Clean facility, clean washers and dryers, and there is seldom a wait for machines.BUT,, the real reason to go here: the people that work at the clothesline are awesome.Particularly, Isaac is a joy to do business with. I have been going to the clothesline for three years and he has been consistently friendly and professional the whole time.

We are a full-time traveling family of 7. We were heading to Yellowstone and stopped off here to do our laundry. Somehow in the midst of gathering our clothes I managed to leave a whole load in the dryer. We didnt realize it until the next day when we were too far to make the trip back to Bozeman. I called The Clothesline and explained our dilemma. We had some valuable and sentimental items of clothing in that particular load. The owners personally spoke to me, finished drying the clothes (they were slightly damp still) and then shipped them to our home. The clothes arrived neatly folded and packaged. I was so impressed with their willingness to help us out and think their customer service is amazing. We will definitely use The Clothesline again if were ever in the area - and Ill be sure to double check that I have all our clothes next time!

Better than the last laundry mat that cost an arm.and leg plus ruined my clothes. Good service the employees r sweet youngsters. Never have a bad experience except last time dryer burnt my blankets and washer turned my whites to yellow

Busy laundromat with top load and front load wash machines. Clean facility, machines, and folding counters. They have free wifi and chairs and a few small tables. The helpful and friendly manager is onsite and can provide change for the machines.

I LOVE this place. Its always clean, and their is always someone on staff. They have a good amount of all size washers and dryers. And alot of full sized folding counters. anything you might need as far as soap and softener is sold behind the counter. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and smiling . I have used this business several times now without a single even slightly bad thing to say. If I could rate more stars I would.

Bit of an emergency with our apartment washing machine tonight... My girlfriend was devastated to see our wash had left mysterious stains on our laundry which unfortunately contained her only blouse she was planning to wear to her dream interview tomorrow morning. In complete disarray, my only thought was to immediately sprint over to the Clothesline. I arrived at 8:55pm only to find that although they closed at 10pm, the last load was 8:30pm. I missed it. My last chance at saving the day... but wait! The ANGEL of a staff member noticed my distress and swooped in to snatch the clothes from my pale trembling hands. Within a blink of an eye all the stresses of the night were washed away on gentle. In response to my utter shock and confusion at what had just happened, she informed me that although it was 9pm and 30min too late we could at least wash the clothes on the 30 minutes cycles (with 30 minutes to spare until closing!) so long as I agreed to air dry them at home. I thank God everyday for these little glimpses of human compassion - thank you kind stranger for saving the night and going the extra mile even though you could have easily turned me away.

Fabulous service from the hardworking young lady, Adrian, manning the laundromat! Helped me with adding a load to high tech machine when I’d mistakenly forgotten it, and making sure soap level was appropriately balanced. Place was busy but organized and machines well maintained. Had clean restroom and free WiFi. Very nice experience!

Im at the clothesline now and I can say I have never been treated so rudely or been embarrassed by anyone my 56 yrs on this earth. The attendant was ugly beyond belief in the way she treated us. Kenny went in without a shirt and she told him he had to put one on, which was fine, he came back out and we started unloading our laundry to find the bag with shirts and she came out and screamed very nastily all the way across the parking lot in front of everyone. She didnt give him time to look for a shirt, she followed him out and went to screaming. We spent 37 bucks washing, bought soap powders, bags total spent around 70 bucks. I will drive the 8 miles to Belgrade from now own, where their attendant doesnt treat older people so rudely.

Best laundromat I ever been 2. (I aint never been to another laundromat) shawty at the counter was kinda thicc 🤒🤒🥴🥴 kinda distracted me from washing the twelve pairs of jeans I have. 📸📸📸

The dryer at home wood suites was not working. I wish I came here first. Very clean. Chairs inside and outside, atm and music. Thankful we found it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing how many clothes and blankets can be stuffed in the $4.50 machine! It did a really great job getting things clean.

