I lost allot of weight and my rings, didnt fit anymore they were to too big ring guards hurt .So we went here the guy sorry forget forget his name .said he could size them with out damaging the rings .These are my wedding set. Let me tell you, he did an amazing job. The rings fit, great the price was reasonable and he did a great job .I highly recommend this place. Thank you, so much for taking great care of my wedding set, and getting my rings the right size. Its nice they fit again. If you ask me this place, deserves more then five stars. Went in to get my wedding ring sized to fit properly. Most places want to send out. Even as busy as they were, they did it in less than 30 mins. Polite. Honest.

I was referred to Renaissance Gems and I am grateful that a friend did so. On two occasions we brought Richard items of significance to repair for my wife and me. One was an heirloom, the other a 50 year old Gucci bracelet. In both cases, the workmanship was excellent and the pieces looked like new. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING ENGRAVE under the care of Joseph Ciardullo.I was given a bracelet as a gift and felt it would be nice to have the persons first name, last initial and date. First letter capitalized followed by lower case, initial of last name in capAfter a week June 06, the bracelet is ready, I paid, noticing afterwards that all letters are in caps. It is returned for correction.It is now June 25 and it looks ok, until a few hours of wearing I see that all lettering is blackened, not able to read the engraving.Upon returning to the store the following day in disappointment, Joseph responds telling me its a chemical reaction.This man was not up front with me initially when accepting the work.

Total jerks. Want $15k for a watch that is valued at maybe $13. I’m always looking to buy new watches so I stand there just waiting for service while these guys have conversations amongst themselves. Waste of time.
