If you don’t have an account and use them often they will simply rip you off. Counter guys charge whatever they want so they make a little money and feel like a real salesperson. Frickin counter kid needs to go pay his dues in the field first.

Terribly disappointed. We visited Harrison (Co-Manager) on the Friday after Thanksgiving, mapped out a laundry room and wine storage configuration and were promised a call back on Monday to confirm options and place an order. I have called/emailed a total of 6 times the past 7 days with no returned calls by Harrison. When leaving messages it was with a live person that promised he would call back. I wanted to give them my business but they obviously dont want it and are avoiding me. My demeanor and attitude have been nothing but positive and cant understand how they can stay in business this way. I usually give stellar reviews but need to point out this disappointment as there seems to be a pattern when reading other reviews.

DON’T buy PGT windows and doors from them! They send damaged goods out repeatedly! Came out to replace a window that they had installed that was damaged. They put the replacement in and it was worse than the first! They called saying that they had the 3rd replacement then canceled due to rain. I asked them to check the window before wasting our time again. They arrived today and brought ANOTHER damaged window! Obviously shows lack of caring about their customers! They are now replacing another sliding glass door for the third time! Extremely frustrating!!!

In the days before hurricane irma these guys had it down to a science. You were instructed in line where to park and pay and then when to get in line. Employees loaded your truck for you and wished you the best of luck with the storm. Prices were in line with everyone else.I will definitely give them my business in the future. Great job 84 lumber

When i walked in Matt greeted me and ask what i was looking for. I needed a entry door glass insert he knew what i was after and told me what he could get . Ordered it and he called when it came in one day early. .Thanks Matt for your help

The absolute worst. Poor service, poor employees, poor craftsmanship.Unfortunately, they have a monopoly on Taylor Morrison window projects and if they put the sliding doors on the wrong tracks, their knucklehead employees will damage doors, tracks...4 times. Send 6 employees, and when they think it’s level. It’s not at all, and then the trim guys have to make cutouts around their terrible job.They also won’t take responsibility for their screw up. I would avoid them like the plague.

Called ahead. Arrived @ 5:50 and drove nearly an hour to get there. No one mentioned closing early. Upon arrival they had the doors locked and indicated they had to close early. Their pathetic customer service stated they had to close early to clean.

The first time I got lumber, it was strait but they sent me a bunch of boards with bark and busted ends. They were friendly both times Ive been there. The second time I got trim boards and shoe, it looked great.

If there would be a zero or minus star rate, I would use for this store. horrible customer service ever! promise to phone / email back and never do it. always lost paperwork, zero attention and responsibility for anybody or anything! ridiculous!

Went to 84 lumber to order 4000 dollars worth of windows no customer service lousy place the man I talked to started contractors come in and help them I get the impression they do not want home owners coming in there I will never go there again they should be shut down

Buyer beware! Was told straight out we could return any wood not used everything was in stock. Go to bring back 1 board and boss said nope cant return. They are Liars!!!.

DONT TRUST 84 LUMBER. I was told to come to the warehouse and it will be someone waiting for me to fix a delivery mistake, and I drove for half hour, only to find the gate locked.

Horrible service, been waiting for my order and no one knows the answer.
