Made reservations over the phone for this place for a 10x10 unit. Super super nice over the phone and even more accommodating in person!! Perfect 1st floor units that are easy to access. They took everything I was storing in my unit into account to give me the best available unit. Super nice people, great units, customer service, and easy process! Only took me about 20 minutes of being there to get the whole thing situated. (I even changed my unit type and all). Love it here!

I looked at every self storage place in my area and selected Mini U Storage. Their facility is clean and organized and has good security. The storage units that I looked at are well maintained.Its easy to get in and out of the gated area and there is plenty of room for a large moving truck if needed. The staff are super nice and helpful. My impression is that they are very honest people. Mini U Storage has some good incentives such as the use of one of their big trucks for new customers. They also have other move-in specials which makes them very competitive. I would highly recommend considering Mini U Storage if you are shopping for a place to store your valuable belongings.

You’ve seen other storage places. You’ve seen what a mess they can be - poor climate control, dirty premises, water leaks, pests, poor lighting. And yet they charge you just as much as Mini-U in Boynton Beach that has them all beat by a mile. These owner/managers take pride in their property and in their service. The place is spotless. You could practically eat off the floors in their units! Ceilings are high - you rent based on floor area, but at Mini-U you get space to spare above, not a dark and dank minimum ceiling height. Corridors are spotless and very well lit. Every unit has its own lighting - what a treat - no more searching around with a flashlight. Dolleys are provided in every block. Free truck rental to move in. AC actually works - unlike many storage places. Use your own lock, or they have ones to sell. Very competent and caring personnel. I used them for over three years for our gallery art collection, and have just moved our daughter’s household goods there from another “corporate” place in Boynton where her stuff was getting pest-infested and moldy - and for a savings of about HALF! These folks are top-quality.

Carrie & Charles were great hosts. Provided lots of great information and were so helpful!! Honestly theres 5 other storage places within a few block radius and after checking them out, I knew theirs was the place I wanted to rent. They made sure all our codes worked and that we were happy. As a nurse I rely on outside customer service to be at least bare minimum with effort. When I say I received above and beyond “extraordinary customer service”, I mean that. Charles and Carrie are great at doing their job and making sure that you as a customer feel welcome. Before I came to them I made the mistake of going to a storage facility just down the road. Carrie and Charles are great. The place is clean and convenient. Now, BEWARE of the Management. The VP, Michelle and the owner, the Dahn Corporation are opportunist and unethical. They are currently increasing their prices over 100% and giving misleading information about why prices have increased, dont let them take advantage of you and abuse their position. You can report the overpricing to the Commerce Commission. Check out Dahn Corps one star Google rating. I will miss Carrie and Charles when I move.

Found Mini U storage by way of recommendation. My older brother said they offer a free rental truck with your unit rental and sure enough they did. A nice lady reached out to me and scheduled a reservation on my behalf, she was sure to describe the units best suited for my needs and explain in detail how to get to the property. The property is located in a quiet peaceful pocket off of Congress and it is very tidy. My paperwork was quick and easy and I’ll be sure to use mini u too store my things for my next deployment!

This is my first time using mini U storage. The Boynton beach location is a great one. I was impressed with the climate control unit. It was nice and cold and the inside pretty spacious and high. The inside of Each unit is nice and private. The office people was so friendly and super helpful. Great experience so far. And getting a free truck to help with my moving was amazing. The couple running Mini U are genuinely good people. Whatever I needed, whether it was help accessing the gate, help in the unit or questions about my bill, they were more than helpful. After a stressful, life changing move, Charles and Carrie are a breath of fresh air. Very accommodating and they really care. Facility is clean and serves its purpose.Edit: 4 months later, Im back for a bigger unit! My fabrication shop is down in Coral springs and I live in lake worth. If you are reading this and wondering if you should rent here... I can assure you this place is worth it. They even have an app where you can open the gate code and not get out of the car. This is the third winter season weve rented a unit for our boat. Charles and Cami have been very helpful in accommodating our needs of having a unit ready for us on our arrival in South Florida. Their facility is always clean and very well organized and they are a pleasure with which to work.

I first experienced Mini U storage from my wife who was a tennent here. She being a service oriented person due to her many jobs in that industry, always commented on the professionalism she experienced from the management at this facility. So, when I was in need of space I looked no further than Mini U.I was not disappointed. The place is always well kept and maintained. I recently upgraded from a 10 x 10 to a10 x 15 to accomodate my business and the transition went as smoothly as first day I came in. I have used other storage facilities in the past and have never experienced the quality of service that Mini U provides. I highly recommend this place.

I cannot even begin to explain how helpful everyone was. After a lot of research, I made a reservation online for a 10x10 unit that I found at the best price, realized shortly after I made the reservation it was not climate controlled and I panicked. I called the 800 number and they were so courteous and knowledgeable, they helped me with updating my reservation and changing the dates so I didnt have to pay for extra unnecessary days. Carrie in the office called a couple more times to confirm everything for me and adjust anything I needed, scheduled an appointment and was always so nice. I can see why they are rated the way they are. So thankful to have this space and this staff for this transitional period in my life.
