Great local bakery with plenty of options for sweets and some savory dishes as well. They do an exceptional job with their croissants especially, but many items I would order again. After two visits, this is how Id stack their menu items below. By the way, the coffee is from Pumphouse, which is a local coffee roaster who is pretty good as well, so they do a good job with their beverages too. Would really say a 4.7 if there were such a rating based on consistency of flavor and quality of the diverse options I have tried. This is a definite go to establishment for me.1. This is a wonderful Middle Eastern bakery and cafe. They have both sweet and savory pastries. If you dont recognize something the very sweet staff will happily explain it to you. This place is a gem!!!

Had lunch at the bakery today. We ordered the chicken hummus wrap and the Mediterranean croissant. Both dishes were excellent! Great service and they have outside seating. Friendly staff!

I was just surprised with a birthday cake from there. We hadn’t been there before and didn’t know about it. We sure do now! I am super picky about cake. I like moist cake, and I like real buttercream frosting. I don’t like fake stuff. This was delicious. Can’t wait to go there and check out all their stuff.

But our family has enjoyed their quiches, pies, cookies, different types of croissants, and their breakfast and lunch sandwiches! You should stop in because you will love them too!

The first time I tasted Del Sol’s croissants was at the Boca Green market. They tasted so good, that a week later we got 2 dozen croissants, half with cheese and the other half with ham and cheese, to share with the family in a trip to Orlando. They were gone in one day and it wasn’t many of us.Later I was invited to their Grand Opening at their Boynton Beach store (this is their ONLY location).The Grand Opening party was awesome! Lots of people, great vibes, really really good food and excellent vibes!The baguettes, croissants, focaccia were delicious! I later tasted the chocolate cake and was amazing! the right amount of chocolate, frosting, not overwhelming or too rich.When you get a chance, stop by and sample some of their products. You’ll also notice how nice they really are. When you go in, you’ll notice that they took their time to set things right. The little details, Eco friendly bags, stickers, chairs, it’s a very well coordinated place. I have only been to the bakery once but I found it very clean and neat and very delicious looking. The pastries I got there and the sandwich were all fresh and extremely delicious. I would recommend anyone to go to this bakery for they are so good you don’t know what to pick to take home. Wonderful place!!

Del Sol is a great bakery and bakery cafe. In addition to delicious breads and scones, they make the best Quiche Lorraine this side of Paris, and their chicken pesto sandwich is always outstanding. And they are always adding new and interesting items to the menu. Love this bakery!

Delicious sandwiches and baked goods!

The BLT and ELT breakfast sandwich is the best breakfast I have ever had period. The flavor is outstanding. The eggs in the ELT are impossibly perfectly fluffy combined with the croissant.The chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake should have a doctors prescription because I think I over dosed on it. Another outrageous creation with perfect execution.My personal favorite standard item is the almond croissant. If you are there I highly recommend it.

I tried this bakery last weekend and it was phenomenal. I can’t believe I’ve lived down the street from this bakery for the past 2 years and never knew it existed! The customer service was great and the owner made a random assortment of croissants/cronuts/other pastry items and it was all delicious. The croissant breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Definitely try this bakery, you won’t be disappointed.

The quality of the baked goods is incredible, and reflects the great care provided by all of the lovely people who work at Del Sol. So happy to have found this little place that houses such talent, dedication and perfection!

Edit: this business was bought by new owners since I’ve been there last and I’m not in the area so I don’t know if that has affected anything.I go to this bakery every few weekends to grab some of their excellent croissant dough pastries. I highly recommend the cinnamon swirl, it’s like a cinnamon bun but a million times better. I have tried their breads and other items like scones a few times, it’s all good. I love that they started making sandwiches, I’ve only tried one so far but it was good. I also ordered one of their mini croissant platters and brought it to work, they were a huge hit, all gone by lunch time. It’s more of a shopfront to pick up tasty pastries rather than a place to hang out, and they are only open from 7:30 am - 2:30 pm, so take that into consideration. But if you’re around you should check it out.

When you walk in the door, it smells like a bakery should, that deep yeasty smell. The bread is the best I’ve had in Florida, just like I grew up with in New York. And the croissants are layers and layers of flaky deliciousness! Go early, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a great little Hidden Gem, I was very happy to find this recommended by Google Maps when I was already in the Boynton Beach area. we ended up going back the following weekend, because we loved it so muchTheir traditional croissants are absolutely perfect! Flakey, buttery, and soft on the inside. I also recommend trying their chocolate croissants. They were great and not overpoweringly chocolate. The ham and cheese croissant is delicious!By far my favorite though, is their sourdough bread. It has the perfect consistency that reminds me of San Francisco.Everything is baked fresh daily, and theres usually very few leftovers from the day before which if you choose, you can buy at half price.

We have always liked Del Sol Bakery, we believe that their breads and cakes has very good flavor. But today we were disappointed! My husband called this morning to order 4 croissants of almonds (his favorites) and 4 mini cupcakes of different flavors, the order was taken by Michelle, she said that day closed at 4pm because in the square they had an event, my husband said that I was going to pick up the order after 2pm, my husband gave his name, maybe the girl would have an urge as she hung up when asked if she was going to take the card details for payment. When my husband came to pick up the order she said that another person had already picked up who had the same name as my husband and who had made the same request, what a coincidence! Just when there was almost nothing left of products because the place was full and everything was sold, so it makes sense to place an order

As a touring musician, I find myself needing sustenance throughout our 5-10 hour drives. Let me tell you something, that marble loaf cake was out of this world. It is a godsend this place isn’t even so much as an inch closer to my house or I would move up into a completely new echelon on the BMI scale. Few of my favorites that I’ve tried so far are their lemon cake, marbled pound cake, ham and cheese croissants, and, my all time favorite, the cinnamon swirl buns. The place is super precious inside and I believe it’s owned by sisters (I think?). Wish I had known this place was there sooner.

Best crossiants in town! We got the Sol-wich and the ham and cheese crossiant and they were both delicious! Had to get a box of goodies to bring home too. Iced coffee was amazing too!! At 2:14 pm, I purchased a chocolate chip cookie, a slice of coffeecake, a blueberry scone and a fruit Danish. Each disappeared in that order from the box by 3pm. I live alone. Yes, I ate them all an in that sequence. It just got better and better until the box was empty and my stomach full. The scone had a perfect density and moistness. The Danish was baked golden brown. My tastebuds are wildly happy!!!

Croissants and El Rey were well beyond the standards encountered in Palm Beach County.Breakfast sandwich with eggs and bacon was good accompanied with a good espresso macchiato (Nespresso).The place is small, spotless with an open view of the preparation area.Unbleached flour of good provenance is used and obviously very good quality butter judging from the delicious aroma emanating from their goodies.My only disappointment is that they only make Challah and not good old fashioned brioche.I’ll just have to work on the owner..,Ps they do sell day old left overs, good if you don’t want to spend a lot, but don’t judge the place by this as you won’t be doing justice.Prices are not cheap, but considering the quality worth it.***Changed handsNot so good any longer
