This is one of the few businesses I would rate as perfect. I believe they specialize in fire and burglar alarm systems..I needed to replace a heat detector and found them polite and helpful from the initial call, to the ladies at the desk, and even had the owner come out and greet me.. All over a single part that several of their competition wouldnt sell to the public.Very impressive customer service!

EPS is a wonderful company. I have had them service/update my system for nearly 10 years. These people truly care about security and have a great sensitivity to what the customer needs. They listen. I couldnt be more pleased with EPS when it comes to keeping my family safe. Highly recommend. Theres just something special about a family-owned business!
