There is a reason these guys have nearly a five star rating and it is because they give five star service. When I was stranded while driving across the country every other shop in Bozeman was very dismissive and told me the soonest appointment was 3+ weeks out. From the moment I spoke with Andy he not only reassured me he could help, he looked at my car immediately. The customer service was next level at Mobile Mechanic MT and I was reminded of it every step of the way. Honest and dependable-if you find yourself with car troubles make them your first call!

We were visiting family for a long weekend and our gear shift was not working and we were stuck in reverse. Andy called to check pricing on tows for us as it was a holiday weekend and came to us and picked up our car do to the added cost of holiday charges for a tow. They fixed our car so we were able to leave on time and not have to extend our stay. Awesome service and very friendly and reasonably priced for the holiday weekend.

Andy and his team were absolutely amazing! I was visiting from Seattle on my way to Yellowstone when my “Service Engine Soon” light went on. I was by myself and absolutely horrified, as it was past 5pm and I assumed no mechanic would even be open. Andy not only encouraged me to come by immediately, but gave me his honest opinion and some of the best service I have ever received. I can’t recommend them enough!

Thank you for getting us in when we were having truck trouble on our trip. We were traveling thru from out of the area and were unable to find a shop that could get us in and Andy was very accommodating and told us to come right over, lent us a car to use while they fixed the problem. I was broke down in Bozeman on a Sunday 8/22/21 at 11am 4 weeks ago with a throw-out bearing failure in my Wrangler. I texted and called this number many times and they never did respond. I still have the phone record. Even if they responded by Tuesday and said hey, sorry, heres why we just werent able to respond at that time, I would understand. I do wish them well per the other positive reviews as it looks like theyre meeting a need. In customer service, I do believe bad news is still better than no news.

Amazing experience with Andy and his team! They were extremely professional and went above and beyond. While they were doing a full inspection and full detailing on my new saab, they provided me a loaner car to drive so I wasnt stuck at home. Im new to town and have had some bad past experiences with mechanics in the past, so I came in to the experience with my guard up - instead, Andy was very candid and honest, and gave me very straightforward diagnoses that were clearly never rooted in up-selling - in fact, many of the things that needed repairing were simple fixes which he did free of charge as a gesture of good faith and professionalism. Simply put, he treated me like a neighbor... By the end of the process he had earned a lifetime customer, and Ill be recommending his services to everyone I know. Thanks Andy!

Andy and crew were nothing short of amazing. We had our Sprinter develop some electrical issues and over 2500 miles away from home, his team was able to not only diagnose the issue but resolve it. The entire process was as if he was part of our team. He operated with integrity and communication was excellent. Above that, his team was technically inclined enough to fix the issue and also make recommendations. I am beyond satisfied and wish we had guys like this in Atlanta. This operation is top notch. We hit black ice just outside town and nearly totaled our truck. Andy knows his stuff like none other and had our rare grey market import truck back on the road with new parts and got us home safely. Prices were incredibly fair and the work was top notch. Andy and his crew are so great! We found out that there was a problem with a vehicle we were selling in the middle of the buyers test drive. I called Andy and they got it towed to their shop, diagnosed, fixed and back in my driveway within 24 hours!! Such great personal service and attention to detail. Sent me pictures of the damaged parts so I could see what was going on and didnt do anything until I gave the Ok. The cost for the entire thing was SO REASONABLE. Weve been thinking of replacing our other aging vehicles and Andy took the time to chat with us about our options-- totally understanding our situation from our perspective. When were ready to trade these vehicles out, we will DEFINITELY go to Andy and his down-to-earth perspective and knowledge to help us find the right vehicle for our next 15-year vehicles. :)

I was on my way to Big Sky for skiing until all my lights in my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the Sprinter van died. After calling about 10 different shops in Bozeman, all of which have me about 2 weeks out, I came across Andy and his crew. He was very helpful on the phone and told me he could probably fix it by the end of the day. He came through and flipped it back on a SATURDAY! Gave me a very fair honest price and I can’t say how happy I was to have this guy work on my Mercedes!

I can’t thank Andy enough for his help! He helped me out early on a Sunday when I was in a rush to get out of town. He and his team got my vehicle fixed quickly and was fantastic about keeping me updated throughout the process with texts and calls. My son was traveling across the country on his first solo long distance trip when he broke down in Bozeman in the night. He looked up the mobile mechanics. They came out and worked through the nite to get his car back up and running, so my son could get to his new job. I was a thousand miles away and felt helpless, but they got my son back on the road for me. Price was very fair. Cant thank them enough. 5 stars from me.

Andy was the MOST helpful mechanic I’ve experienced in years. He took me on a Saturday when no one else would, ran a diagnostic, and offered me a loaner car. We realized I needed a part, and he helped me call all the parts stores literally in the state. When no one had it, he didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic as there was nothing he could do at that moment. Incredibly kind, courteous, professional and reasonable! Highly recommend! Even gave me some local hiking advice.

Andy and his wife are absolutely amazing. I broke down in Bozeman from out of state, Andy came to my hotel and did a diagnostic. He had me bring my vehicle to his shop and worked with us via phone and messenger the whole time. He was able to get my vehicle up and running before my late check out at the hotel. Very affordable and extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend Andy and his wife to anybody who needs service on their vehicle.

While driving cross country we thought our car had transmission issues. Stopped at Andy’s and i’m incredibly glad I did. He took the car for a test drive, explained everything clearly and and answered all of my questions professionally. We opted for a transmission fluid change. Andy is the definition of a life saver. My partner and I were on a road trip traveling back to Seattle and celebrating our anniversary at a Ranch outside of Bozeman when our check engine light unexpectedly came on and the engine had developed a rough idle. We got in touch with mobile mechanic and within 2 hours Andy was at the ranch performing diagnostics on the vehicle. Unfortunately we needed a new part but Andy was quick to call all of the potential part shops in Bozeman to see if it was readily available. Unfortunately the part was not available so we had to book accommodation in Bozeman while we waited for the part to arrive. Andy ordered it for us with overnight shipping from two different shops to ensure one of them would arrive the next day and he provided us with a loaner vehicle & recommendations around Bozeman so we could make the most of our unexpected extra time there. I love a good customer experience. I can’t say enough great things right now.Passing through Bozeman (Gig Harbor, WA to Bayfield, WI) we were staying at the Hot Springs campground when I noticed the wheel well of my RPOD trailer was smoking. I was able to extinguish any potential fire and disconnected the battery.I called Andy at 7:30 am on a Sunday and he answered and was ready for me to bring it by.Sunday morning is “emergency rates” but he let me know the price difference upfront before I hauled it to him - I would have gladly paid him more for how quickly he diagnosed it, showed me all the issues (It was bad, but he actually showed me) and explained to me they parts he needed and time it would take. Extremely professional and transparent experience. We continued our trip minus the RPOD and will pick it up on the way home after Andy does his thing.Even though I am passing through, he treated me like a local. Even though I’m a stranger he treated me like a friend. Even though I was panicked and disheartened at my vacation being ruined, he was encouraging and insightful.My only complaint is that now he set a precedent I don’t think any mechanic can match!
