Delicious food. Wait times were short even when the line was out the door. Staff were friendly. Only issue is they have temporary hours that arent listed anywhere but on the door. Google and website hours are different. Not their fault but just wanted to let others know. Overall, great place with delicious food.
Not only have my gluten free options gone down by one because of corporates decision, but the staff also tried to tell me that after specifically requesting gluten free noodles, I had never specified I needed gluten free. They also tried to say their cauliflower rigatoni was gluten friendly when it still has gluten in it. Gluten friendly just means there might be cross contamination, not that theres less gluten than usual in the actual food. Its still supposed to be gluten free by itself.This was the worst experience Ive had getting food since discovering I cant have gluten. I will not be going back.
Pasta and sauce was cold. The only good thing was the courteous girl who took the order. She was truly personable and had a customer service attitude.
I had the Cauliflower gnocchi with cream sauce and my son had some Mac n cheese dish (cant recall which one, lol). Food was good and service was great! I will be back!
Great service and food. Staff handles orders efficiently and delivers to tables. Optional lemon wedges by soft drinks is a nice touch. Parking is a bit limited, but adequate considering the amount of nearby stores. Noodles from a variety of tastes available so theres always something new- veggie noodles are a particularity fun option. Great lighting to see your company well while you eat, and music is low and not distracting .
It was take out only. They got rid of the steak strogenoff. This restaurant is dead to me now.

I ordered the zucchini shrimp scampi while my fiance ordered spaghetti and meatballs today (5/22/21). We didnt eat the food right away but when we did I found a wing nut in my food. Dont get me wrong the food was good and thankfully I ate all the shrimp and just had the vegetables left but my appetite vanished. My fiance was gracious enough to leave me some of this food. So I did get full.
We went to Noodles four times in our week long visit to Fargo. The food was very good. They have a good variety of noodles, tortellini and Mac&Cheese. Side of chicken and a nice small Ceasars salad. They were short on staff and closed early each evening at 7pm. The lines were very long and our longest wait to take our food to go was 45 mins.
Too bad they closed this location down, Great place, you cant hardly even call the 32nd Ave location, their telephone experience will make you cringe, let alone make the trip over and down there to expirience it in person, no thanks. Too bad, probably good for the owner, at least hes got someone to work, just not the best pick.
I enjoy the food but havent been able to order here much recently because they are frequently closed during their posted hours. If its changed please update and post this at the front door and online.

I do really like going to noodles and company. The service was friendly though it was a little slow. I usually always get the mac and cheese with only the minor disappointment that there should definitely be a bit more cheese sauce! It does not seem to ever have enough. If yall change the recipe a little bit or something to get more of that my rating will definitely improve
You have to pay extra for meat in your pad thai. I didnt even realize til I got my food. It was so-so. Edible but I wont go back. There are enough good restaurants to go to with great exceptional food that Id rather not order food that tastes like a tv dinner from the frozen entrees at the grocery store.

We came at noon on a Sunday to find a long line. They had just opened at noon. We waited in line for about 15-20 minutes while listening to the guy at the register talk very loudly and had terrible customer service. When it was our turn next, they told us they weren’t taking any more orders. They were too busy. Are you kidding me?! They had only been open for 20 minutes and they couldn’t take any more orders? I think a new manager is necessary to keep this place open.
Poor place is obviously struggling. But it wasnt busy and the girl at the counter got the order completely wrong.

Did the black pepper sauce open when spicing the noodles? Thats all I could taste on my buttered noodles. Couldnt even eat it, it was so spicy. I even asked for it lightly sauced in spices and it was covered completely. Thanks for wasting my money N&C. 😣 At least Olive Garden is down the street from you guys. Where my money is going forth.

I love this place. I stop by everytime Im in town. Food is always perfect. Super fast too. I highly recommend any of the asian noodles, I havent tried the others yet. Their potstickers are amazing too!
I submitted an online order. Then a super nice gentleman called to inform me they were out of the noodles I had ordered. He offered me a substitute and was very kind. Food was hot and ready with very little wait. Very kind staff! ohh... and they have potstickers! #gamechanger

