Why is it that employees always looking at guest like we come there to steal. This makes me feel uncomfortable.

I love Hot Topic! They use to have more variety of products, but it still have great stuff to buy.

Ive been coming to this same Hot Topic since I was 14 years old. They have everything youd ever need accessories and clothing wise. All your favorite bands and TV show attire in one place. One of my favorite stores. If youre into rock bands, anime and cartoons this is the place for you.

Well when I walk in the Girl at the counter said hi... but when I ask for Help She did want to be bothered I ask if She could look up something for me and She Said Look it up dont you have Google I was in my head like WHATTT...?? Then i.said could you give me the Number to your other Store and She said again look it up on Google didnt even turn her head to look at ME.. and always in there Buying stuff for my Son Crazy.. And this was at The Boynton Beach Mall location.. never have I seen Such Bad Service 😠

I always like to go to hot topic for the different and weird stuff they have... Not now, its starting to take the same business model as forever 21 and you will end up like them.

Hot topic and spencers are the only 2 stores here if you ask me

Store said it opened at 11. At noon, it was still closed and no one was inside. No one ever came to open the store on a Saturday. I just needed to make a return.

Its a great store and the employees are super nice. The clothes arent too overpriced, but theyre not cheap either. About everything is $20 on average, often higher. They do have a new sale every week, such as buy one get one a dollar or buy one get one 50% off. However, despite going there repeatedly each month, Ive never found a single thing that fits me. Even when I look at the absolutely smallest shirts, they still go down to my knees. Im 56. Im not even short.

Im a frequent Hot Topic shopper and I have been for over 7 years now. This is the most convenient location for me but from now on Ill be doing all my business with HT online. The employees at this location are very rude and do not communicate well with customers. I always feel like Im wasting their time while they are so busy standing around. But in reality they are wasting mine. They had my ship-to-store package for days and no one contacted me about it. Which means that for DAYS no one bothered to check the orders. And when I took time out of my busy day to go check on it, they were very slow about helping me. Barely made eye contact and continued having a conversation with a coworker while they were confirming my package. Customers should come first. Im only dissatisfied because they seem to just not be doing their jobs.

Place was a mess and the workers were just standing around talking to each other. I had to wait 15min till they finished their conversation to finally attend me. I was honestly about to just leave everything and go over to Spencers.

This store hot topic, its wonderful I never knew so many sexy items. Oh boy my husband is in trouble. If you never visit this store stop what your doing and do so .keep in mind your going to love it. Take a friend. Lol ....it will make you feel like you saw. Your husband for the frist time.

I ordered 2 shirts almost a month ago and had them shipped to the store, I still have not received my order. The tracking number tells me they have been sitting at the distribution center for weeks. Everytime I contact the store or customer service im told the same thing, that customer orders come in with shipments to the store and I just find it hard to believe the store hasnt gotten any shipments in the past few weeks, so I dont know if Im ever going to get the merchandise I paid for. And I also tried to leave an honest review on the website about my experience and was informed that it would not be posted.
