless up here in Atlanta with my aging parents down in Florida. I was able to view the inventory that they had in the store, pick out their meals for the next few days and when my parents arrived about 45min later they ran out the door with their food. My parents did not even have to get out of the car. After they picked it up I received a phone call from Hailey and Victoria letting me know that they got their food and told me how sweet my mom was. That is epitome of customer service and I will definitely share my experience. Its sad that service like this rare now-a-days. Thank you for taking care of my parents when I could not.

I love the food here! Everything is fresh, and so much variety. Staff are always pleasant and helpful too, give it a try, you wont be disappointed!

Shelves were pretty close to empty. But I found 4 meals and went to purchase them and was told “we aren’t accepting cash anymore”. “Ya know with Covid and everything”. Well I won’t be coming back there and neither should you!

We ordered these meals to make our lives easier in this crazy time, which it did. The meals looked great but once they were heated they were extremely bland and the quality of the meat was just barely acceptable (especially the chicken it was fatty and had a lot of dark meat). The shrimp and Salmon was also slightly fishy and I had to cover it in Hot sauce to hide that. I was very disappointed in all these meals. I had previously got meals from the one in St Pete and the meals there were much better.I would like to say I would order these again for convenience purposes but unfortunately the quality was just not there.

I can’t believe how good the good actually is! While I wish they had more Paleo options, this has been a delicious time saving option for me. I always have a few meals in my fridge and it saves me from grabbing fast food to bad food on the go! Very flavorful, fresh and great portion sizes. I’m hooked!

Great selection of items and super convenient to bring to work. My favorite is the Tampa Bay Mac n Cheese ! It was so yummy and the mac n cheese had a full serving of veggies in it. I love that their dishes are indulgent without the guilt. A definite must try !

Talk about top notch customer service!! Its not often you go into a store and are greeted by vibrant, knowledgeable and helpful associates but this place does just that! LOVE the food and concept! Makes crazy weeks SO much less stressful!

First off, if youre worried about Fitlife not having an inventory, then go on a day they get their shipments. Hopefully you all know the meals are hand prepared and shipped, so yes... there will be a time where you wont get what you prefer. The whole purpose of this company is to give us fresh food. As a customer, we should praise them for not overstocking and adding extra sodium and preservative that are unnecessary.My objective is to be healthy and to live a fit life. I am 26 years old, work a 40 hour week, go to the gym daily and take care of 2 dogs. Its a priority of mine to eat healthy, yet I find myself struggling to create a variety of healthy foods without cringing at the taste. I love that the chef has concocted an array of healthy foods that taste delicious. So like I said, my objective is to be healthy and to live a fit life. Fitlife has helped me achieve that goal.

Love this place! Healthy food for people on the go! And loved the food! It is fresh and delicious. They offer a free analysis to determine your ideal nutrition and caloric intake, which Ill do on my next visit. Worth the stop!

Short Review: The food is okay, portion size is in good range but of course youll be paying a premium for the convenience factor. Cannot recommend the delivery option at this time for anyone.I have never given a poor review for any company but felt as if this is warranted. I was excited to choose the delivery option as Im a very busy medical student with barely any time to acquire nutritious food. I chose the one-time delivery option for the week where I had multiple exams and knew I wouldnt be able to leave my apartment.When I received my food the first thing I noticed was that they forgot a protein potato skin meal (I had quantity 2 they must have missed that). I thought ok, well now the average price per meal is over $11.50 for sub-500 calorie meals.... a little crazy. Anyway I enjoyed most of the meals for the week and went on with my life.However, that next weekend I was shocked to see I was charged another $128.35!!!!! I am a tech-savvy 24 year old and I am 100% certain I chose one-time delivery. I specifically recall making sure to choose the one-time delivery. Yet they had my account on a recurring weekly purchase! I panicked and immediately checked emails looking for some sort of evidence but of course none would display that I chose one-time delivery. I immediately logged into my account and cancelled the recurring weekly subscription that it mistakenly had me signed up for, then called the store the next morning when they opened.On the phone, an employee claimed it sounded like a mistake on their end and said I would most likely be receiving my money back. I also told her about my missing meal and she said oh bummer... offered no sort of solution. She said a manager would call the next day, which never happened so I called the next day for an update. The manager claimed her IT guy said I cancelled my subscription too late, which made it clear she didnt understand my situation. I never shouldve had to cancel because I never chose recurring!! I am kicking myself for throwing away the receipt for that first food shipment because I guarantee it said one-time delivery. Now Im stuck here with a $128 loss and a stack of bland food that I already ate all last week.I cannot believe a business would treat a customer this way and make zero attempts to ameliorate the situation. I hope they resolve their customer service and technological deficiencies, I will not be returning.
