Walked into the store looking to pawn my 2 12 JL audio speakers in the original box in mint condition with less than 2 years use…. With all that in mind it’s worth about $450.A heavyset man with glasses came out to my car to make sure that they worked, which they did, and when I told him the value of the speakers (because he clearly didn’t know) he immediately low-balled me and offered me $100.I would understand more so if I was trying to sell this item, but I wasn’t, and even then it would be a low-ball price. I made it VERY clear that I would be back for them and did not want to sell.Went to a pawn shop right across the street and they actually took the time to look up the value of my item, after seeing that it was a high priced item they were surprised that all I wanted was $200, and gave it to me without hesitation…

This pawn shop is really honest and reliable. I went to go in and sell some of my old flutes back from high school, and he gave me a fair price. When I went to go check the price with a music store, it was about the same. I would recommend going here because they won’t rip you off and are honest owners. Also, the shop has a dog. Plenty of pawn shops around here! But are they a good pawn shop? I just started to spend my money 💰 with this pawn shop about a week ago and they seem to be fair about prices and have a nice store. I spent a good chunk of $$ on one of their many firearms and have to wait the 3 day period (which is no problem of course) so far they seem to be good, ill come back and finish the review after our deal is finalized

I have purchased items from you guys in past, you guys are awesome, however I do have a question about firearms, I was gifted 3 pistols 1 snub nose 38 and 2 ruger 9mm hand guns, however these guns are in Illinois so they need to find an FFL Dealer to ship those to another FFL dealer (You😃) in my state (Area) so my question is how much does the transfers cost?

I have to say this is one of the best pawn places Ive ever been very friendly they gave me a very good deal on a generator. I saved over $400 compared to buying a new one. Considering this one was practically brand-new with no hours on it. I bought lots and lots of items on this place and have never been dissatisfied. The staff is phenomenal and friendly. Got a loan from this place. Was low balled. Months later I found out that both my SD Cards that were with my camera. Only one was returned to me. Had pictures on the other one, so pretty sure the owner took one of the SD cards to keep. Wouldn’t trust these guys. They are only our for your money. Go to a better pawn shop. There’s one off 41 that’s much better and gives a way better offer.

8/3/2020 5:15 pm I went to this pawnshop this afternoon after work today looking for ammunition found what needed ammo wise at a reasonable price and I also stumble across this mechanic tool I’ve been after for awhile now they had these tool for a really good deal so I put in there layaway plan really good plan.there also knowledgeable on ammunition and firearms friendly staff and a really clean pawnshop I’ve ever been to not Cluttered Like every other pawnshop I’ve been to so I highly recommend this Pawn shop P.S. u can eat off there floors lol 👍👍👍👍

Believe me, if they were all as good as Mad Dog Pawn you wouldnt wait for the Two Minute Warning.Mad Dogs proprietor Joel was one of those rare people who show real dedication to helping while managing NOT to be smarmy. You all know the car-dealer type (what will it take for you to drive off in a new car today).Joel surprised me by knowing enough about what I wanted to be conversant in detail. And he helped make sure that my purchase had full value for me. That involved web searches for info from a User Manual, something he did on his own initiative. At no time while I was there did I feel pressure on my decision. Result: I got what I wanted at an attractive price and left feeling great.Heres a tip for old folks like me, and maybe for younger ones too. Call ahead to see if the item you want is in the shops inventory. Joel was kind enough to make sure he had what I was looking for.I saw many pawn shop options on the web.
