Costco is the best place to shop. Moving here from NJ it is a pleasure to drive up to this Costco with all the beautiful palm trees. Nothing like that in NJ. Lol.Store is clean and staff is friendly.Why shop anywhere else?

What can I say, I love Costco. I have found that if you do your homework you can save a lot of money. Just be reasonable about how much of a product you can use in a given amount of time. I have purchased glasses (great buy) several laptops (good price and good service assistance if needed) along with other household and business products. Great price on gasoline.

Always busy, but there are 3 pumps in each lane. Easy to get around cars after filling.

Great Costco, pretty standard stuff there. They let you use the self checkout by yourself which seems to not be the norm so thats also been nice. Usually pretty busy but still walkable.

What can I say? Just buying gas pays for the membership, PLUS hundreds of dollars a year in a reward certificate for just buying the food and goods you need at the best prices youll find (sorry, Amazon).

Great Costco here - generally easy to get in and out of. Management is doing an excellent job - the employees are always courteous.Brittney makes the best iced coffees or mocha drinks & churros.

For a Costco thats new it has very limited cheese selection and doesnt carry a lot of kirkland products. The employees were all friendly even the managers I talked with were nice. Gas prices are great but the lines at pump can be long.

Wow, the wife and I just joined. Got some really good deals on food, clothing and yard items. We bought roasted chicken was great. Also got the meatloaf dinner that was super great.

Its nice that the prices are low but I only feel comfortable shopping with my dad. I hate to leave a bad review on a place because of how customers are (since the store has no way of changing this) but it feels like a serious problem. Anytime I went on my own I always get rather disapproving glares from people I walk past. Every place that requires a membership seems to attract customer like that. Anytime Ive gone with friends too they also agree that while we were inside, it felt like everyone is silently judging us. Hate to say it, but I dont think this is the best place for people who are socially awkward.

Its a Costco. What is there to say about Costco? Its was clean. The lady gave my daughter a sample she really wanted before the lady was allowed to....seriously, they have time limits on sample stations? Lol

I am not a member yet but I went to get my covid vaccine & no issues getting it done! Everyone from the Greeter forward were more than willing to help me!!

We have purchased Michelin tires on three different occasions with the Costco Tire Department. Carlos provided us with exceptional treatment with the selection and purchase of the last two sets of tires. He explained the differences between the make and model of tires and the special features we were interested in such as the reduction in hydroplaning and flat tire warranty. We had four tires replaced each time and have been very satisfied with service. Carlos was very professional, competent, and efficient. He even checked out our tire which was fairly new and had a slow leak due to a nail. When these tires need replacement, we will be getting Michelin tires from Costco. We highly recommend Costco especially their tire department. They provide quality products and services!

If you are like me that goes to Cotco every week, you would like a little more variety to their products. Overall a good place to shop.

BE AWARE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I am sure this will probably fall on deaf ears when it comes to Costco if their supervisor is any sign of what Costco does. Where do I start, We became new members a year ago and was told that if we did not spend enough to cover the membership then we would get a 60 dollar credit. So we went in to renew our membership and John the supervisor said sorry but your membership expired already so we could not get the credit. He went on to say that we should have gotten a letter in the mail which we did not. He kept saying yes you got the letter like we were lying to him. He then said you should have come in before it expired and we told him if someone would have told us that when we got the membership we would have. Instead of trying to help a customer and making something right about it John just looked at us and said basically tuff luck. John just did not care about trying to help with the problem just brushed us off. All we ask was they make it right since we were told when we got the executive membership $120.00 that we would not lose the money we had coming to us. Never once did they say if you do not come in before you expire that you will lose all of it. Worst customer service I have ever seen especially from a supervisor. Everything you could want or need. The key is to not be in a hurry. They are very fast and efficient with checkout but you still have to have patience. The gas station is the same way. Just dont be in a hurry. It really goes quickly. We are pleased with our membership so far.

Costco has great prices but their staff is terrible. They are unfriendly and rude. Im pretty sure they find the most abrasive people during the interview process and just hire them. Blows my mind how you can make Have a nice day not polite but they do it every single time.On the brightside - NO MORE MASKS!

