I had an appointment with Erin Alfano today to figure out drapes/blinds for a few large windows and sliding/pocket doors in my house. She was extremely knowledgable, personable, and helpful in coming up with a plan for the windows/doors I wanted blinds for, and installation begins in a few weeks! She also had very good taste and helped to pick out the wright color/fabric to match the house. I am super excited and grateful for her help. Very satisfied!

In particular, William was very courteous, clean, installed the blinds very quickly and efficiently took all the waste away and old blinds away when he was done. Absolutely fabulous!!Adam came on a wet rainy Florida day and was so patient in helping me pick out blinds. He explained everything to me - the time frame - from putting the order in to having someone come out to recheck measurements and to the installation.William came to install and worked his magic - the blinds look great - they fit to a T - no gaps and he vacuumed and cleaned.I am so thrilled with my choice of shoppers drapes and blinds.

The store manager, Jodi, is uncooperative, unaccommodating and unprofessional. Infuriating dealing with her. I was trying to get a reasonable accommodation, negotiating reasonable terms, she was unwilling to accommodate anything, whatsoever. I can only imagine if I had problem with product and I had to deal with her, that would be nightmare. Totally uncooperative . In the position of being a store manager, she claims that there is no one above her to deal with. I hope this review will be read by the owner of the store. The store just lost $16,000 business. RUN, unless you want to be insulted by the store manager.

The consultant, Tamara, met with me quickly in response to my call. We talked outside on my patio for safety. She showed my many fabrics for my panel drapes and provided countless ideas.
