Sent a game in to be repaired paid 500$ quit working 2hr after I got home and said thats on me. Plus charged to replace a part and when I looked later same part was still there that I was charged for because it had small bits of rust on it and they make the new ones out of plastic.

I bought a pool table and a pinball machine from these guys. Fantastic customer service and great products, this is the only place that I will shop for my game room.

Everything goes well until there is a problem. Then no one answers the phone except the arcade. The owner is never in and couldnt care less about your issue.
