First time here and it was great. Was pleasantly surprised to walk into such a beautiful and updated business. It’s hard to find somewhere that’s doesn’t look like it’s been there for 100 years. The entire staff from those that greet you, those that provide initial intake of your exam, those that assist you in selecting quality eyewear to the optometric physician, Greg Pientka, O.D., who provides exceptional care for your eye care gave me a fantastic experience of friendly and professional care that isn’t easy to find these days. Each step of the process to examine my eyes was explained to me including which portion was a standard process and which was a special process, what the differences were and what each one provided. The choice was mine with no pressure which selection I chose. The same was true when I selected different types of lenses and options. I asked what the differences were between the different options they presented, they explained what they were and they appreciated my desire to be educated in my choices.The main reason I chose Palm Beach Eyes is because it is a single practice that is not part of a local or national chain and is firmly established in the community and I prefer to shop at establishments such as these. I will remain as a customer/patient of Dr. Pientka due to his excellent care and friendly demeanor along with the outstanding customer service provided by his staff.

I went to Palm Beach Eyes to get an updated Rx in my readers and it could have not been easier! The staff was professional and friendly and my time was valued. The receptionist, staff and Doctor are all friendly and very professional. Ive used Palm Beach Eyes going on 8 years now. When I do need new glasses, they go through all the options based on my current insurance plan. No hidden costs or surprises. Very open and honest.

Dr. Pientka and staff are highly competent/professional, very well managed (never more than a few minutes wait time), and always friendly. What more could you ask for?? I’ve been a patient since 2006 though I moved away from Boynton in 2012 ... the 50 minute drive is well worth it.
