Was the best eye glass place around. I went there today and the store is not there. August 5 2021.

My husband needed glasses the same day and we couldnt afford a new pair so he took his time and put his lenses into a new frame and he didnt charge us a lot of money and was very friendly but professional at the same time Id take my husband and I back to him thank you so much for your help

I went to this shop based on a great review and was so glad i did! The customer service was outstanding, especially when you compare them to the bigger name stores who dont have the time to spend on you. They have great prices and a pretty good selection for a smaller store. I like to support the smaller businesses, and this is a family business thats been going strong and providing excellent service for years! I also like that they give teachers and nurses a discount in appreciation for their service.

First set of lenses were rough around the edges took them back. got a frame for my broke glasses he put the lenses in them got to work one arm fell off he was very nice came and got them on my job and dropped them back off. I had left the messed up pair to get shaped down some and edges be polished he brought them for me to use while he fixed mine. Today I go to pick up the ones that got sent out the lenses were different shapes he acted like that was my fault said he would try to fix. I paid a lot of money for these lenses that got worn maybe 3 times because they actually show glow around light the ones I have from Walmart cost less money but are better lenses. Very disappointed that I lost so much money on those lenses. If you have good lenses you want reframed he is the man but who ever does the lenses for him definitely need to go back to school because they sent him back my glasses with 2 different lenses shape and for him and them it is suppose to be ok. Gave lenses back to him had my frame removed called he doesnt have a clue after 3 times with those lenses and the various problems that he should have at least offered me half the money back he could only say when I called that I choose not to keep them. Eyeglass world and Walmart are better at guest satisfaction. 3 times is definitely not a charm and I am out my 2 pair of glasses so if something happens to the ones I have on I am screwed.
