Baby Logic was great. My wife and I were preparing for our first child and Hannah was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helped us get everything we needed. Their prices are very good and everything we got was high quality. Hannah made everything so easy and I would highly recommend this place. The nice thing about it is you can try out everything before you buy it. They also match or have better prices than amazon and have an awesome reward point program. Neways I would highly recommend to my friends family and anyone looking for a good place to get all their baby supplies and needs.

I love this store!! Hannah was amazing and helped my husband and I pick out an entire nursery set for our sons room! The quality of the products are amazing. We also got our car seat and stroller from this store. Hannah took the time to explain all the different types and was so patient with us as we are very indecisive. They helped install and teach us to install our car seat properly! They go above and beyond in customer service!!!! I will definitely be back throughout my child’s early years and my future pregnancies. I would highly recommend them to any future or current moms in Bozeman!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Bibs and Binkies today to shop for a close friend. I was immediately greeted by the owner, Rachel Rising. The store felt very welcoming and I was surprised with Rachels knowledge about the products in her shop, considering she has been at it for only a month. I was pleased to hear that Rachel is also an accomplished childrens Chiropractor. She had my best interest at heart and was easy to work with. I suggest you go and check Bibs and Binkies out asap. Fantastic Store. Staff is cheerful, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Changing/feeding rooms in the back are wonderful. The chairs are super comfortable and the changing station is clean. Store is easy to shop. Product selection and pricing is great. Nice mix of local products and big name brands. If they are out of an item they will give you a personal call when it is in stock. A great addition to the mall.

My favorite local store to buy cute gifts for my nieces and nephews! The owner always have the most unique products that you cant find at any other stores. I know that if I buy my niece nice booties here that shell be the only kid in her baby group rockin it!

I love this store! I dont have little kids now but always buy gifts for friends with little ones here. Their prices are totally competitive with Amazon, and the selection is better for high quality items. Ive purchased video monitors, high chairs, pretty diaper bags, feeding items, tethers and the best blanks ever (Copper Pearl!). Highly recommend this shop!

I went into Bibs & Binkies today, and got so excited to see that they have new signage! When the previous owner moved to this new location I was NEVER able to find it, so this is a great step! I met the new owners, they explained to me some of the changes they are making (there is a re-sale side in the same location that is moving out) showed me the new things they have in..... I dont have kids yet, but I know this has been a staple store in the past for baby stuff, and I can say I think it is being restored back to its original glory! I bought the cutest burp cloths and sleep sack for some friends out of town (per Rachels suggestion, she uses them with her son) and Im excited because I know even if they have something along these lines, these are definitely unique! Moral of the story, CHECK EM OUT! If you have been or if you have never been!

It is a very nice store and has great products. BUT I did not have good customer service the entire time I dealt with them. I had a registry through them and every time someone bought something from the registry I was supposed to earn points, well I had to call and make them give me the points or I wouldn’t get them. Then a lady bought me 2 items from my registry, almost 2 months later we still had not received them, this is after calling several times asking about it and never getting an answer or call back. We finally cancelled the order and ended up ordering the same exact thing from Amazon and got them 2 days later.Very disappointed.

We ordered a car seat from here & told the lady up front to put on the slip “sign for at door”. Well Nuna didn’t put it to sign for on a $400 car seat. They were great at getting back at Nuna & getting us another seat but they kept telling us we would get it the next week and it’s been over 2 weeks later & still nothing. We had our baby so my husband had to go buy another seat since they still hadn’t shipped ours. He called to hopefully get refunded & keeps getting the run around, I keep messaging (I’m still in the hospital) & get no answers. We really loved this store at first but now after a few girls telling us the refund has been processed & we still haven’t received it we are just fed up. We also have been getting told we would get called back idk how many times and have only been called back once. We are still waiting for our refund & an answer from the manager. $400 for first time parents isn’t something we can just throw around so it’s very frustrating. Wish we could get some real answers instead of the run around!

This store is absolutely amazing! Ive been living here forever and never seen it! I love it, I think their stuff is amazing. :)

The past few times Ive been in they havent had what I was looking for (Phil and ted lobster chair, baby bjorn bib, skip hop black and white foam play mat...) and I can typically find better prices on the same products elsewhere. The staff is friendly, but when shopping it feels like theyre on top of you constantly asking if you need help. I didnt feel like I could browse and discover products on my own.

I am friends with quite a few young couples and have stopped in a couple times already to buy gifts for their newborns. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and they had lots of inventory to pick from. Id highly recommend this store to friends and family.

We love Bibs & Binkies! They have an amazing service for anyone in the mall for changing/feeding rooms for your little ones. We have purchased several items from there and have bought several as gifts as well! Will always recommend to friends.

This store is amazing! The fact that they have a feeding room and changing room makes life with a new born awesomely easier! Staff is also amazing and is always interested in ur baby and thier needs! I recommend this store to any mom!!!

Edit: I would like to take the time to make an edit to my review. Since my last review I have been in the store many times. Everything has been much better and there service has been great. I truly believe that happy employees make customers happy! Its great having a local baby store when you are in need of something quick. We also love that they are willing to price match Amazon. It help keep our dollars local which is great! We have purchased most of our big ticket baby items from here and we are always happy with the products. I am glad that our experiences have been so much better! I am going to change my 2 star to 5.Previously in the past I have always loved and enjoyed Bibs and Binkies. With our first child I purchased everything I could have ever needed or wanted – with my second child I attempted to purchase things and found the customer service to be beyond awful. I enjoyed the previous owner and actually enjoy the current owner, Rachel. However, the new manager is not an enjoyable employee nor is she very helpful. On four different accounts I called and spoke directly to the new manager – I believe her name is Whitney. I called to inquire about a new stroller and had a few questions that needed to be answered before we spent $900.00 on a new stroller and accessories. With all four calls she promised a call back and I didn’t receive one call back or one piece of information. With every call she took our name and number so I know she had the information that was needed to return the call. I finally decided that I would venture into the store to see if we would have any better luck. I was even less impressed with her customer service and decided I would not be back to the store. I waited for help for over 30 minutes – there was only one employee available – not a big deal – I understand it is a small business so I am ok with the wait. But the wait combined with the lack of attention and the attitude that came with it was far too much. After waiting 30 minutes she interrupted our conversation multiple times to check people out and answer the phone. I decided to leave and come back. When I came back I did purchase something – I stood at the register for another 15-20 minutes waiting for her help – she was busy talking to someone at the front – it was a personal conversation. Her sweet mother stood at the register and chatted with me about the new baby niece that was going to be born that afternoon. Finally when she made it to the register to help me out she was telling her mother how to wrap a present and was incredibly rude to her own mother. I felt awful for her. Needless to say I spent the money I was going to spend on a stroller and a car seat online. I know that it is always better to spend on local businesses but I refuse to spend money at a store where the manager refuses to concentrate on customer service or common manners.

I really appreciate the nursing and changing rooms they provide.
