Our Chorus Booster club leadership contacted Big Frog in Bradenton after our usual t-shirt supplier unexpectedly stopped taking calls and responding to emails this year. Haven’t received my order yet however the folks were most concerned the order was exactly what I wanted. Cannot get more custom than that!

Purchased school shirts from this business for my child who started private daycare. After one week of wearing them and washing them (as instructed on rhe tags) the shirts he wore shrunk tremendously. The polos are way shorter than the one that wasnt washed and the cotton t-shirt is not able to be wore now since its so short; it shows my sons stomach. These shirts were not cheap. $90 for toddler shirts should have lasted longer than one week!I reached out to the store and their response was below:I’m sorry to hear that you had this problem, we haven’t received any complaints of shrinking from the other parents.  These are the shirts that (facility location removed) picked out to use, we just decorate them.  The care tags do recommend that they are washed cold and tumble dried low.  Unfortunately we cannot do anything to fix this issue.As a company owner, thats not how you handle business nor how you fix a situation. Beware

The process from start to finish was flawless. I emailed some suggestions, made an appointment with the Designer, and we chose a shirt color and created a design in minutes. The discounted pricing due to being a non-profit was very generous. The shirts was great quality and beautiful. We had volunteers and vendors asking for extra shirts because they were so impressed. Great quality, great staff, great customer service, and great product. This is our second order through Big Frog and we will definitely place all future orders with them.

I bought some cloth masks with my company logo on them and they came out perfect! Not only did they look great, but they were done faster than I expected. I explained what I wanted and the gentleman explained the way the picture would be printed and what looked best and he gave me advice on what would come out better. The staff was amazing! They were super friendly and professional. Tim, the designer, did a great job working with all my ideas and made them a really cool reality. He was extremely proficient at photoshop and it came out exactly how I wanted. Mary was great and made everything work smoothly. The prices are amazing for designer shirts, definitely the cheapest I have ever seen them! I was in and out of there in under an hour and they promised to have it ready by the same or next day. The selection of shirts is significant and access to items online that arent in the store is great as well. The staff was so patient and offered a lot of help for us to finalize our project in just the way we wanted. We were not mindful of the staffs time but are grateful for the extra attention they showed to be sure we got just what we needed even though we werent sure what we wanted! We were not the easiest customers but got the best service. I havent picked up the final product yet but am sure Id rate you an 11 of 10 once I see it.
