Rude and probably incompetent owner/mechanic. Do not dare ask any questions related to the service youre paying him for unless you want dismals resembling that of a toddler. Do not waste your time nor money at this establishment.

No nonsense kind of guy. Is honest and will do what he can to help. I have used him a few times and will continue to do so. I would recommend him to anyone!

Called at 6:30pm on a Friday and spoke to Kirk. He was willing to patiently help me diagnose my cars issue over the phone and offered an appointment the next day. So grateful for them being open and the kindness demonstrated!

Unfortunately Avalanche was not able to fix my transmission, but he was very generous in helping diagnose the problem and helping be find someone who could help!

My interaction with Kirk was short and sweet, but I did walk away feeling like he gave his honest opinion and did not overcharge me, and did the proper amount of investigating before giving me a rundown of what he thought was going on with my vehicle. I definitely did not get a out to make a quick buck vibe from him. His one-man-shop was clean and not overly cluttered. I would trust him with my vehicle again.

Easy to access and friendly owner. I was only dropping off a Uhaul trailer though. In speaking with him, hes an excellent mechanic as well who does the job right.

Kirk is really nice, really patient, and most importantly excellent with our cars. I refer all of my friends to him. Despite having owned two lemons in the last year, he has helped me squeeze every last bit of lemonade out of them. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband was at a funeral out of state and I was driving my eight week old daughter around town when my brakes suddenly went out. On a Saturday. I called Avalanche and talked to Kurt, who not only worked on my car ON A SUNDAY, but also drive me home so me and the baby didnt have to sit around and wait. This was the best service Ive ever had at a mechanic shop and will continue to use them!

Wonderful service. Kirk, the owner, was extremely helpful, honest, fast, and Knowledgeable. By far the best place I’ve been too.

Ok, I never write reviews, but the service and care we received was amazing. Avalanche got us in the same day, did not overcharge, and will be getting all of our business from now on. Kirk was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Thanks you for getting us back on the road!

Great mechanic to work with

I had a problem with my brakes that Kirk had recently repaired. I called him and with no questions asked he promptly fixed the problem. Id give him 10 stars if I could, but only 5 were available.

Service I needed was something I couldnt do myself. It was fairly quick and fairly inexpensive for what I needed.

Great and trustworthy mechanic.