Everyone from the liquor store to the main store were very helpful. I love the self checkout and being able to order food at the kiosk. I saved 27 cents a gallon on gas and got everything I needed including lunch in one stop!!

Even though we always spend more than I intend, the experience is at least pleasant. With roomy aisles, helpful staff, and decent prices on most things we use, Costco is our once-a-month outing. I wish it was closer to our house, but considering the closest one prior was in Brandon, this is a vast improvement.

Its a Costco, what else is there to say. They sell some great products at good prices if your able to buy in bulk. My favorite thing there is their street tacos.

Some foods are more expensive here, which makes no sense. But I appreciate the cheaper gas prices.

This Costco has not been insanely busy, which has been wonderful. The gas station also has more pumps, which makes it pretty quick to get in and out. Staff has ALWAYS been wonderful. I try to stop here when Im in the area since its easier to get in and out than Brandon.

Another Costco, but a new version, clean, well spaced, staff smiling, helpful and checkout smooth. Oh, there is also gas at this Costco, and usually anywhere from 8 to 10 per gal less, what can you not like about that. Thing I like is, yes you may have to wait in line, but everyone is going the same way, not jocking for a pump; and pumps are clean and so is the driveway!

Big COSTCO fan! I have been to Costcos all over the US, but this one has to be one of the cleanest and most well run. I am in and out of here quickly because the lines run super fast. The store employees are super helpful and always nice to work with.

Wonderful experience everytime we visit. Employees are always helpful in finding things and courteous. Checkout moves quickly and unload and reload your basket.

I pay $120 a year for a membership. So when you’re busy and on a schedule, you’re told that you cannot enter and have to wait in your car until 10am....for senior hours? “Senior hours” are 6a-8a everywhere else. Turns out this is another COVID security theater....lots of these west coast based companies literally just do not get it?!? Don’t they understand that in Florida we do commerce and wasting customer’s valuable time (during normal business hours) will result in losing a longtime customer.Yes, I get it, it’s their right as a business to run their own hours but it’s my right as a consumer to start using Sam’s Club.

Normally I love Costco, but they wouldn’t let me go in to help my mother. I had to stay in the car for ten minutes as she ran in to the store, when I was ready to come inside they said my mom had to come back to the front of the store.... very odd, I’ve never had this problem before.

I usually leave 5 star reviews. Was clearly mis lead by the staff. They told me they had two items in stock. I drove across town 45 mins. They had none. Manager was not understanding in any way. I have given costco thousands over the years. Will think twice about it now

Had a delightful experience in the optical department today. Robin was able to help me order glasses to be picked up at our Texas Costco so I can replace my broken glasses by the time I get home. She was so helpful and pleasant.

Costco has a wide variety of foods and other items to choose from. Big store layout. Lots of room to shop! The prices arent bad considering the selections. You can get a soft drink and a beef hot dog for $1.61!! 😁 Good amount of registers open with very little to no lines.

I enjoy shopping at Costco everytime I go there. My only issue is mens sizing in clothes Costco seems to have pants and shirts for smaller men, very unfair.

Not going to be continuing shopping at Costco if they continue requiring face masks. Floridas Governor AND Fauci have said they arent necessary. What is Costcos problem? Require and maintain distance. Period. You are going to start losing customers!!!

It’s clean, has products with warranty, low prices, cash back, really good quality, the Costco store also has gasoline near their store with the lowest prices for gasoline and products, and they provided the hand sanitizer at the beginning and every corner of their store, they sell anything from grocery to pharmacy to deli with fresh food that they make in front of you with the lowest price, their cashiers always polite, fast and friendly and they always know what they are doing, in the past 10 years of my grocery the cashier never asked for help. They are trained really well. I go to Costco 3 times a week. I feel comfortable to shop there. Their pharmacy is so fast and knowledgeable that I feel like I am in the hospital. I order my prescription, get my grocery, pick my prescription and leave. Love it.

They make shopping fun again.

Large portions most are good buys sneaker prices for sketchers are exceptionally good . Somethings surprisingly were more expensive than Walmart such as coffee pod

Easy parking and clean bathrooms. Not a lot of furniture options in this one but it may just be the season.
