We relocated to Central Florida and needed to furnish the whole House. Eduardo Valbuena was our salesperson. I ordered everything online and he was extremely helpful with availability and delivery options. This will be our furniture store in the future and will recommend to our family and friends. We are extremely happy with all the furniture and super satisfied with the service. Our delivery guy was also friendly and helpful. Overall we had an amazing experience.

Eddie was a great help and made sure I understood everything before I left the store. Purchased a bedroom set from him and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. However the delivery team not so much. They gave me a 4 hour window of between 410pm and 810pm, it is now 925pm and no courtesy call or anytbing to tell me they are going to be late. I called and spoke to a lady at 730 and at 8pm to get a status and she told me she wasnt going to bother the delivery guys and that I just need to wait 🙄

I love The Furniture Warehouse. So far I’ve purchased my tv console, master bedroom set, my granddaughters bedroom set and a living room sofa. I also purchased two pictures that go perfectly with the rest of my decor.I absolutely love everything that I’ve purchased. Pam, my sales lady, is great and stayed in touch with me regarding my deliveries.

Spend your money somewhere else. I bought a power loveseat and power recliner. I spent a lot of money there. In 3 years, I have had both the love seat and recliner fixed FOUR times. Yesterday, they took my loveseat to repair the switch and today I am informed that although the switch us fixed, they wont be bringing it back until Nov 1. I have only one chair, the recliner in my small living room. So we will be without the loveseat for an entire week and we have guests coming. They dont care, they are too busy delivering their bad furniture to others. Im sorry I ever wasted my money there. The headboard I bought for my bedroom is coming apart. It is ALL trash. I spent $3,000 on trash. Buyer beware!!

Pam was so helpful! As most know by now, Covid has created a problem with supply chain. Pam patiently checked delivery dates to help me sift through the options. Found a lovely dining set on clearance that worked beautifully! Manager was also helpful! Nice shopping experience and the sales person shared information to help me find a workable solution! Highly recommend! Helpful! Nice options to choose from!

This place is awesome! Nice furniture, pictures, and accessory selections at great prices. Plus, they are always getting new stuff in so you need to check in often as many pieces can be bought on the spot and taken with you! Staff is there to greet you, but they dont bother you while you are looking around! Would definitely recommend stopping in to check them out!

I paid for my couches in January and then by September I was told that they would arrive by the end of October. We had to pick out another set of couches and then they ripped me off $183 between the difference in prices between the couches. You’d think they’d appreciate a customer that had spent over $7,000 at this location over a few years but they don’t care. When I called upset, Linda asked me why I called this location instead of another location. Save your money! Don’t go here or Rooms to Go!!!!

I made the biggest mistake buying all of my new furniture from this store after moving to Florida. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars on a dining set, bedroom set, and leather sofa. I’m still waiting for the bedroom set three months later. Meanwhile the dining set came DAMAGED. The upholstered seats had tears on the sides. They said it would take 90 days to order “new parts.” Just today the dining bench broke in half after I sat on it. I’ve had it and I want to return the whole thing. I regret ever buying anything from this store. Their products are garbage.

I recently made a purchase at the Bradenton, FL location and our delivery date was in need of an abrupt change. We came in to express our situation and we were greeted by Brent and he was outstanding with his customer service. LONDON....the most AMAZING salesperson I have ever dealt with! She had me so excited to see some furniture I was hesitant about. We dropped by on this past Friday to purchase a bedroom set. London met us at the door, explained the layout and did not hover. When we needed her she was near by. She worked with us for about a hour, got our order in the system and we were on our way. She called us with am update. Our entire order will ship on Monday except for the headboard. They have good quality and quantity.

Be sure you check the fine print. There is no to doorway delivery unless you live on the first floor. I purchased a couch there and paid to have it delivered. It has not yet been delivered. Today I went in and was prepared to buy an end table. It was sooo cute. It would cost an additional 49.00 to have it delivered. What a rip! From now on I will be going elsewhere to purchase that is upfront about additional fees. Do not believe the website unless you read all the fine print. (I found nothing about first floor only)

We found a credenza but it was out of stock. They placed an order, and as soon as it was in stock, it was delivered and set up. It looked better than in the store and it was perfect. Great service and even a better price!!

