Absolutely LOVE this place. There seemed to be workers everywhere. Not like most stores where you cannot find one in sight until its time to check out. NOT to mention how helpful and friendly they were. They greet you as you come in and make you happy to come back. They have sooo much stuff. I want to go back just to see all the things I didnt have time to see.

I love the Hobby Lobby stores. They are neat, have a beautiful selection of items, and the employees are very helpful and professional. I must admit that I do miss those 40% discount coupons though. To be able to apply that coupon to any specific item I choose, rather than just having discounts here and there, was a wonderful thing especially if it was a higher priced item.

First time to this store and was very excited. Started off great and looked awesome but with the amount of people that were there, it was a circus and ruined the experience. Will try again at the Lakeland location and update the review accordingly.

Omg I was in knick knack heaven here! I felt like a kid in a candy store. I went to buy some scrapbooking supplies and ended up spending more time looking at holiday items. Thank goodness they have coupons online. 😀

It’s really disappointing that a mistake on Hobby Lobby is now my issue to deal with. I had a new item to return, with the receipt, and was turned away... “it’s your problem, send it back to online...we are not affiliated with online.” As a retail manager myself, I accommodate my guests all day every day...It sucks to be turned away after driving 30min on my only day off when the same item is right there in your store to be exchanged. Please get a better return policy and don’t treat paying customers as if you don’t need them...and please provide customer service training to the middle-aged white female with black hair and blue eyes who works by the cashiers.

Although I couldnt find what I was looking for, I had 3 different employees help me search for me. Everyone was so friendly, and knowledgeable of where my product was supposed to be located. Love shopping there!

Stopped in for one item, more like a needle in a haystack. Encountered Susan at the front end and asked her for “s’mores” sticks. She didn’t laugh and remind me Christmas is in the store. She sent me to the baking section but I couldn’t find them. Then I went looking for wooden dowels to use and that’s where I met “Lorinda”. She assured me they had some and led me to them. Sure enough I got the last two packages but my grandkids will be so happy! Thanks for taking my business seriously and doing it in a friendly, professional manner.

I went in and I asked them associate if she could help me find pin backings. She instantly knew what I was talking about which was surprising because I barely knew what the hell I was asking for. Anyway she was quite friendly and brought me right to the product I needed. I would definitely suggest shopping here if you are shopping for something hobby wise. They also have an excellent selection of art as far as Marvel and other comic book characters.

In my recent visit it started poorly but ended strong so thus the three stars. Initially difficult to get help and then a non-helpful checkout person. But the lady then man that helped me get the furniture piece to my car were kind, respectful and helpful! They salvaged the experience and I will be back.

Great selection of products. Need more employees at rhe register. Took over 20 minutes to check out. And couldnt find employees on the floor to help look for specific products.

I would normally give them a 5 star rating but they have discontinued their 40% off coupon on any one item. That was a big factor in deciding on the purchase of certain items. Im very disappointed in this move.

I fine it much like it was before. Clean and always well stocked. Several cashiers that can tell you were you can find what you need. Everyone has mask and are watching how close you are to them. Maybe not as many people.

Its a great store. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and they are really to help you all the way. They dont just point and say its that way. They actually do walk with you to what you are looking for if you need the help and find it with you. Definitely one of my new favs to shop... No go broke in!!

Terrible experience at the fabric counter. Waiting in line to have fabric cut and asked three times by counter lady to move to another spot due to covid. She had finished waiting on the person in front of me and I was standing on the 6 foot marker with a cart in front of me. I was asked to move back for 12 feet between me and counter. When my turn finally came a young couple came and stood a foot away from me. She never said a word. At one point the man was leaning on the side of my cart. I shop there nearly every week but will not go there anymore many other quilt shops will be happy with my business.

A great place to shop. I got some pictures framed there. The lady was AWESOME. She put the pictures in the frames for me and added the things on the back I wanted to hang it up with. I prefer to use the finest of tips when printing or drawing which this is the only business that stocks a 0.38 pen, .003, .002, .001, or a .3 mechanical pencil and refillable leads. These are real professional grade products. Most hard to find products can be found at the hobby lobby.

My go to for craft and artist supply! I would like to see more unusual beads but cant complain for the already plentiful jewelry dept. Framing department is helpful, skilled and professional. I wish they had a store on the East side. I admire Steve Greens testimony and 👍on several books!
