Easily the best service you can get in Montana, one of the top 4 ups stores in the nation. The place is always busy but that is because the owners have refused to increase the prices despite the insane demand for their services. Most of, if not all of the people who leave one star reviews on here didnt follow the directions either for Amazon or from ups or have an issue that really was the fault of the hub, but they take it out on the employees here

Very good experience. I had an out of state client spending time in Montana and he needed to get legal documents signed, notarized, and shipped overnight to another state. Derrick was very helpful in getting all of this taken care of. Polite, professional, and responsive. Would highly recommend!

I was in a bind with a Amazon return that I did not realize that I needed to purchase a envelope for. It was less than a dollar but all I had on me was ApplePay they don’t accept. But Derrick said not to worry about it and he handled it. Huge thanks to Derrick for allowing me to get a chore done and leave happier than when I entered.

Ive been in the UPS store twice this week to ship multiple packages. Both times I was helped quickly and the employees that helped me were really friendly and efficient. It was super busy both times, but I didnt have to wait long as there seemed to be a lot of customer service reps available. Thank you!

I frequent this place for work, they are an amazing team. They are so helpful and I always have a lot to send, they will help me bring my packages in from my car. They are gracious and patient with me. I have also witnessed this with their customer service to not so kind or disgruntled customers and they handled it professionally and kindly. They are my go to place!

I use this store mainly to return Amazon packages because it is easy, quick and convenient. I went in recently and 3 men who came in just before me were not wearing masks. When I politely inquired to the manager why she didnt request they put them on she said in a pretty aggressive tone, look there is a sign on the door, and if you dont like it, you can ask them yourself, and turned around and walked away. I understand businesses may be walking a fine line, and that a few people are not required to do so, but the manager was exceptionally rude. People are learning they dont have to wear a mask because they are not requested to do so. We are in the midst of a pandemic and public health crisis in Bozeman. I will be taking my Amazon returns to Kohls for now on.

Terrible customer service. Owner claims that they have charged $5/day hold fee for 27 years when this is simply not true. My grandmother has lived in Bozeman her entire life and advised me to send my package here because EVERY SINGLE TIME she has sent it here they charged her a one-time $5 fee. Just look at the review right before mine. The owner claims they only charge $5/day for USPS packages as opposed to it being free for UPS or FEDEX. I called today and was told it was $5/day regardless of who the carrier was. We had a FEDEX delivered package and were still told we owed $5/day starting today (the day we called). Talk about a money grabbing, shady operation run by Tracy at this location. Get a grip on reality. You can’t charge $5/day for 27 years and think that justifies your doing so.

Often times I have been thankful for the UPS Store for offering a convenient and affordable way to receive mail/packages/etc if you are on the road (generally a one time $5 fee per package) but boy oh boy did I make a mistake in assuming they were all following the same policy! I sent 4 packages to the Bozeman UPS store expecting to owe $20 when I came in to pick them up. However, due to their INSANE policy of charging $5 per package PER DAY, I had no other choice but to walk out and have them return the packages to sender. They wanted in the ball park of $20 - $50 per package!!! And they are happy to return your mail rather than give it to you for a reasonable price. Most of the stuff I was picking up wasn’t even worth $20. Poor service that starts with the owner, Tracy.

Only ups store I’ve ever come across that seemingly follows their own rules and charges $5 per day per package when the typical company policy is to charge a one time fee of $5 and to hold the package for up to 14 days. If you came ten days after a package arrived at this Bozeman UPS store run by Tracy Asbell you would owe $50. This is clearly a money-grabbing ploy and it is pretty pathetic. I will make sure my friends and family know to send their packages elsewhere.On a similar note, this UPS store claims to not be able to accept USPS mail, which is blatantly false. Time and time again on my cross-country rv trip I have had USPS, fedex and UPS mail alike sent to the UPS store where I later paid $5 to pick it up.Pretty soon this store’s policy will change, as you can see their clientele are not happy with this shady tactic.

The staff is always friendly when I go in there! I use them every time that I need to ship something. I can even drop off my prepaid UPS and USPS packages. I hate waiting in line at the post office so the fact that they offer most of the same services is convenient. They are efficient, quick, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this UPS Store!

