I do not recommend this place for motorcycle diagnoses and repair. Purchase experience was fine but have not had good luck with service dept. Unfortunately I have to take my bike to Tampa from now on.
Recently bought a new bike from this shop through Ray, and the experience was so simple and easy! Was able to get all the information sent earlier in the day, then just show up to sign paperwork and take my bike home! Ray is a great guy that gives it to you straight and makes the process extremely easy; I highly recommend him and Action :)

I am super exited to have bought my second Seadoo Rxtx this year at Action, when I first started looking into buying one in June I was told by a lot of places that I wouldn’t be able to get my hands on one until January of next year. I dropped off my bike for a 15k service, tires, and a Kawasaki recall. I told them not to do the oil change because I had just changed it, but to do the rest of the 15k service. The service on the H2 consist of valve clearance check, fuel filter replacement, supercharger screen replacement, brake fluid, clutch fluid, lubricating the suspension, and a few other small things. When I picked it up, the 15k service was not done. I was told you said you changed the oil already. When politely asking the service manager about this, It was pretty much a fu attitude. The tire change was about $100.00 more than Ive paid before in my 30 plus years of riding.

Purchased a 2021 WaveRunner from Ray at Action in March of 2021. When I went to take delivery they told me parts were recalled and they could not deliver. Finally took delivery in June - within the first 10 hours of operation the unit started malfunctioning. Took it back to them (charged me $250 for pickup) they told me it was fixed. Next ride got stranded in BigPass almost swept out to sea. Took it back, told me the part that is broken is on backorder and asked me to call Yamaha. Been calling them for months, still no part no estimated time. Action has not given me any recourse. Im out 14k. - go somewhere else.

Short version:This is a great dealership that stands behind its customers.Long version:So I bought a bike from Action at the end of September. From the beginning the bike was having problems. It went back to the service department multiple times. Each visit the service department was very accommodating and professional. They tried working with the manufacturer of the motorcycle to resolve the issues with little to no manufacturer support. The dealership made it clear they were going to stand behind me and not leave me hanging with a bike that was having all these problems. After a month of trying to resolve things I made the decision that I didnt want to keep messing with the bike and lack of manufacturer support. Brian and the sales department stepped up and made good on when they told me they had my back, They bought the motorcycle back and we were able to make a deal on a new one. Even got some $$ back in my wallet. Ive dealt with many dealerships in the past and never felt like I had the full support of the dealer after the sale. These guys make you feel like family ever after the sale and that carries a lot of weight with me. All I can say is if youre looking for a bike you should give Action Kawasaki a shot. Youll feel good riding away knowing you have an entire dealership behind you if things dont go as planned. Big thanks to everyone at Action.

I want to thank the service dept. for getting my jetskis running today. They got them in quickly and I was able to get out on the water today.
Store was recommended by a good friend. I arrived and was greeted at the entrance by a pleasant young lady. I walked around the store for about 5 min without any other interaction from the staff which made eye contact with me but seem to be busy on side conversations. I asked a question regarding a unit sitting on the floor and was I was given a dry non selling answer. I asked if there was a demo unit to test drive and the answer was no ( ok) and was suggested to go to a motorcycle training class pay a 90$ fee for the class which I’d don’t need ( I have a motorcycle endorsement) then they will allow me to drive the bike for an extended period of time after the class.I haven’t met one person that payed to test drive a vehicle in my life. I had quite a few questions about the unit but there was no intention on selling the bike or interest to see if the customer (me) had any questions that could be answer. I left at that point. I don’t write reviews on anything but the way they made feel, unappreciated and overlooked was not cutting it. Hope they can fix this so other customers dnt experience what I did.

I took my 2020 Ryker for warranty work. They were a referral from my riding school. The staff is courteous, respectful, very easy to talk to. I was just there today on another issue that they took care of beyond expectation. I ordered a helmet as well and will continue to have my bike serviced and make future purchases. I recently purchased a used ski on facebook and immediately had issues with it. The parts department helped me find the plastic trim pieces and a seat cover that I needed to get it looking good. I then asked service to take a look at my ski because I thought it had major issues. They found a bad wear ring and replaced it and now I have a great running ski for far less than I thought I would. Thank you Action!

I allowed someone to use my Kawasaki Mule and they ran it into deep water. This was a very stressful situation but Acton Kawasaki made it so much easier. They have done everything possible to get my machine fixed at a fair price even though the damage is completely our fault.