To the sales lady with personality issues thank you for making my mother feel awful today while looking for mattresses! Not only did it become blatantly obvious you didnt want to help her any longer when she said she needed to look at the less expensive models because she is on a fixed income! You processed to make her feel even worse when she said she couldnt afford those and your come back was at your age a good night sleep is important. Thank you for making my mom feel old and poor 😢 one should remember your actions speak louder that your words.

After purchasing a full bedroom set with a great experience from Nick, we went back to purchase a couch and agreed to pay for it in full in August so it would be ready for our apartment in October. On our receipt we were given an a delivery date of October 27 and still have not received the piece we ordered. We have called numerous times asking for any update and are always told our representative would give us a call back with more details or more information and no one has reached back out to us. All we are told is some time maybe in December. This couch has been fully paid for since August and no one can be bothered to tell me what happened to it or when I will be receiving it. Any update would be better than the silent treatment we have received from them.

Chad was very informative and helped with our purchase from beginning to end. We were given time to shop on our own with Chad being available for questions if needed. We were headed to the competitor To Go and stopped here on the way and the customer service and availability of items kept us shopping here.

They were in such a rush didnt unwrap area rug, put wrong legs on each table then I had to tell them to switch them, Did not leave my free leather performance vinyl kit which was to be given to me at delivery. I bought a couch online because it said buy today get delivery tomorrow. The online store charged me $50 than the person on the phone quoted and then couldn’t deliver for 3 days.

Not sure how long orders take but we ordered 5 PCs of furniture early October, 2020, just under $3;000 and it’s still not in. I feel like I am getting the runaround. I was given a delivery date but still not in. I have been given a date next week but not holding my breath. The sleeper sofa and loveseat has no delivery date yet! Not very happy with Furniture Warehouse!

The staff was very helpful. However, corporate was not! I made a major purchase early in the year, 2020, and paid for delivery. When I made a 2nd purchase a couple months later and paid for delivery, I was told I had n/c delivery for the rest of 2020. However, when I made a 3rd purchase, corporate rejected free delivery and added it to my total. I refused and was refunded the delivery amount. Therefore I only received free delivery to the door. I had to uncrate it and set it up myself! I love all their products and staff - but highly dislike the heavy-handed corporate policies!

The delivery people refused to take my old mattress even though in their pamplet it said that they would. Did not set up the mattress for me, just left it in the plastic bags. Didnt ask where the bedroom was just went upstairs before I even said anything.

Purchased a sofa thats supposed to recline on the ends. The recliners dont work. We waited 3 weeks for delivery and received a broken sofa. Called the service and waited another week to have someone come to fix it. He couldnt fix it. Said he needed parts. I called the service dept again and told them I wanted it replaced. Was told the replacement sofa wont be here for another 2 months.

Just received the 4th piece to a bedroom set and it is a totally different color! Customer service at this store is awful! Will NEVER purchase for here again.

The salesman showed me exactly what I wanted to see and gave me info about it to compare to other pieces. He wrote me up quickly and efficiently letting me know it would be delivered in 2 days and just as he stated I received an automated call the next day with my delivery window. The delivery guys called the day of about 45 prior to arrival.Excellent experience!

The only downfall we had was that one of the tables was damaged and had to be returned. This damage was discovered by the delivery crew while they were there. Overall a great experience

I recently posted that Chad the store manager was helpful but I had some concerns about the chair I ordered. I went back into the store to ask about changing my order. He was work behind the desk and made no effort to come out and assist stating he usually did. Not work the floor that day. Never came out to assist us with our concerns or answer questions. We finally got tired of waiting and told him we wanted to cancel the order. Didnt seem to faze him. On top of that he used the f-bomb quite frequently in both of our interactions with him. Very unprofessional for the store manager. Now I have been waiting for over a week for my refund. Told it could take up to 10 days. Terrible service. Will never shop there again.
