Whatever happened to customer service, where the customer came first? That is apparently not the business philosophy for this establishment. As a business owner myself, I know how important word-of-mouth is in attracting new customers. These guys were contracted by our pool builders, DuWet Pools, to build the new cage around the pool. The owner was meticulous in the prep work, and the guys doing the work were pleasant and very skilled. They took extra care to properly install the Tuff Screen, everything fit perfectly, and they were fast. The aluminum Wilhite uses is heavy duty. Highly recommend this company.

First off I am a business owner myself and I know what is expected from customers. This company not only did not return my call, but after I called back was told they were too busy to answer my questions. That off course was topped with a nice attitude. I will be taking my business else where.
