Excellent service and large variety of beautiful jewelry. We bought a necklace years ago and because my wife wears it almost everyday, a small piece was dislodged twice. Regardless of the long time she had it, Jess Jewelers fixed it for free both times.She is now getting her engagement ring reset in a different ring. Using computer modeling, she was able to see a variety of settings and was able to choose the one that really caught her eye.

Last week my husband and I visited Jess Jewelers to hopefully find a ring to replace my damaged engagement ring. I was okay with just wearing my wedding band but my husband wanted me to have a ring to replace it. When we arrived, Darren immediately began to show us numerous rings. Saw Jess while coming out for breakfast and were actually interested in finally getting wedding rings. Looked them up and saw 4.9 stars. We went inside and were greeted by Darren. My wife had a photo of the ring she liked and I had no idea what I wanted. Darren was extremely helpful and showed us different stuff while also giving us ideas how to customize it. The rings we came up with are custom one of kind. With in a week Darren sent us the final drawing of the ring, we approved and after a couple weeks our rings arrived. From concept to final product was about 3 weeks. The rings were absolutely stunning. We can not be happier with our rings. Extremely happy with the workmanship of these rings also. Also, very very reasonably priced in my opinion. Great service, extraordinary craftsmanship and an extremely fair price. We are very happy we found this place. Highest recommendations. Loved this jewelry store!! Amazing estate pieces, unusual contemporary pieces, large selection of pieces not seen at chain stores like Kay or Macy’s, and very friendly and capable staff. On top of that, it’s easy to find and parking is right behind the store. Great practice of photos and detail description on receipt, and excellent effort to work with me on transforming broken pieces and estate pieces into products I will be happy to wear. Short turnaround time for repair as well as the custom work I wanted, and fair pricing. Again, loved this store!

Everyone was very nice and helped me fix an ashes pendant I have of my Dad. The stones kept coming loose and I was afraid I would loose the ashes so they sealed it for me. They were sensitive and very caring. A jeweler was out and turn around time was estimated at 4 weeks but I got it back in 2! Reasonably priced, I will not go anywhere else for jewelry repair. They are amazing!!

Im absolutely blown away by the custom ring Jess Jewelers made for me. I had a collection of various diamonds from different pieces, and didnt know exactly what I wanted (or if they were even usable), but just wanted something a little different. With the stones I had to use and what I would loosely call an idea (as in a lot of different photos from Pinterest), Darren transformed into this gorgeous, really unique ring. What was also really cool about the experience was how involved you get to be during the whole design process, and they spend the time to make it perfect for you. Im pretty picky and annoying and Darren listened to and fulfilled all my requests, but also told me when something I wanted or saw online wouldnt work, which I appreciate. I still cant believe how great it turned out.

Went in to have a necklace fixed with my aunt that was a sentimental chain from her deceased husband. The security guy got the chain fixed for her right on the spot even though they was booked out 5 weeks. I will never go anywhere again but to jess jewelers . My husband bought my engagement ring from Jess over 25 years ago. When we moved to the lower keys a year ago and our 25 year anniversary approached, my guy never even considered a new jeweler. He reached out to Ken at Jess’s and together they designed a 25 year anniversary band. We recently made a trip back to Bradenton and picked it up. I am beyond thrilled with how it turned out and could not have asked for a more perfect gift! While we were there, I had my engagement ring and 10 year anniversary band cleaned. We ran to grab a coffee while we waited and when we picked them up they managed to surprise me with a new setting for my engagement ring!!! We were shopping for a five-year anniversary gift for my wife and stopped by Jess Jewelers. Overall, we had a great, positive experience! From when we first walked in the store, everything was bright, clean and secure (as in, there’s a security guard who monitors the place). Everyone was so friendly and customer service was excellent. In particular, we were greeted by Jason, who helped us every step of the way – my wife was looking for a pair of oval diamond earrings. We learned so much from Jason during the time we were there, and he provided many different options to us (most of which we didn’t know were in existence). We were able to settle on one of the options not available in store, so Jason ordered them for us. While they were supposed to be available for us to pick up in a week, they were delayed (much to our disappoint). However, Jason worked with Tom, the owner, to make things right. They went above and beyond to turn what could have been a negative situation into a positive outcome. When we finally picked up the earrings, they were just as beautiful as Jason described. We requested for a couple of adjustments to be made to the setting, and he obliged without objections. Needless to say, my wife is extremely happy with her anniversary gift! Just got my wedding ring set back from having it sized and Im thrilled. Im not sure how this is possible, but my rings look better than they did when I first got them. I had a little separation anxiety while they were gone, but it was worth all of it because now I can wear them again and theyre beautiful. I lost a stone in my new engagement ring. I took it to Jess jewelers and they replaced the stone and also took the time to check the mounts on the rest of the stones. They did a wonderful job.
