I had my battery replaced and Oil change on My SL 550 yesterday! Chris was exceptional with finding the right battery and accommodated my schedule to the service on time over two days period. The car required two batteries, one of which was not available and had to be ordered online. I am grateful for Chris and his excellent service!

Was better when it was Dirk.So my car was supposed to be there one day brought it in early Friday morning Chris said he would have it back by Saturday afternoon.. went to go pick up Saturday afternoon my car wasnt even worked on get a call late Monday afternoon from Nick we had to order a wire harness your car will be ready Tuesday afternoon. Go there Tuesday afternoon my car is still hasnt been worked on I keep inside the car no new wire harness just wires that you can get from Walmart so that was a lie. Wednesday I go in whats going on with my car Chris says he hasnt had time to get to it yet my car is been sitting outside Wednesday Thursday and Friday Saturday, I need my car Chris replied it will be done later this afternoon Saturday goes by no phone call Monday comes I ask whats going on with my car it was supposed to be there only one day Chris has he had to run Diagnostics now for Mercedes every mechanic nose you must use a STAR diagnostic you cannot use cheap aftermarket product from China is it wont pick up codes like STAR will. Another week goes by Chris seems he cant pinpoint the problem he thinks its best he thinks its that hes not really sure thats what Im paying you for to be sure to fix the problem. Chris says he has fix the problem I go to pick up my car Friday the battery voltmeter light is still on Chris says he has fixed the problem is not sure why its back on. After two weeks Saturday comes again I say hell with it I just going to take my car and take it to another shop after upon inspection there are scratches all over my car for being parked outside with all the other junk cars. This place looks like a junk yard there is no waiting room. Monday morning take my car in to Elite Motorworks in Sarasota. They diagnose the problem with Star machine and was able to fix my car in 2 hours. I will never ever go back to this place again and never recomend my friend going back there, our new place will be Elite Motorsports Sarasota Clark Road.