Purchased a 2020 WaveRunner there in April.. I’ve called twice a week for 4 weeks trying to schedule the first service, which is 1.5-2 hours of work. It either rings until it goes to voicemail, or I get out on hold for 7-10 minutes for service.I finally got through to the owner, and he said they’re a month out but will call me later that day with a few options... I still have not heard anything.Answer the phones, and don’t BS your customers. Won’t be back there.
Ive been in the showroom a couple times and had great experience both time. I recently called to check on service records for a pair of skis and Jeremy in service was awsome. He pulled the info up and actually remembered the skis from being service over a year ago. He was extremely helpful. So helpful I took time out of my day to leave this review! Thanks Guys!
Hey just want to say thank you to the owner yeah its a beautiful story you got lots of good products generally have all the parts I need sometimes you dont but I tend to find that I need more rare and hard-to-find parts so its not the company it just happens to be the odd bikes that I work on or that I have so it is what it is and also they do have stand up jet skis not a lot of people have those from what I heard the owner is pretty good with them I dont know I havent really met the man but as far as Im concerned if somebody is good with stand up jet skis in his race time and has experience and keeps them in their shop that should be a place that you should go to thats all I got to say yall have a wonderful evening ///Action Kawasaki Yamaha ////// keep up the good work keep the good stock flowing and you got a customer for life

Purchased brand new 2020 sea doo rxtx 300 paid over 20,000$ for ski and trailer. Product came with a 3 year warranty. 2nd service 100hrs o-ring and bearing are going bad in jet pump. Service tries to up-sell me on 600$+ of work and claimed they opened a sea doo tech case. They will not warranty. Owner will not do anything to make it right when I paid sticker for the jet ski. I was warned about their service by other customers, but decided to give them a shot. I would not recommend this place for any vehicle purchases or services. Go somewhere else you’ll save time, money, and most importantly you’ll get actual customer service.

They sent me home with no coolant in my dirt bike’s radiator after an annual tune up. Fortunately my motor isn’t destroyed that I know of yet.

Came in contact with several employees in the showroom while waiting for service to be done, each person was so friendly and helpful. Service department employees were super informative and friendly. I got 2 spark trixx from this dealership, great price and service. Just took my gti and one of the trixx for a yearly service. Quick service and reasonable price.I just had an issue with my BRP speaker. John the sales manager was working on the issue personally and you really felt that hes doing the best he can to resolve my problem and he did it right . Highly recommended

WOW Talked to Jeremy in service dept he said bring it on down he would take care of me. I had my wife follow me down to leave it. When arriving he said if you have about 10 minutes I can put it on the computer and diagnose it I said sure. Before I know it hes on the bike and its in the garage. Jeremy comes out in about 10 minutes saying he was pretty sure what it was and if I had about 15 or 20 minutes he would have the technician Mike pull the plastic and take a look. Again sure. Well 20 minutes later the thanks to Jeremy and Mike the bike was fixed and all the check engine codes cleared. It doesnt get any better than that. Thanks

Over all I was quite impressed with this Actions service center, Jet ski was fixed and serviced for a reasonable price and detailed to perfection, very impressed with how well they were able to clean out the inside. Service manager on site was very helpful and informative, Diagnosed about battery problem and it started up on the 1st try when I put it in the water ran better than previous times with their service package. Highly recommended and I will use them in the future.
Pretty new to world of motorcycles and finally decided to pull the trigger on purchasing my first sports bike so I came here as it is the closest to me and seemed to have pretty good reviews. Was in and out of the store about 3 times for at least 25-30 minutes to look at bikes inside and out on the side walk. Was never greeted or approached to ask if I needed help. Had to stop an associate that walked by to say that when they got a minute I could use some help he yelled out a few names to ask if they could help and took off back toward the counter where there was about 3 workers helping one customer. I finally gave up and decided I would take my money elsewhere but as I was walking out the door a young lady I believe named tiffany came out she answered all my questions and gave me some great info which is the only reason this isnt a 1 star review. Was considering still going back but with the way the place is run Im sure they wont miss my few thousand dollars I would have spent. Again thank you to that great young lady who was very informative and helpful just wish I wouldnt have had to fight to try and spend some money.