I placed an online order for pickup after their busy hours. They had more than an hours notice. When we arrived to pick up the food, they hadnt made any of it. They told me it was because they were out of pad thai noodles. Nobody called to see if a substitution or anything would be okay. I also had paid to have chicken added to the second entree, which was missing from the meal. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes from our pickup time to get these meals made. I sent a complaint to the manager, and was offered compensation, which I have not yet received. So disappointing. I will not recommend to anyone.
Usually a big fan of noodles, but not this location. 30 min+ wait for Mac n cheese at 1 pm for a to go order. Tables are not cleaned between costumers or 6 feet during these covid times. Very unhappy
Hours are not accurate. I’ve called to place a to go order several different times and they are always closed. On a Saturday and Sunday after noon, and now an hour before they’re supposed to close on a Thursday night? Fix your hours if you’re going to be so spotty with being open.
I’ll give two stars because I normally do not have a bad experience here. Tonight, though, half the noodles in my penne rosa were burnt. I think the workers would have noticed burnt noodles since I saw them immediately. And also, how? It’s difficult to burn noodles.
Good quality food for the price. I had the Penne Rosa. The noodles werent mushy and the temperature of the food was perfect. The dish was spicy, but not overwhelming. I could taste the tomatoes, cheese, and spinach leaves in the dish, which was also surprising.The food was reasonably priced. I paid $7 for a decent sized portion. The restaurant lobby was clean and the bathrooms werent dirty. The visible kitchen area was also pretty clean. Overall, good food for the money. Ill definitely come back.
Bland food and poor management left a bad taste in my families mouth. Listening to the manager give simple basic direction just to be ignored was hard to listen to. The food was overpriced for what it was. No thanks.
Two of the workers there where very rude to my siblings and talked mean about her and didn’t apologize... they said “maybe try salad.” Then laughed in her face.

The Customer Service was good and the location is just across the street from Scheels. We have eaten at other Noodles & Company and they were consistent. My wife got one of the Zucchini dishes and the sauce in it was amazing. My daughter and I both got Pad Thai and it was Spot On.
Always one of my favorite places to eat! I get their Pesto Cavatapi (not sure if I spelled that right, lol) and it is delicious, if you like Pesto!! Their dining area is currently closed due to COVID 19 restrictions, but even still this place is always clean. Would definitely reccomend for curbside/pick-up. 😀
I have to admit, Im not that into noodles. But, I gave them a four star rating based upon the comments of my companions. The seating was on the small side, but that isnt uncommon in fast food chains. It was handicap accessible.

Delicious food! They were very careful and concerned about my food allergies. Our server, Harley, was very nice. We got our food in less than ten minutes. Diffidently the fastest Ive ever had my food ready at any Noodles. AMAZING!!!!!

Really good food, reasonably priced. They have a variety for everyone. My fave dish is the Wisconsin Mac and cheese. I love it! The atmosphere is wonderful, they are friendly, the food comes out hot and quick so if your crunched on time this is a place to go :)
I love Noodles and Company! Their Zucchini and Caulifloodles are excellent alternatives to straight-up pasta, and the pesto, marinara, stroganoff, and mac n cheese are all great too. Even my kids appreciate eating here. Prices have go e up since my.last stop 8b, but the food is tasty, so Im OK with giving up that extra dollar or two to get the good eats at Noodles!
Love the setup and ordering process. Food feels like it takes a little longer but realize its not fast food. When there arent a lot of people there (off-peak times for supper and lunch) the wait is short. The food is really really good and the restaurant is always clean looking. They do a really good job cleaning tables off when people leave.
Still one of our favorite places to go. The variety of noodle dishes from mac and cheese or chicken noodle soup basics to all sorts of Thai and other ethnic dishes is amazing. The flavours are good and authentic. Well worth the time and the price is just as good as the food. You can leave without taking a Rice Crispy triangle with you - they are huge.
First time here, had the cauliflower rig. with shrimp= awesome. Surprised of the flavors it had. I would totally come back here to try more.
LOVE THE FOOD if you love noodles, this is the place to be and it was a quick in and out because we did take out. But I have been there for not take out and the seats and really good. This place is like a fast food place but the food is not as fat. And is it just some wholesome noodles.
My Regular size was basically an extra small size in a regular container. This has happened multiple times. actually ridiculous
I have never had a bad experience after nearly a dozen visits to this location! The dishes are generous for the price and they are always scrumptious. The new Zucchini noodle dishes are fantastically delicious. Healthier than comparable options and still generous for the price. They deserve a 6th Star!
We ordered over the phone for a vegetarian order. Instead received a pork and shrimp mac, realizing after I got home. Called and told we could get fresh food and a refund, but the food was certainly not fresh and we didnt get any refund. Called again and were blammed for grabbing the wrong food even though they hand out the food at this store?? and then we were told the only time these mix ups happen is when they are getting scammed. The manager on duty refused to give name and said it was the last thing he wanted to deal with. Poor experience for some cold pasta.
Customer service was atrocious. The person at the counter looked at me and then just walked away (no customers were in line BTW). Also, one of the workers in back just stood there and stared at me. Not just a regular glance, but literally a dead end stare. I dont know whos in charge of hiring at this store, but you definitely need to find better and less creepy workers. I opted to go to the Moorhead store (customer service and food was on point).
The items I choose were very salty.
I asked specifically for gluten free. I was assured that ALLERGY would be listed for the cooks.I get it. Its not a gluten free environment. But if I have an allergy and I find other random noodles in my food, it is not safe for me to eat. I have been feeling sick all night and am in significant pain because of this mess up. I had to throw away all the food I bought because I cant even eat it. Be careful next time!
(SR. CITIZEN REVIEW) Never been to a noodle type place before. My companion who has food allergies picked it, and was I pleasantly surprised! Our waitress, Harley, new exactly what to do to insure safe eating. I had their beef stroganoff (customized to my tastes) and it was great! What fun to dine in a totally new type place with a great waitress, Harley.
Ive enjoyed eating at this place. I would recommend ordering online or calling an order in if youre picking up food. That way it can be ready when you stop by. The additional of the zucchini noodles is a nice change. You can change out the noodles you get with other meals too, I didnt know this until I had ordered online for the first time.I recommend the pesto cavatappi with broccoli. The Japanese pan noodles are really good too.
They have gotten better as time goes on. I love the online ordering and quick pickup. Good portions for what you pay too.
Pretty fast service at busy time of day. Always willing to personalize my order with no problem. Only advice would be to maybe have an item or two rotating thru the menu to try new things in addition to the ole faves!

