My husband was just fit with new hearing devices at Helton Hearing, and they are AMAZING! I am as thrilled with them as he is. Dr. Holmes was so knowledgeable, thorough and patient as she explained the many capabilities of the hearing aids and their associated applications and devices. More importantly, she took the time to determine the features that would be most useful in his life, then worked with us on several occasions until he was comfortable accessing them. Not only was Dr. Holmes a delight to work with, she proved that she CAN teach an old dog new tricks. We could not have had a better experience or a more successful outcome. Love the whole staff. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Had my first visit with Helton Hearing. Truly impressed with the kind, helpful communication from Doc Aly (Dr. Alyson Holmes). Really felt cared about. Not to mention how clearly she shared each step and proceedure. My Dentist had recommended them, as I had issues after a car accident. Helton Hearing has been very helpful. We are from out of town and have gotten there quite early twice to avoid bad weather. We didnt expect to have our appointments earlier, but they were very willing and able to get us in right away. They also have been great to answer questions and took lots of time to help my husband be as comfortable as possible with his hearing aids. We also appreciate that there is an audiologist who comes to Ennis every month so we dont have to travel so far for cleanings.

Helton hearing is phenomenal!!! They have such a great heart for helping our local law enforcement and veterans. Dr. Overby was truly amazing to work with and Sam was super helpful getting me all setup! The front desk staff is so friendly as well. Ill be using them in the future and recommend them to my friends and coworkers as well!!!

I am a retired engineer and have been working as a substitute teacher here in Bozeman for four years. However, I have been greatly handicapped by increasingly severe hearing loss. Covid hasnt kept me from working in the schools, but my inability to hear and understand the kids was making it impossible for me to continue doing an effective job. I had purchased hearing aids twice from local providers, but both times returned them due to their ineffectiveness in rectifying my hearing difficulties. On a recommendation from a friend I visited Helton Hearing on 7th. Their friendly and personal service was immediately apparent. But most importantly I can hear the kids again! Ive been a patient at Helton for over a decade and I have to say that their crew is second to none. Ive come in several times in an emergency with a dead hearing aid, and theyve always found a way to see me, even if I had to wait a little bit for an opening in the schedule. Theres not much you can do if you cant hear, and I appreciate the fact that these people get that!

So disappointed to be treated this way! I have brought my adult daughter with Down Syndrome to Helton and formerly Mickey Hearing for many years and always been happy with the care, always paid our bill immediately at the time of service. When I called to schedule this year’s check up they said they because she qualifies for a Medicade waiver, they won’t see her. I said she also has Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, but we always just pay fee for service. So they made the appointment, but then when we showed up, they again said they won’t see her because she is on Medicade. I said, it doesn’t matter, I will pay out of pocket. They said no. Why such prejudice against adults with disabilities?!! Or is it prejudice against Medicade? She qualifies because of her disability, but if her parents want to pay for her treatment, why would you refuse!!?!! Extremely disappointed to be treated this way! Not a good way to treat people!! Maybe so busy they don’t care how people feel?

I highly suggest Helton Hearing Care to anyone who has any kind of hearing problems. The staff is most caring and takes the time to figure out the best route to the problem that you have the problem with, and treats you with the utmost respect. I am very pleased with the service and cannot speak highly enough for Helton Hearing!

My very first contact with Helton Hearing Care was comforting and very accommodating. Right away I felt that the staff was caring and kind. After my appointment with Dr. Helton, I was convinced that the staff at Helton Hearing Care was a special group of people who sincerely cared about their clients needs and concerns.

Very disappointed. Made an appointment in late 2019 for Jan 2020. Did so after following some good advice from Helton to check with the VA for coverage. The VA denied coverage so I planned on paying for services myself. Called just before the scheduled appointment to inform them I would be a few minutes late and they stated “ we have no appointment for you”. They didn’t hear from the VA so they decided to cancel my appointment without informing me. Very poor customer service Helton !!!!

We called Helton Hearing very close to closing time, they said come right over and Dr. Allie not only fixed it, but cleaned up the gluing mess I had made trying to fix it. Their whole office staff was so pleasant and Dr. Allie was so sweet to my Dad. I love how they fit us right in when they were trying to go home for the day and my Dad had a wonderful visit with grandchildren and great grandchildren because of their kindness!!!!!! My story starts about 20 years ago when I first discovered a ringing in my ears, accompanied by some itching. I didnt know I had a hearing loss or not, although my family was quite sure I did. I dont know why I waited so long, but I eventually got tired of saying Huh? I guess that is what caused me to take the first step and call Helton Hearing Care.I was very impressed with the testing and the informative consult with Dr. Helton following the examination. In fact, the whole crew is top notch, very friendly and welcoming. When I had questions, they promptly answered them without making me feel ignorant or pesty.I am now wearing open-fit instruments, which have made a world of difference in my life. I never knew how much I was missing. I have more energy now, which has pleased my family. Thank you Helton Hearing Care.