The team down at the UPS Store is great. I have had a UPS box there for the last 4 years and love it. It works out great because I own a business and all UPS ground shipments arrive about 10am and so I dont have to wait around all day for my shipments of supplies. Second, they sign for all packages and I get a text or email as soon as a package is delivered. Third, it is a commercial address so it makes getting any kind of shipment easy. Ive gotten to know a lot of the employees b/c I go in about everyday and theyve been both friendly and helpful. Id highly recommend our UPS store!

Just went to the UPS store... they wanted $114 to send a 1.7lb ENVELOPE 2nd day air to arrive for Wednesday next week. Went to Fedex instead and had the same identical package sent for the exact same delivery date for $22... A $92 difference. There was a lady in front of me who took her package somewhere else for the same reason. I don’t know if it’s the store owner that puts his own markup on it, or UPS pricing, but we don’t need that kind of greed. Moral of the story, don’t support this place.

I was returning my century link equipment and the woman at the counter advised me to keep my tracking number because it’s a common problem with CL- people have been charged for their equipment because they didn’t keep their proof of delivery, even though the equipment was delivered. I kept it for TWO MONTHS before getting a bill for $104.99! I called century link, with tracking number in hand, (thanks to the lovely lady at this UPS location) and they credited my account. Thank you SO much!

Tried to send a package back to my companies HQ. I have them two valid phone numbers. He told me he needed my personal cell number. I told him I dont give that out, but he could contact my company. He told me he cant ship it out without my cell phone number.Im a traveling rep that drive 50k plus miles a year, I wont be in the area again.I walked out.Just another failure on UPS.

The woman who manages this store is so rude and passive aggressive. I don’t know her name because her long hair always covers up her name tag. I usually ship here at least once a week and I’m getting really sick of her awful customer service and condescending remarks. It’s too bad because the rest of the employees are nice and I like UPS in general, but I won’t be going back here because of the mean manager who always seems to have a huge chip on her shoulder. To the ownership of this store: you could do SO much better. She’s a drag.

The manager, Tracy, is a great guy. He has the right balance of professional and personable. I have been using this location for everything from depositing into my USAA, sending packages and for my PO box needs. Most of the staff is awesome, Jacob is a great guy, and funny! Terrible. I live downtown, paid 40 dollars for my perishable item to be delivered on overnight shipping and it didnt arrive until 5:30 the next day. When it WAS finally delivered, they didnt knock and left it UPSIDE DOWN on my porch! The perishable item was a live animal that was very upset to be left that way. Awful! If you can help it, avoid UPS.

I mailed a package from Bozeman to my home in Chicago weeks before christmas. Two days before Christmas the package was still not there with over $100 worth of gifts in it. After calling UPS 3 times they finally managed to tell me I needed to contact the store I sent it from, after calling the store they directed me back to UPS help line... Finally I got very upset and an employee at the store managed to finally find out my package had been broken and then thrown out WEEKS ago. I was NOT notified despite them having my phone number, address, and email. They then said I had to file a claim even though they already told me they broke it. So the UPS employee tells me they will call me when they are updated. 3 MONTHS GO BY AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. So I go in and complain AGAIN. They then inform me that they cannot refund me because it was my fault the package had broke due to insufficient packaging and they new this because the perfumes and lotions had leaked out everywhere. EXCEPT said lotions and perfumes were wrapped in loads of tissue paper AND vacuum sealed because they were brand new, they were also plastic. If I could gibe this place 0 stars I would, not only did they break and throw out all my families gifts, but they also didnt inform me of anything, then wouldnt refund me the $150 I spent all together, and then blamed me for what happened. Guess Im going to FedEx

Why every time I go in hete its the worst customer service ever. Not to mention the store is always dirty. I was standing there for 5 minutes while two agents were on thr phone and the 3rd agent just stood in the back watching me and drinking a soda. Didnt say a word to me while I stood there. This has never changed in the 11 years I have lived here.

I didnt know they change $5 a DAY to deliver an envelope to the store. Cost us $10 to pick our credit card while traveling because it arrived a day earlier. Thank you UPS store for up charging us. Please change your policy we will never use this UPS again while traveling. We have used others and they didnt have this policy.

I paid for priority overnight with delivery by 9:00am the next day. UPS Store held this cooler full of perishables for over 25 hours before deciding to ship them overnight to a lab. This the second time in as many months that this has occurred. I was under the impression that guaranteed overnight delivery actually meant guaranteed overnight delivery. Instead of waiting a day then shipping it. As much as they are charging me to ship overnight, I damn well expect them to ship overnight. It is not rocket science. Do your damn job!
