Charged us for items we did not receive. The vendor was responsible for getting items back to Montana party rentals but we were charged.

Montana Rental Company was fabulous to work with, especially Callie! Thank you for the beautiful decorations including plates, dinnerware, votives, etc. It really brought the venue to life 😊 they were responsive, professional and easy to work with!

After traveling from out state with the bride and groom to see the rental items in person, without any notice our quote was cancelled the week we tried to confirm it - in fact we were waiting on one more piece of information from MPR before we could confirm it. The employee we were working with was no longer there and we were not notified that our quote was cancelled, and in fact didnt find out until I contacted MPR to ask some questions about our quote. They said they wanted to close for a week so they chose a week that had no confirmed quotes - without notifying anybody that MPR would be closed. There is nothing more frustrating when planning a wedding than vendors who cancel your outstanding quote without warning and dont seem to care when you ask them about it. If you work with MPR just know that everything may be available on your event day when you inquire with MPR, but that could change even if you have a quote without any warning or apology.

We used Montana Party Rentals to get some decor and plates for our wedding in Bozeman. Awesome staff to work with and everything went extremely smooth for pickup and dropoff. So much selection of decor to choose from and at great prices too!

Literally saved my wedding on short notice! Highly recommend them! Their competitors have new owners and they parted ways with my consultant. It was devastating, I had worked with my her for almost a year and she was phenomenal! But once she was gone, I couldnt get any service. They would never answer the phone! I was definitely anxious since my wedding was only two months away. Montana Party Rentals saved the day! Montana Party Rentals was super helpful from the moment I reached out. We set up a time to visit the showroom and were greeted by Callie when we arrived. She was so sweet and helpful with all the details we needed to pick for our reception. She was always quick to respond to all my emails and MPR was very accommodating when we needed to change our plans due to covid. Their showroom is beautiful and I would highly recommend them for all your rental/party/event needs!!

We rented linens, glassware, and a few decor items from them for our wedding. Communication was great and everything was delivered as requested day of. Its fun looking around the showroom in person to pick stuff out but their website is great too!

Great experience!I called last minute because it was raining to rent a tent for an event I was having and they were so helpful! They were OK with me sending them pics of my backyard to the to see what size I would need and even came early to my house to set it up. VERY AFFORDABLE and worth it!

Montana Party Rentals was one of the easiest vendors I had to deal with during my wedding! They were so pleasant on the phone and even offered me a discount if we picked up the tents ourselves! This worked out great as my party was flying into Bozeman and my brother just picked up the tents and put them up for me!

We called at the last minute for tables and chairs during graduation weekend. They were sold out of some things, so they worked with us on what they could do. They were clear what they needed back from me, and showed up when we wanted on both ends. The customer service was succinct and perfect. The tables and chairs were in excellent condition.

These guys have a beautiful selection of just about anything you could need for your event. We rented a tent and some decor to deck out our desert table. They were always quick to answer any questions I had and their costumer service is impeccable. Prices are fair.
