Terrible customer service. At least four people were “working”. The only one actually working was the manager who was helping a family of three people. All the other employees were literally standing around doing nothing joking with each other and got an attitude when I asked if they worked there. The manager was polite once he realized what was happening. The store was empty except for the one family being helped. I walked around the store twice and no one said one word to me. Either shop online or go to a different foot action store. I left without buying anything.

Always have good sneakers in stock. Jordans are in stock most of the time.

Nice service, I went with my daugther to buy a pair a sneakers, we took the wrong size but the manager was able to help us.The guys at the register was very nice and well manners as well as the rest of the team.

My experience in this store was they dont see you if your not your like them.i stayed in the store for 30 min.no one came to me.i walked out went across to another shoe store and they noticed me.and that were I bought a pair of pumasI dont believe that I will ever visit here again.
