The Honey Baked Ham products are wonderful. I advise, however, that you go to a different location especially when ordering in advance for pick up service. I placed an order online that I need to cancel due to a change in plans. This store doesnt know how to cancel an online order but they can fulfill online orders. I was told the owner would call me yesterday. I have received no phone call nor has my credit card been credited with a refund.

This is the fourth Honey Baked Ham I’ve visited in six months. I walked in to find the employee sitting. His attitude was that of someone who did not want to be bothered. I ordered a salad and purchased a bottled water. After paying for my order I inquired about silverware, none was provided. He pointed to a few forks and spoons. No knives and no napkins. Of course their was a tip jar on the counter soliciting for money.My first experience in Honey Baked Ham was in March 2018 in Brandon, Florida. I purchased a sandwich. Later I contacted food poisoning from it. I contacted them the following day. They were apologetic and offered coupons. I said that would be great. I have yet to receive any coupons. It upsets me more that they offered them and did not follow thru on their promise. The food poisoning was bad enough.The Honey Baked Ham in Sarasota, Florida is the best one I’ve visited. The employees are friendly and generous. Sadly the other three stores I’ve visited have been sorely lacking in customer service and quality. With my experiences from this franchise it astounds me how it stays in operation

Pre-ordered a beautiful ham for Christmas from the Manatee Avenue location... even with social distancing I was in & out in under 5 minutes! Great customer service, very clean service stations. And, the ham is DEElish!

High quality ham chain. Perfect for holidays or regular family get together. We were in the. For a beach vacation and bought a quarter bone in ham for the fridge to use for sandwiches, late night snacks, and even cut up in our eggs in the morning.The female staff that was working was a pleasure. She knew the product and was very friendly and helpful with my questions. She made my purchase very easy. Once I got home, I had the best ham sandwich Ive ever had! (Horseradish baby!)

I would give them 5⭐ but I have bought dinners there years ago and the foods great, BUT I called and was just asking a couple of questions and I know how busy get with the holidays here, but I thought she didnt have the time of day for me. I took my time to think I of them and to make them just a little RICHER, Im not saying bad things about the company because the food is great, but like my Grandma always said treat other the way you would want to be treated 🙏 AMEN GRANDMA

Love Honey Baked Ham! So tender, flavorful with a bit of sweetness. Yummy sugary crust. Staff friendly and patient even with the amount of people for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Kathy and her team including Leigh and Mark are a delight just as the product! My place of employment had an event catered by this Manatee Ave West location. Kathy was extremely helpful in the ordering process and helped make sure our order was to our satisfactory. Our company was very pleased with the amount of meat and cheese we received. Everything was ready to go on large party platters and plastic utensils were provided which was vert helpful. The sandwiches were tasty and hit the spot! The sides were delicious and plenty! The triple chocolate cake was to die for. The food was perfect for out event and the clean up was easy! I really enjoyed these amazing, hard working employees. Costumer service was top notch. A little experience but someone only likes there ham.

Never heard of Honey Baked Company until recently and decided to give it a chance for Christmas dinner and I’m SO glad that I did!!! The staff was friendly, and helpful. There were also coupons which helped a lot. I will definitely be back, the ham was the delicious!

Got ham for thanksgiving. It was fantastic. The employees are always professional and knowledgeable.

Love their ham in bone. However I looked at the rolls and they were almost $7.50...a bit expensive. Thank goodness Winn Dixie was next door.

The now have ham by the slice and turkey also. For quick on the go meals. Pot roast and pork roast during summer. Dont forget lunch menu. Delicious

Bad customer service and don’t know how to answer the phone accordingly

Tried to reserve food for Thanksgiving. They told me they would give me a number but nothing is guaranteed. All food is on a first come first serve basis. Then they recommended I pick up about a week before Thanksgiving if I wanted to be sure to get my order as they wouldnt be as busy then. Why would anyone agree to that. One would think this type of business would welcome reservations especially ones a month prior. It would make sense to me that it would help them plan better. But what do I know I only run a 8 million dollar a year manufacturing company. When I inquired about a combination meal they told me those werent available only at corporate stores. The corporate office should regulate them as the give the corporation a bad name. So needless to say I ordered from Publix for 1/2 the cost and they guarantee your order and I can pick up the day prior.

So you order your ham on line to reserve. They you go first thing in the morning and get in line with 30 people in front of you that didnt reserve a ham who all get to pick and choose their ham and size and I get left with one choice of a 5 lb ham ( which I reserved a small one) but others got to see 3 or 4 hams and choose. Made no damn sense that I reserved one. People who took the time to reserved their food ahead of time had no advantage of doing so. You wait for an hour in line right behind the folks who didnt reserve. Lesson learned.

While I feel that honey baked ham has the best hands out there, they were, uncharacteristically, understaffed for 2 days before Thanksgiving. a fair approximation, I believe was approximately four to five times as long as normal.

Ive been here before once and ordered a sandwich from the counter and really liked it. Came back this morning and they refused to cook for me, and I heard them saying stuff about how they are selling 300 dollar hams today so they obviously have no interest in serving customers who dont spend big money. The attitude was a problem, and I will not be going back here. If you dont want to or arent able to serve something, dont advertise it and dont have signs saying you sell it. Waste of time.

Went there to get a honey ham....4 minutes of yelling to get someone to come out from the back...it was empty...she finally came out..I wanted to use a $50 gift card plus $7 off...she only had 2 hams...one $43 & one $73...nothing in between....Really??? Couldnt use the $7 & couldnt get in between. Very sad!!!

Ham not properly wrapped. Picked up Saturday 18th. Wait staff clueless. Got ham home, only to find juice of ham in the bottom of the bag. Had to rewrap the ham. Never again Honey Baked Ham. Red headed woman, worthless. 11/18, 10.05 am

The honeybaked ham is awesome! Great customer service.

They knew this day would come....2 days before Thanksgiving, tons of folks picking up their Holiday orders....it is 5:20pm, there are about 55 people in this line and they have 2 people working and one of them has to also answer phone calls.....lesson learned, never again.
