I have always had pleasant experiences going here, I’ve gone here for coils, juice and disposables mostly. They’ve always had coils for my products and are always able to recommend new juices to me that I end up loving!Would highly recommend this place, even though I live a bit away from the shop, it’s always worth the trip for me! Horrible experience. My brand new air pods were stole by a manager in the store . When confronted he “found” them in a near by bush . This was after I spent $80 on merchandise there. Very disappointing and will never be shopping there again.

They mark up their products medical Mary 500mg CBD gummies online cost $44 and they sell it in their store for $80 thats double the price that is a con artist, youre stealing from your own community, on Monday I bought there CBD gummies for $30 I came back on Friday the gentlemans tells $80.I could understand it was a mistake on the other store clerks part but why $80 when online it cost $44

Unfriendly staff on the phone. Literally answered the phone with “Lighthouse.” and responded to “Hey how’s it going?” with “Yep?”Basic customer service should be required in such a role. When I asked if they were proving curbside pickup they said “nope just come on in.” Ummm... guys there is a global pandemic taking place. I hung up. Will never shop here.

First time visiting this place, called to ask if they had what we needed at 10:51pm on a Saturday night, they said they did and I said we would be right there. Google AND THEIR DOOR says they close at 12am. I showed up at 11:05pm and they closed the door on us saying they actually close at 11pm with a My bad. There was no indication over the phone that their hours had changed. If you are 10 minutes away from closing, the least you could do is let the customer know so that no ones time is wasted. Best vape shop in Palm Beach County, the staff are sweethearts and will treat you with respect and kindness. They are extremely helpful as well! The shop is very clean and organized. They have a vast selection of vape juice brands and a variety of flavors. There is also a beautiful selection of pieces and water pipes. You definitely will not be disappointed !!

I visited the Lighthouse Vape & Smoke shop in Boynton Beach over the weekend. I should also note that I am absolutely clueless when it come to the brave new world of vaping. That said...:My reason for the visit was to get advice on the proper tank to use on my mod for home infused e-juice. I felt that twinge of guilt and fear to ask outright and I beat around the bush regarding what I wanted. Thank goodness Travis was in my path. After a few moments of me stammering on about what I thought I needed, Travis directed me to exactly what I wanted as well as to exactly what I didnt know I desperately needed. Although I gave him more than enough reasons to snicker and sneer, Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and kind.As I was about to leave I remembered I had an unresolved downstem issue. I gave the dimensions I required and he told me he was out of stock at that location, but could have one from the Lake Worth location sent down for me. I was unsure so I declined and said Id go up there in the near future. A+ visit from top to bottom. If you want a comfortable experience and your new, take a shot... You wont be disappointed.

Top of line vapor shop always have what you need best on prices which I have found so far And they also have a lot of other stuff besides just vaporizers in the E juice they also have water pipes bongs.

So I walk in to get some butane for my boyfriends cigar torch. I personally love visiting new smoke shops. This one was so uncomfortable. As I’m walking up to the door there’s three customers sitting at the “vape bar” and they all turn around to look at me while the cashier said something. As I walk in the four of them all continue to stare at me. So I just ask right away for the butane, I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help with anything. But I probably would’ve spent atleast $100 on some new glass or something else. But I just wanted to get out of there obviously I wasn’t welcome. As I’m paying no interaction just awkward silence and rude stares as if I’m intruding on something. I sign my recept say thank you and walk out. No have a goodnight thank you come back we’ll see you soon. Nothing. I can assure you I will never be back to this smoke shop and I will tell all my friends in the area to stay away from this place becuse obviously they don’t want new customers. I’m not one to write a review either but I wasn’t even offered a copy of my receipt. Just a rude glare because the employee had to actually do his job instead of hanging out with his friends. Incident happened on 2/20 around 9/9:15 Pm Incase management wanted to know who was working.

Went in for some juice and coils, they have a wide variety. The technician was super helpful, he primed and installed my coil for me since I’m a noob to vaping! Very chill atmosphere! And remember they are called water pipes! Lol