Ordered online, waited 45 minutes for my food in the store... until I asked the manager about my order and they hadn’t even started making it yet... I wait 15 more minutes... once I finally got my food my noodles were dry and the food I got was incorrect anyways. Seemed like everyone was bringing back orders with incorrect food and complaining that they were waiting 45 minutes for their food. Never again will I order from here.
Girlfriend and I both threw out our order and left to find a new restaurant. We dont have the money to do that... but it was so vile it left us with no choice.
Ordering is simple, prices reflect the different meat/meatless items (tofu). Many different combinations to choose from to make your meal complete!! I admit that this place is one of my favorites in the Fargo/Moorhead area!
Amazing food and the service was really fast. At times its hard to find places to sit but its really quick and the food tastes really good.
This is not bad for a quick cheap fill up.Its not trendy or real upscale but it does a lot of things right.Nice big portions, quick friendly service, eat in or take out.I really didnt expect much from the Shrimp but I was really surprised by the size and mostly they were NOT overcooked they were spot on.I dont go a lot but I do consider myself a regular.Ive never been disappointed by quality or service.Check it out,Jamie
My daughter and I visited the 45th location last night at 5:45 and I was very disappointed in the food and service. The line to take our order was very quick,but we waited about 15 minutes for our food. At one point the staff at the till yelled at those who had not ordered that the kitchen was quite backed up and it would take a long time for their food. I understand busy, but there were at least 6 people in the kitchen and some were literally just standing their while others were very busy. Perhaps people need to be cross trained to help other areas out while they are not busy.Also the chicken salad I had was very disappointing. The chicken had no flavor and I would be surprised if it was more than 3oz of meat ( I measure my food at home so I know what serving sizes are). I ordered the $9 portion and that was quite over priced for 3 oz of flavorless chicken and brown lettuce. My 2 week old spinach at home was in better shape than the lettuce they served me. The food was DEFINITELY not worth the price or the wait. Needless to say I will not be returning

I really enjoyed the noodles I tried but was looking forward to have pho Vietnamese. The food was excellent but the tables could use cleaning. The service was great from the cashier to the guy that delivered the noodles to the table. Great job
Nothing like we were expecting. Way too much hype over what could just be called an expensive fast food restaurant. Very few selections and very overpriced for the food quality and basic self serve and clean up when youre done. You have to get your own soda, straws, napkins and condiments. The seating is arranged oddly and makes the place feel awkward. I couldnt wait to leave. Obviously, I will never be going back.
Anyone talking smack about this place does not know a noodle from a shoe lace. The whole menu is awesome, but to really excite those taste buds go with the steak. Plus the women that eat there are good looking too. Dinner and a show if you smell what the rock is cooking.

The Mac and cheese Id delicious. Sometimes they make it less cheesy than other times. Still good just not as good. Nice variety of healthy and tasty food.
Food was alright. I was actually pretty disappointed because I had their food at work event and it was amazing but it was our first time coming and I have to say it pretty bland. Honestly, something I could probably make at home. Customer service here was terrible was also terrible. The cashier was rude, and impatient of (blonde, larger guy) and the lady who served our dish didn’t say a word. You could they were ready for their shifts to end. Would I come back? Nah.
Beef stroganoff was terrible. Called to report issue with quality. Said they would send gift certificate and never did. I called back thos week and they said they would send it out now. Hopefully they will!Follow up - Domonic made it right and did send out a certificate and recieved it today. I will raise my review to 4 stars because they made this visit right with me.
Overpriced! I could make better food at home. High chairs are disgusting (food stuck all over them). Have to wait for a seat and clear your own dishes. Dont bother.

Grumpy staff. Tables and chairs looked worn out. Not clean. Tomato bisque soup tasted burnt. Many menue items were out of stock. First time there, will not return.

I ordered my food and they forgot to put the shrimp on my bowl, which I didnt even notice so of course I didnt say anything. 5 minutes later the cashier comes over apologizing with a coupon for a free bowl! I was so surprised because like I said I didnt even notice the missing shrimp. Great customer service!
