Terrible customer serviceOld woman is more concerned with getting back to playing solitaire than to wait on paying customers. Clearly bothered by your presence, gives you an attitude, blaming you for not being able to understand what you want despite it being drawn out for her.I was screamed at by the old woman when I went for pick up. Both blankets were ruined and I was told “that’s what you asked for.” Never going back and will stop recommending them to family and friends.
