Bought skechers deck shoes. Love them! They had 1 pair of beige in my size. Also a Adidas cool dry cap. Love it for running. Customer Service was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you👍👍👍👍👍

Ordered shoes and days later order was cancelled. I feel like I should have received something from the store. But nothing only sorry for the mistake. And I could have purchased from another store but was getting a discount and now all I get is sorry. Not able to get the shoes in color or size anywhere now. Never purchase from shoe carnival again.

Staff were okay. Not very knowledgeable or helpful. Nephew needed sneakers and due to arch and heel issues asked for assistance in what to get and was basically told to look

I have never gone to Shoe Carnival before and just finished shopping and the customer service representatives were very helpful and got two of the cutest shoes and didnt spend more then $40! What a great store I cant wait to shop again

Love this store! Always so neat and organized with friendly and helpful staff. If they dont know the answer to one of your questions they find it out. They never leave you hanging. Mostly I love the variety of womens shoes and the fact that when I take my husband in who is the hardest person to please with shoes he always finds at least 2 pairs!!

Staff? Theyre great. Always friendly. Always willing to help. Always pickup after people who intentionally leave things messy, and yet they still seem to smile. If you have a question or just cant find what you are looking for they are there to help.

Im 50/50 with this location we was in there and some of the staff was unfriendly and rude while a few was out going and helped in everyway they could. Prices are high on some of the items while other items are very reasonable. Just depends on what your looking for .

I placed an order online and I called the store make sure they received it, the guy was just extremely rude on the phone saying it was just better off going to the store and buy the shoes instead of placing it online. Well, if I would have time to do that I wouldve never placed it online.

Yes I found the shoe I needed....the bogo offered meant I had to find a 2nd pair 😍 I now have 2 of the most uncomfortable pairs of shoes in have ever had! Both of them are off balancedhow does that happen? I have over 100 pairs of heels and cant figure out how these two pairs can be so BAD. Its my fault.....not shoe carnivals. I needed shoes that I knew Id probably only wear once for a formal....and I got them! The staff was friendly....how would they know these shoes suck after 45 min. Of wear? For $45 I got what I came for!

Had good selection of Mens shoes in numerous sizes. But didnt have very many sizes for women. Especially in my size, 8! Was told repeatedly they could order online, but I cant try them on to see how they would fit.

Really like going here during the buy one get one half off. There are staff members walking around asking if you need help which are both helpful & friendly . Prices are ok, great if you go during the BOGO1/2 sales.

Usually they have the BOGO offer going on, but I went the other day and most of the Tenny shoes and sandals were on sale.Got a great pair of Sketchers for $50.If you havent been in this store, you should, just for the shoe experience!Socks are usually on sale as well.They carry shoes, boots, sandals, baby shoes, landyard etc. YóyLove your feet, treat them to a new pair of kickers.❤️

Horrible experience. No customer service. Rude sales person straightened row of shoes while I was trying to pull box from same row. I was there first. Did not ask if I needed help which I did as another pair I was interested in was too high for me to reach. I will not go back to this store ever. Reported to manager who was dismissive and said she was the best employee he ever worked with. If thats the best I dont want to experience any worse.

They always have a sale going on. I just feel like sometimes when I go, its the same stuff over and over. Of course we still buy shoes here cause the mall is garbage.