The Clothesline has on-site attendant which is huge and helpful for the inevitable questions to get answered quick, also the attendants are all extremely nice. Additionally, the place very clean and theres wifi and the owners are all about the local community and community building.

Way over priced to do 3 loads of laundry wash and dry coast me nearly $20.00 ! No air conditioning! Had to go home and fold my laundry had to get out of that Oven ! Plus horrible parking, employees inappropriate with there personal conversations with one another that other people can ear 👂

We got our laundry done, it didnt cost much, and the people were helpful. We bought too much laundry soap and they let us return a box, which we really appreciated!

Edited to add: Both new owner and previous owners reached out and sincerely apologized for the incident. Steps are being made to train employees to speak to customers with respect.........................................................................Incredibly rude employee! Please visit another laundromat! Guy came up to me and said he didn’t want to tell me again to my mask on. I was very confused. As I’d been wearing my mask and was speaking to my 9-year-old daughter and had lowered it just speaking to her. Also, it’s 90 degrees outside and the doors are open. Very noisy and hot! Especially lugging laundry around. I’m a super friendly and non-confrontational person from the south. Not the type to cause a fuss, but I’m also not going to have some rude employee talk to me that way. I’m emailing the owner, as well. No one that treats people that way should be working for the public. Stand up for kindness and visit another laundromat while you’re in Bozeman.

The facility itself is clean and the employee is attentive, but the machines should do a better job of getting your clothes clean. Ive been to many laundromats, so I know what a commercial machine is capable of.

Staff is always very helpful! The equipment is well maintained and can take very large loads of laundry considering i usually wait two weeks before doing most of my laundry. I tried other laundromats but continue to use this one since i can get my laundry done quickly and since it is always staffed it feels safer than many others that do not have active staff.

All the machines work & Friendly staff. But the dryers arent very efficient. Youll need to empty the lint trap yourself, and its $2.25 min to wash. Im not from here, but that seems excessive.

I love this place so much! I dont know if its because I spent ten years fighting to do my laundry in army barracks it what, but this place is awesome. I do my bedding here because they have large washers and dryers that can fit my large comforters. My home w&d are way too small. The employees are very nice and I have heard them give friendly above to clueless laundry first timers. I dont think its priced poorly. I can do the giant machine wash and dry under $7 or they have fancy quick machines that can do your clothes in about 25 minutes. Of course theres the regular machines as well. They have quarters that you can buy at their counter. Ive bought quarters with bills and my debit card.

This is probably the nicest laundromat Ive ever used. The establishment is neat and clean, a good array of washers from single loads to 4X machines. There is ample parking here as well.

Great place to go wash clothes, the staff is always friendly and the best part is that they have free wifi.. prices are not bad at all. They have a atm their so you can pull cash and get quarters from them to use their machines .. I suggest going in the morning some days get busy..but over all you can find some where to wash your clothes. They located in a good location so it not hard to find and they have benches inside so you can sit and wait until your clothes are done.

The young lady currently working there decided to flip out and make a scene about how much soap i used in the washer... she only glanced as she walked by and acted like a male doesnt know how to do laundry... i have never been so embarrassed in a public setting by an employee.Edit: went back in to put my laundry in the dryer and noticed that it was mostly guys in there... the lady wasnt watching them as they did their laundry like she was me.. im beginning to think this happened because im Native American

WOW....WOW....and WOW!!!!!!..The cleanest laundry facility I have ever used!!!...Great variety of washers and dryers all well maintained...Very reasonably priced......staff super nice and helpful. All this from a former owner of 3 laundry facilities,...maintenance and cleanliness are constant battles that operators deal with......You are winning the battle big time!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!....IF I COULD GIVE 6 STARS I WOULD!!!!!

