Was able to procure an OEM Ford windshield no problem. Kenny, their veteran installer is an absolute pro. Extremely easy process, they thought of everything. From getting the Sun Pass sticker switched over to coordinating for a very timely follow-up to recalibrate the safety features on my car. They were on time, very communicative, handled the insurance part, it was a complete no-hassle experience. Very professional and a pleasant experience.

This was by far the best experience I had while researching where to get my windshield fixed. Before getting in touch with Gulf Coast Auto Glass, I had two companies bring me the wrong windshield and another cancelled because the windshield shattered before they came to my house.Everything from the first initial call with Tracy to the installation with Norman was great. Absolutely amazing service! While in Michigan my windshield started to leak in the corner so I called 6 different places to see if they could repair the leak and no one could do it. They just wanted to replace it for $750. Gulf Coast Auto Glass removed the old glass cleaned it up and reapplied for $300!!! Saved me $400!Thank you I highly recommend this shop and crew!

My husband was hit on I75 going 75 by a big turkey buzzard. I admit, when I called, it had just happened and we were a bit freaked - and needed it repaired right way. They were all book up, but Tracy could tell it was urgent that we get it fixed. She managed to squeeze us in, got the installers here bright and early, and my husband was back in business. Tracy couldnt have been more awesome, and the installers were all business. They knew what they were doing and got the job done right. I hope we never have to call them again....but wouldnt hesitate if we had to!! All thumbs up!!!!

Had our car window busted in a break-in.They had someone out within 2 days. Very professional, cleaned all the broken glass up. Window was tinted just like the original. Very nice from the person in the office to the technicians. Would highly recommend!

Recently bought my 2008 ford F450 super-duty and the power slider rear window was leaking 😟 discovered the L side had been previously broken and it appeared to me the seal was defective. took several shops to be recommended to one that could do a reseal and i was thoroughly impressed w gulf coasts fair pricing and professional, quality & efficient workmanship. norman (owner) immediately eased my mind as he water tested to confirm the bad seal. savannah (office) documented the leaks details on my invoice (and i got my refund from where i purchased the truck 🙃). so im watertight & mightily pleased.

Windshield has been leaking for several months and finally got got bad enough that I had to get it fixed. Norman (owner) had me drop the truck off in the morning and had the window out, rust areas fixed, re-sealed and windshield back in place by noon. Excellent service. Definately use again if ever needed for any type of window repair services. Great communication with the front office staff (Tracy).

I have to say Norman is the BEST! He is a great businessman and he really takes pride in his work. He came to replace my windshield on a Friday and once he left there happened to be a tiny pinhole where it did not seal properly (common issue with the sealant) He came out on a Saturday and fixed the windshield. Because of the pinhole and a tiny bit of water got inside the car on the rear view mirror and made the bond on that not sticky anymore. I let Norman know and he came back to me on a SUNDAY! I mean this guy came and fixed the small issues we had two different days when he was supposed to be off and with his family. He really cares and takes pride in his work and I will be referring him any business I can. He is the model business owner and that is exactly how you should do business. He was always prompt, respectful, and did excellent work! Tracy in the office is super kind and helpful as well and all around if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you guys again I cannot write enough of my gratitude.

Great service, called with a cracked windshield issue and the representative was amazing. In 10 mins of being on the phone, we had filed the claim with the insurance and had an appointment for the following day. They came out and replaced my windshield and it looks amazing. They accommodated my schedule and replaced the windshield without me having to be there. Great service, highly recommended.

I turned my glass claim in online with State Farm selecting Gulf Coast Auto Glass as my preferred repair facility on Memorial Day evening. I received a call first thing Tuesday morning confirming my claim, vehicle information and damage to the front wind shield. Gulf Coast sent a repair technician on Tuesday, the same day to verify which window my 2020 F350 had on it. They came to me!, the same day!! The window was ordered the same day and I received a call that evening requesting a time on Wednesday when they could install the new glass. The installation technician was on time, very professional and explained the replacement process to me in detail. Later that day, another technician had to re calibrate the automatic wiper sensors. That technician was making several stops that day, but gave me the cutesy of multiple phone calls letting me know when he would arrive to complete the work.I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service Gulf Coast Auto Glass provided me. I will let everyone know the kind of service Gulf Coast provides. Great job!! Very happy with the work..

Fast next day response right to our driveway. Norman and his tech partners performed a careful professional windshield installation on our Acura MDX handling the electronic reconnect and front camera system reset. Great staff knowledgeable both inside the office and onsite!

I had an issue with my windshield and they resolved it immediately! Great customer service and on time. 10 out of 10 would recommend and use again.

Did a good job only downside was they left fingerprints on my a pillars but I should be able to get them out.

These guys are great! I needed a new seal on the BMW to replace the one which had deteriorated on top of the windsheild. Tracie explained my options and costs. They made the repair exactly as promised on time.Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!

I recommend not going with what your insurance company pushes you to go with due to them NOT being local and or constant rescheduling.made it difficult to deal with. Very friendly and easy to work with. I called at the end of the business day after a rock cracked my windshield on my way home and they were out the next morning at my workplace. They handled everything with my insurance company so it made my life much easier. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service!! My new windshield had a manufacturing defect (distortion). They ordered a second windshield, even though the company who supplied the first windshield would not cover it under warranty. THEY WERE WILLING TO LOSE MONEY JUST TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED!!

Highly not recommend.Took a service for change windshield. After service doesnt work the cars line assist. 2nd visit didnt give any result. The owner said, that we may to correct the problem (calibration) in our state, and he will pay 50% for a calibration service.Our dealership said, that we received not genuine Honda glass from Gulf Coast, and we can pay much more, that we planned, and have to change the windshield glass to a genuine one.I called more 5 times, owner didnt call back, not answer on my emails. Almost 1 months left, but I didnt receive an answer about my situation.And we cant to receive a promised money back. Be carefully. Im very disappointed this service.So, I called again on Jan. 25. 2019 - and Mr. Klooster doesnt want to pay 50%, and doesnt want to do a refund. Im not satisfied the service, and not recommend.

We were packing up to return home from our trip to Florida when the back windshield of our Ford Excursion shattered. We called Gulf Coast Auto Glass Service and explained our situation. We were supposed to leave early the next morning and rain was in the forecast that afternoon. To our relief, Gulf Coast said they would work us in to their schedule that afternoon. They came to our location (we had no way to get to them), took out what remained of our shattered glass (leaving no mess or glass anywhere), and installed a new glass. They were professional and did an excellent job. We are so thankful we called Gulf Coast Auto Glass!!!

The window replacement was ok, but they left a trunk full of broken glass which should of been vacuumed up. I paid a lot of money for this repair and I received very poor service
