Owner has an obvious attitude problem. Visited. The shop and asked about a 3 wheeler bicycle. I later called the shop from home to ask a few questions about the bike. I called back a second time and he says....you again and hung up on me. This is the type of business person that should not be in a retail business interacting with customers. I have a business and if I had that attitude Id be out of business.After he hung up on my on the second call (because he didnt even give me a chance to ask a question) I did call him back again two more times with two different questions and I said: Sorry to call you back again but I forgot to ask you about.... and while he did answer one of my questions I got this from him: anything else in a nasty tone.If you are in a retail business you need to learn to have patience with customers. We are not bicycle experts. You are supposed to be. And we rely on your expertise for answers. But when the owner has a bad attitude you just dont want to do business with someone like that. After all... theyre not the only bicycle business in town. So while I am sorry I needed to call him a few times I think he can use some lessons in customer service.

This guy might be able to fix bikes but he couldnt have been more RUDE. Zero appreciation for my business acted like I was an inconvenience, very off putting I was kind of desperate to have my tire fixed and had no idea hes be so nasty. The guy who came in behind me said the same thing in the parking lot. At least I know it wasnt only me. I will NEVER go back.

Curtis has a heart of gold. He repaired two bikes for us . He also attached new lights and water bottles. Lots of wonderful work for an extremely great price. Excellent job!!! He is very knowledgeable and shares his experience and knowledge.While I was waiting a young boy came to get his bike and Curtis said the only wrong with it was the wheel was not on correctly and did not charge him. The shop has a sign on the wall that says something like Fixing a bike shouldnt cost as much as a new bike. My bike was a wreck, but now it rides like new, and the cost was way cheaper than going to a bike shop. He even fixed my two year old daughters tricycle. He genuinely seems to love what he does. Dont hesitate to bring your bike here.

Dropped off a kids bike with a front flat tire and an adult bike with one flat back tire, $60 charge! Unbelievable, I ride over 50 miles a week, go through a lot flat tires, have had Ringling bicycles fix all my bikes (7 of them) for years which unfortunately just went out of business, they’ve never charged me more then $15 for a tire tube change! Curts prices belong in Beverly Hills California, I’ll never come back!

Rude, sarcastic obnoxious individual named Kirk or Kurt, greeted by him with such disdain, did not get inside the building can’t believe someone filthy looking and with an attitude to match is even in business. Awful experience stay away, was equally rude to older couple behind me.

I took my new bike into Curtis. I assembled it myself but the wheels needed truing and it needed a little adjusting. It was my first assembly so I was looking for a little help without criticism for my mistakes. Not only did Curtis get me fixed up in minutes, he also answered all my questions and took some time with me. To top it all off the price was more than fair, I cant recommend him highly enough and will be back!