Great place for laundryIve been coming here for over 7mo now,Today was the first day as a customer I was asked to maintain their equipment and clean the lint trap.1. Gross, if I had not put money the dryer I would have switched.2. You hire people for this in the store, its not my responsibility to clean up after your other patrons.I cant even believe the clerk tonight asked if I changed the lint trap to continue use of the equipment, when I questioned it!

Biggest washers and driers in town for a reasonable price. The staff are always very helpful and quick to give change when needed-- no messing with coin machines, quarter rolls and dollar coins make for a quick and easy experience.

Super clean and great facility. You will never have to wait for a machine and the staff is very nice. The bathroom was also clean which is a major plus while waiting. This place was a life saver as the only laundromat in the town we stayed in was closed and we needed to wash our clothes before leaving.

Needed an unplanned laundry stop mid camping trip. This laundromat was clean, affordable and quick. The attendant was incredible helpful and very friendly. Lucky for us they were even giving away free laundry soap and fabric softener on this particular day! Couldnt have had a better laundry experience! I just come here to wash comforters, rugs, things that will throw my washer off balance, but its such a nice laundromat, Id do all my laundry here if it made any sense economically! The washers never smell bad like at other laundromats, and the washers are FAST. Also, I never thought much about staff at at laundromat, but a couple of the folks here will go out of their way to help in little ways, which just makes it a pleasant experience. Such rare and amazing service! There are people taking pride in this business.

This was my first experience with a laundromat. We were passing through on our vacation and chose this place based on the reviews. It was a bit of a drive through town, but so worth it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. If Im ever in the area again, I would definitely choose The Clothesline again!

Great service attendant with accurate drying estimates, clean facilities, open earlier than other places, plenty of machines to choose from, and room to park my 31 foot motorhome. I had 3 loads and a sleeping bag done in just 65 minutes with the advice of the attendant. I wouldn’t have known which machines, how much detergent, or drying times. Thanks so much!

This is a standard laundromat with self service and drop off service. Machines are maintained and in good working order. Very clean and safe environment. A little bit crowded and hectic at times, so if you want to avoid a crowd look for off peak hours.

Owner onsite is very helpful, friendly and personable. Machines are well cared for. Even have mega washers and mega dryers. Dryers just need $.25 to start, so economical for a light load. Passing through town and had a good experience here.

I came in to wash my comforter because I was tired of paying the dry cleaners to do it and take a week. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The business was clean. I highly recommend this business.

My rental company gave us really inefficient appliances, so I come here and it is so worth the money. They have awesome huge machines that really cut down on time spent and money. I can do a few weeks worth of laundry in one load. Takes about an hour twenty and whoever is working is super helpful. Shows you how to use everything, stain removal. The works.

Traveling and dropped in to avoid the fight over one washer at the hotel where were staying. Clean facilities and equipment is well-maintained. Attendant Justin was a super nice guy. Wish the laundromats in my town were as nice.

Their large capacity washers are great for getting all your clothes done at once and drying only takes around 20 minutes when you use Express wash. All the employees are helpful and nice

I asked how much time the large dryers were supposed to run per quarter, and was advised that my dryer (#2) was 4 minutes, but the ones next to it (same capacity) were 5 minutes per quarter. Both #3 & #4 were taken. So I proceeded to add more time. Each quarter only added 3 minutes. I told the guy working today, (Sunday) and he just argued with me. Never coming back here!

Always clean, never had any problems with the machines. Friendly staff there if you need quarters or detergent.

The clothesline is very clean. The staff is always friendly. I never have to wait for a machine or dryer. It is in a convenient location right near downtown. I do all of my laundry here.

I am so impressed! VERY clean! All machines work! Even though it is very busy when I arrive, there are plenty available machines.When I was drying, i moved my cottons into another dryer. One of the workers asked me why and I said, it was not hot.A moment later, the owner, who told me his name was CJ came to me and insisted to reimburse me.I tell him, no, but I will write about this on my Google review. Too, I raised my star rating from the four i had given this laundry to five, which is a rating that I rarely ever give.All this and free WiFi.
