Went to CVS Pharmacy, for Flu Vaccine. Told I was 4th in line. Yet there was no one waiting. Need to Triage patients more efficiently. So I left.

I just moved, here less than a week, I called the Pharmacy and spoke to an associate about my move and needing some refills, she was super nice, attentive, professional and assured me there would be no issue filling my prescriptions even though I moved from Maryland... and she was right! Within 2 hours I had text alerts that they were ready even though I said I’d pick them up the following day!

Quick in and out. Lots of stuff besides pharmacy.

CVS pharmacy has always been a part of my health care team. My prescriptions have been transferred from out of state for the winter & CVS is on the Ball !!Very grateful for CVS pharmacy in my life

Waited 25 minutes for prescription pickup in the drive thru because someone was being Covid tested. Had I been told about the delay, I would have come back later. Already had my debit card so I couldnt leave! Poor customer customer service !

How about letting people know that covid-19 testing can only be done through the drive thru in advance before making us waste our time?

Went to the pharmacist and told her what I wanted. Young woman with dark hair. She told me they only had prescription products behind the counter. Instead of telling me they dont carry the product, she told me what they had was the same on the shelf. I went to the cashier up front and mentioned what the pharmacist told me. The cashier said you have to ask for it behind the counter. The pharmacist doesnt know what shes talking about. Went back to to the pharmacy counter and ask again. This time she did have non prescription products behind the counter but wasnt what I asked for. At this point I asked for a refund but she was too busy with other clients. I walked out and went to Walgreens where I should have gone to begin with

I honestly would give the pharmacy a 0 star if I could. Had me on hold for a very simple question about age restriction on melatonin purchase. I wanted to know if I could send my 16 year old son to make a purchase for me because Im sick and restless... never came back to the phone and I waited 15 min, Come On CVS! This is not the first time this cvs pharmacy has let me down. I recommend anyone who reads this, save yourself the headache, dont go or call and go to either one of the Walmarts nearby.

Someone has a theft problem with their prescriptions. Someone in their pharmacy staff tried to maneuver stealing part of my aon’s Adhd medication.My son takes a controlled medication - which I’ve been filling every month for 6 years - so I know the ins and outs of it. I recently moved and always used the cvs there so I continued at the one here. As learned, before leaving the paper script I alyways check and make sure they have it. They told me they did. I left and then received a phone call that they could only do a partial fill on it of 7 out of the 30. But if I picked up the 7 I would forfit the rest. What?? I’ve been doing this for years the only way I would forfit the rest is if they rang out all 30 and gave me 7. If not it would put them still owing me 23 - ringing out 30 but giving me 7 makes their inventory count off unless someone takes the other 23. Very illegal!!!I explained he needs this every day for school and they told me it would be 2 weeks before they got more in so I could take the 7 and be done with it or not. I asked for the script back they said they couldn’t give it to me because they processed it. But I didn’t pick anything up and they didn’t have it in stock??My doctors office ended up handling it to make sure he had his medicine for school but I will NEVER use cvs again. That was some shady way to pocket my son’s script because it’s a controlled substance. He actually needs it and these people are disgusting, messing up people’s lives. I tried to talk to the manager at the store but I never got a response back.Horrible place and horrible company that doesn’t care if their employees are stealing your prescription medication.

They never have the prescription ready even if you call 4 hours in advance they will wait until you get there to push it through making you wait another 10 minutes. Always understaffed and way behind. Drive-thru customers are served last even if they were there before the in-store customers. Very poorly managed.

Always friendly and fully stocked. Never have too much of a wait.

Worst CVS Pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. I waited on hold twice for over 20 mins. Finally I drove 15 mins to talk to them in person.

Not a pleasant shopping experience. Sometimes a long line and unhappy workers.
