Car smart was a Godsend for us! As truck drivers, we often get to places and aren’t able to see the local sights. Especially on a Sunday! Andy made it possible for us to see Yellowstone! My husband & I rented a Subaru Outback from Andy & Carine for our week long adventure in Yellowstone & Grand Teton. Unfortunately, the Outback had a broken radio, so they upgraded us big time. They went above & beyond with a GMC Yukon. They knew we were camping, so they included a solar shower, water jug, air mattress, blankets, pillows, & a goody bag with snacks. They helped make our trip so much more comfortable than we could imagine. Hope we get an opportunity to rent from them again! Definitely recommend!

LifeSavers! Call Andy if you have a vehicle emergency. He rented us a car to get to Butte, MT after our car died. he and his wife were so helpful and and friendly. He assured me that he would figure out what I need to do with my dead car to either fix it or sell it and he would help with that process. We have a fleet of sprinter vans and one of our clients are rented it to go out to big sky. They developed some electrical issues on the way there and we were helpless to get it resolved. Our sprinter vans are built custom and involve very complex electrical wiring. We didn’t have a schematic and after speaking with numerous companies out there Andy and his team at Carsmart made a commitment to help. They even went all the way out to try to diagnose the issue on site. Eventually we ended up bringing Sprinter to the shop where the repairs were diagnosed and done. He treated our client as if it were his and even provided a loaner vehicle at no additional charge. His prices were beyond fair And the service that him and his team afforded us were world class. He gave us a small company feel but with big company service. His technicians were competent reliable and communicated with us every step of the way. I can’t say enough about their service and helping us to get our client back on the road. Thanks Andy and crew!!

Andy is the definition of a life saver. My partner and I were on a road trip traveling back to Seattle and celebrating our anniversary at a Ranch outside of Bozeman when our check engine light unexpectedly came on and the engine had developed a rough idle. We got in touch with mobile mechanic and within 2 hours Andy was at the ranch performing diagnostics on the vehicle. Unfortunately we needed a new part but Andy was quick to call all of the potential part shops in Bozeman to see if it was readily available. Unfortunately the part was not available so we had to book accommodation in Bozeman while we waited for the part to arrive. Andy ordered it for us with overnight shipping from two different shops to ensure one of them would arrive the next day and he provided us with a loaner vehicle & recommendations around Bozeman so we could make the most of our unexpected extra time there. Theres a lot to say about a mechanic who is prompt, has your best interest in mind, and who will go out of his way to ensure that youre taken care of. Here is the story~Our youngest daughter lives in Bozeman and we are in southern Oregon. She had a break down with her older car. She was hoping it was the thermostat, we were sure it was worse. I called around to see if someone could go look at the car because she was afraid to drive it. Andy was willing. This is where the amazing customer service begins! Unfortunately, the head was blown. Amelia was in the middle of moving.Andy reached out and offered to lend Amelia a car for her move, as well as help her sell the Subaru and purchase a car within her budget that will be right for her lifestyle. They lent her a truck with a canopy so she could securely move her stuff!!! Above and beyond. They just wanted to make her life a little easier during the move and while having to find a new car.We did purchase a truck from them for her. Andy wants to see her every 3 months to check the fluids and make sure the truck is running well!The service was outstanding, kind and so caring to our 19-year-old who is learning the ropes of life! They even checked in with me to make sure her move was going well and that she was doing ok!I would highly recommend Andy, Carine, and their crew! You just dont find service like this very often! I needed some work on my truck and new tires, which are expensive. I called around and every mechanic was booked for 2 weeks, Andy totally took care of me. These guys are absolutely amazing and went out of their way to help when help was needed.We ran into a stressful situation at a layover in Bozeman, Montana where our electric driver seat was stuck all the way forward, making it almost impossible to drive. Andy went out of his way and stayed well after closing time to buy parts and fabricate them on his own to fix our problem, thus avoiding dealership costs and waiting times that would have delayed us days that we couldnt afford. They even delivered the vehicle back to our hotel late that same evening knowing our urgency and need to get back on the road. They did this because they cared and realized the sense of urgency and obviously know how to run a great business and take care of their customers.Their communication was also amazing. Worst mistake of my life. Spent my life savings on a vehicle, and didn’t have it for two weeks before the engine BLEW and SEIZED. I called Andy and was hung up on. He pretended to be a private seller, and I was surprised when I showed up and he was a dealership. I have followed him over time and realized that every time his ex-customers find his websites and write about their experiences publicly, he deletes the account and starts a new one. Notice there’s only 3 reviews ?? That’s why . I learned a lot of life lessons from this man. Unfortunately me and my child are still trying to make up for all the lost money. $3500 may not be a lot to you, Andy, but it took me 22 years to save that much.