Great experience at Action Kawasaki! I brought my bike in for service and knew it was good hands from the moment I spoke with the service manager. He was very fair and strait to the point. The techs were friendly, and more importantly, knew what they were doing. Also dealt with the parts department for some customization. They were awesome! Helped me get the exact look I was going for and also schooled me to some cool things I didnt even know about. While I waited for my bike to be worked on I chatted with the sales guys who were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I know where I will purchase my next motorcycle. Great job guys! Picked up my CANAM 650 from another dealer who said I needed a new OEM ($9,000) dollar motor and took it to Action. I spoke to the service manager Jeremy who I cannot say enough good things about. The entire staff at Action was professional and very helpful. Needless to say, the guys at Action rebuilt the entire motor and the bike runs great. It was refreshing to deal with someone who wasn’t just out to make extra $ and did what was right for the customer. I also bought a brand new 850 XMR from them which I have also been very happy with. They have earned a lifelong customer in me!

So just stopped in to purchase a 4 wheeler for my son and the guy says can I help you ? Im interested in this little 50cc for my son. O our sales person is out to lunch. Well this happened before and I bought my side by side in Tampa because no sales person available. and every question I asked he couldnt answer!!!! So he gets this guy John !!!!!He starts telling me about the 2017 modal only one they have and I asked whats the best he can do on this left over.. he said we only make like 200.00 so thats the price. I let him know I was just at the university dealer and the price difference was 6 dollars but they didnt have one to sell.. he said if you want to be a BIG SHOT just go buy it from them BIG SHOT !! Who says this to a customer!! Well apparently JOHN thinks this is ok... and now I wont be back ever !! They dont care and the rudest people cant believe he talked to me that way...Also was thinking of a jet ski for my other older son and now it will be bought somewhere else Ill be sure to fax a copy of the purchase order and they make nothing ! 200.00 dollars is much better then No dollars BIG SHOT !!! Shame on you.. he was practically yelling big shot as I walked out !!WELL BYE.....
John Havell and staff were experienced, patient and not pushy. They had an array of jet skis that ranged in price. They put me with best unit for my family, not just shoving the most expensive one down my throat. I appreciated that. I stopped in after a day at the beach. It was on a Sunday of May 2020. Nobody even came up to talk with me until almost 10 mins so I wasnt happy about that. The guy who came up was not very help full for my needs. I told him Im looking for a jet ski and what I planned on using it for. I told him I would like to keep the payments down around 200.00 a month if I can. He advised me that its a toy and not a need. I know it is. I have a Jeep as a toy and a pick up as a need. Any how he was like well you wont find nothing around her for that price range..I asked about used and they dont sell hem. What ever. Later I went to Cycle Springs. They were very busy and the staff was very nice to me. The sales man I met up with even stayed a couple. hours after close to help me find a ski. I ended up buy a ski and trailer from them for less then 200.00 dollars a month. I will not do any business with Action.

(which Im extremely picky on who touches my motorcycle) I know bringing it in to Brian and his great associates that my bike is in great hands.. Terrible customer service! I normally don’t leave reviews, but the owner of this business should know how terrible the sales staff treat customers. I’m a business owner. I came into this store with a trade in jet ski One hour before they closed. I mentioned making a cash purchase today and would it be possible. They said they certainly would try. Then... the showroom experience... they were aggravated that I was even there. They told me I needed to make a decision Now! If I wanted one, they weren’t going to wait around. They were trying to put away motor cycles right in front of me. I mentioned that one on the showroom floor I was interested in was dirty on the back. One of the managers there said, “not taking a dollar off of it and it wouldn’t be cleaned off today. Take it or leave it.”Very poor customer experience. I was even considering purchasing two and a scooter for our LBK condo...I’ll take my business elsewhere. I would recommend you do the same. They act like they don’t need business!

I love my new Kawasaki Ninja 300. Everything they told me about the bike is accurate. Its a nice bike and its perfect for me. They helped me out a lot. They even dropped it and the accessories off at my place for me because I was on my scooter. Im very happy.
I contacted this dealership to see if they in fact had a 2018 690 R in stock still. I spoke with Ray who confirmed it was still there. After agreeing on a good OTD price, we discussed November 1st as a potential day that I could drive down and pick it up. Unfortunately due to traffic, I told ray that I couldnt make it by 6:00 PM, however I assured him that we would be there only 30 mins later. Thankfully ray was able to stay later and sell me the bike! I also liked speaking with ray, he knows his stuff and I wish I could have asked more questions. If I ever buy another bike, Ill go here. Ray needs a raise for going above and beyond!
