I called this location with some concerns on a mobile order that I placed at the big bend location. I picked up my mobile order at the big bend location and headed to Bradenton to pick up my daughter. As soon as I got on the interstate I noticed it was wrong and absolutely terrible, I couldn’t even stomach the drink the big bend location made. It was supposed to be a venti brown sugar oatmilk and well that’s not what I got. As I was almost to 64 I was upset I just paid $9 for a drink I can’t stomach. I called and spoke with Helen and she fixed the issue and gave me a new drink. She was super apologetic even though it wasn’t their mistake and most importantly she didn’t make me go all the way back to the big bend location. Helens customer service is A1. I came into the location and kept thanking her for being so kind. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you Helen for brightening my Halloween!! You rock!

Oh boy, if your looking to treat yourself, and your a coffee lover, Starbuck is the place to go.They have a large array of Lattes in many flavors. Like Mocha, Vanilla, Mariachi, Carmel. If course regular coffee as well.Things to eat? Why of course.Danish muffins and assortments.Most are around five buck but so worth it.Just so good. Try one in your travels. I drove 20 miles to this Starbucks because the ones in Tampa were out of the Dragon drink. It was so worth it! The manager hooked my dragon drink up!! I prefer it over the pink drink.

I stop here when I get my vehicle serviced at Toyota. Its right off 75 and very convenient.The people are always friendly and they make my drinks correctly, all the time.Salted caramel mocha today with 1/2 the syrup made my morning great.Seating just opened back up inside where they have coasters on the tables letting you know they were clean. Flip them over when you leave so they will come sanatize again.The mobile orders are also behind plexiglass now so everyone isnt touching your order.

Super busy Bux. My drink was made fast and correct. Very busy getting in and out of the lot. Be careful as cars seem to race through the lot.

Six people that came in and ordered AT THE COUNTER multiple drinks after we ordered got their drinks before our one medium late. I asked twice about our drink because of the amount of people that had come into order and left before us only to get an attitude. Probably the least organized or friendly Starbucks I’ve ever been too. By the way, we waited almost 20 minutes for our one drink.

I am completely amazed by the poor, poor customer service we received while visiting this store. Poor attitudes, rude interaction. It’s true “ America does run on DUNKIN” never again Starbucks.

This is a really great location. Nice workers and my drinks have all tasted perfect so far :) I recommend doing a mobile order pickup if you plan on ordering during rush, then plan to arrive about 10-15 minutes after you submit your order. Drive thru can get a little busy so its a good way to avoid sitting there!

Even though they were out of the ingredients to make our favorite pink drink, they made us the purple drink and added strawberry puree. My kids loved it! Nathan at the window was funny and charming and despite wearing a mask, I could tell he was delivering service with a smile.

I love starbucks and all but yall better bring back the unicorn frap. I never Evan got to try it so it would be highly appreciated if you could bring back the unicorn frap. To keep in your starbucks menu for forever!!

I went in at 6:00 on Saturday March 27th. I mobile ordered my drinks 10 minutes before I got there. I dont mind waiting but there was one customer in the store and 4 staff members and like two cars in the drive through (my bf was in the car waiting). Even worse than me waiting 15 minutes was the fact that no even acknowledged my presence for like 10 minutes. I was standing at the counter and they kept walking by. One of the employees was stocking right in front of me. Finally she said Ill be right with you. A few minutes later she said oh do you have a mobile order? Yes! My drink wasnt even started. Once it was made the girl just dropped it on the counter without a word. Honestly I was pist and it was really unbelievable. They were dead and my drinks took over 20 mins from the time I ordered. And to not even say hello to the only customer in the store. That is really the worst part. Never will I go to this location. My regular Starbucks is amazing and everyone is friendly and happy and has normal coming courtesy!

64 Starbucks is amazing!! My husband and I go to Starbucks pretty much daily and we drive out of our way to go to 64 location because they never disappoint. Our coffee is always made PERFECT every single time without fail. They are quick, efficient, and friendly and the store is always clean!! Thank you 64 Starbucks!! You should train the other locations!!

Nice location, right off I-75. Convenient drive-thru and even with a line, orders are prepared fairly quickly. Great customer service and friendly staff. Nice outdoor area with umbrellas too. Only downside is that the parking lot is small, so parking can be an issue during busy times if youre going inside.

Smooth and positive experience with this particular Starbucks. Not crowdy, quick service and friendly staff.Also, outside seating very nice and close to SR64 and I75. Perfect for meeting people. I would only improve merchandise selection in this store.

Service is sooo slow!!! My drink always tastes different even though I always order the same thing. Dont like the inconsistencies here or the long wait times.

The workers are awesome. Nice clean place. One disturbing fact. A worker came from the restroom holding a toilet brush, walked past the entry door to behind the counter, (she did have gloves on), next she was taking orders. (Without the gloves)

This has been my primary Starbucks location for several months now. Drinks are quick most of the time and the staff are friendly. This store does get busy frequently during the day and the lobby often times is packed on week days. Utilities could be cleaner however it doesnt bother me too much.
