I took my bike for service. The technician was friendly and very helpful. Did not try to oversell me anything and it was an overall great experience. I picked up the bike and everything for fixed correctly. The service was performed as agreed and my bike is now running great.

This is my GO-TO bike shop for everything I need. I bought 2 bikes from Boynton Trek over the years... and take them in for servicing and tune-ups. They never disappoint! Their friendly and knowledgeable staff are always super personable and know their stuff. Thought I was ready to begin riding again so I attempted to purchase a Verge 3. As I was trying to navigate the seat the employee noticed I was in pain, He recommended I get clearance from a professional before I purchase the bike, Ill be back!!! I bought my bicycle six months ago and very much enjoy it. I average about 20 miles daily. I would definitely recommend a TRECK bike to those looking for a good quality bike at very low cost. That said, my impression of store staff was that they were too busy to listen to meet my needs in a bicycle or care about me as a customer. I purchased there because they had a bike available for purchase. I will soon purchase a much lighter bicycle with significantly more features and will go to another store to do so.

I bought a Trek bike in MN during winter and brought it to Florida for its first ride. It went through a snow storm in Iowa and got all salted up. It worked fine after cleaning it up but after 25 miles it started having shifting problems. I called this store and was told, Bring it in. Well take care of you. And they did. While I watched. He took apart the shifter on the handlebar, cleaned and lubed and made a lot of adjustments all over the bike and I couldnt be happier with the results! THANK YOU!

Excellent bike store and staff! I worked with Billy and he was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products he carries and took the time to help me determine which bike would be best for me. I so appreciated his patience and guidance. I ended up buying two bicycles from him and referring two friends who also purchased bikes. I had a great experience with Trek and especially this store location! After a few months of quarantine, my boyfriend and I decided to splurge on some bikes and start getting more active. I placed an inquiry on Treks website and was immediately contacted by Tony, General manager, who went above and beyond to find us bikes that were almost impossible to find (and he did it in less than 48 hours). He sent them to this store for pickup where we were helped by Ricky, who gave us a ton of knowledge about our bikes, and set us up with all of the accessories we needed. I have nothing bad to say about our experience and I am so thankful for people like them!

My husband called this store on the phone asking them if he could test ride a bicycle and they said yes. When they got back from lunch after he waited for an hour, he went in the store and asked to ride the bike and they told him no! He couldnt even sit on it! How is he supposed to know if he likes the bicycle if he cant even ride it?Then the salesman had the audacity to attempt to sell him the most expensive bicycle in the store. Really? How unprofessional and sleazy.Not to mention we live an hour away. We will NOT be returning here again.

If you want great service then this is the store for you!! I recently bought a SL floor pump and had an issue with it, I went in and the guys exchanged it for me on the spot. They could have referred me to the manufacturer but service is what they do best here and they helped me immediately..l I also bought my Townie from here and it is a fantastic bike! Most shops you may have 1 bad experience but that is not the case here. There 100% world class all of the time. I will always bring my busines, here and this is where I will always send friends and family.

I visited many bike stores throughout the last couple of days and as a larger size female mountain biker I got a lot of very snide comments and frankly rude people telling me what they thought I should have. When I went to the Trek store in Boynton I was blown away by their kindness and willingness to be helpful and find me the bike that I was looking for...even when the Boynton store didn’t have it Jimbo found it for me at the Sunrise store in the proper size frame. We opted to drive to Sunrise since we didn’t have anything else to do and the Sunrise store was equally as kind and awesome with customer service. I will always be a Trek customer! I purchased the lifetime tire repair a few years ago. I find myself using my bike much more lately. At a time when were dealing with Covid-19 Im glad I can still bring my bike there for repairs. They have a good plan on how to deal with customers during this time. Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly.

Went to buy 3 bikes with my family. The door was locked and there were 4 employees inside watching us standing behind a locked door for several minutes?! Finally, one guy came to open the door and to tell us they had no bikes for sales?! We bought our bikes at Contebikes where the store employees were polite and friendly. Terrible customer attitude. Went to find a bike for my son, walked in and the sales guy was maskless. He was very rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and not helpful. Will never go there again and would not recommend anyone new to cycling to waste their time there.

Something very wrong at this place. I brought my bike in for a flat rear tire, but all other issues followed:* they pulled my seat off in front of me when I dropped off the bike, spring flew on the floor, they said it was broken.* they ordered a new seat - I waited 2 weeks - the new seat did not have a spring like my old one. They did not give me an option to order a same seat.* after I brought my bike home, I noticed some things were VERY WRONG:-The replacement seat did not have a spring, as the one I brought in.- my LED rear light (on my seat) was replaced with a USED non-LED light, with worn out batteries! Used and not working - they did not tell me about this. Now I have to buy another light set.- my chain was tangled in the gears - it took me 15 minutes and very messy hands to put that back in place.- my front handlebars were misaligned - I had to realign them myself.Again, I brought the bike in for a flat rear tire - the bike returned was worse than I brought in.Note: I had paid for a lifetime flat repair - Ill NEVER go there again.

My bicycle needed a serious tune-up along with a new rear tire. The workmanship was excellent. The ride on the recent three rides was just like riding a new bicycle for the first time. Thank you very much!

I went into the store about a month ago for a new bike. I knew what kind I wanted but wasnt sure what model to get. Billy listened when I told him how and where I ride and in the end recommended the lesser priced model. He could have easily upsold me but didnt. Ive had the bike now for about a month and logged 200+ miles so far. I LOVE IT !! If you want a new bike or if your current bike needs service, go see Billy and the guys. They are a class act !

Chris was so patient and helpful!! I have owned many cheap bikes in the past, and felt I was finally ready to make an investment in something a bit higher quality. I’ll admit, I was a bit afraid of being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge, but Chris asked me some questions about my habits, likes, and dislikes, and made a few suggestions. He set up a couple bikes for me to test ride, which I ended up taking out on TWO separate days in order to make a decision. After finally making up my mind, he even helped me set up the bike rack I had purchased for my car. Amazing customer service, I am so grateful!!

Best service story of all time. I was looking forward all year to being here Christmas week to ride on A1A. On day 2, I blew the bearings in my rear hub. Chris rebuilt it for me WHILE I WAITED so I didnt miss any riding. We also rent bikes every year for my family. They are always near new, top quality. Truly great experience.

Can’t say enough about how nice and competent the bike technician was when I brought my bike in to fix a flat rear tire yesterday. Not only did he fix my tire, but also made a few other minor adjustments and didn’t charge me extra. As a bonus he recommended a couple of local trails for me to check out. Will definitely come back with my bike when I need a tuneup. FYI....my bike is a Diamondback, not a Trek.

This place has the worst customer service ever. The sales representative Adam it’s not capable of dealing with customers. He was very rude and disrespectful. I was trying to buy a trail bike for my wife under $3,000 and he hang up the phone. I don’t recommended this store.

Went in yesterday for a new road bike and bike fit. Let me tell you, Sal is beyond knowledgeable and very honest. I appreciated what he taught me and look forward to coming in and learning more. I’ve sent quite a few people here to purchase their own bikes and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

In the grand scheme of things my experience was trivial, but this is the easiest thing to get right Just listen to your customers needs and dont assume you know what is best.All I needed was a couple of tubes and CO2s. I know I didnt want to pay the change a tire fee so after I completed my purchase I asked if it was OK if I changed my tire and used their floor plump. No problem said the mechanic. This guy was fine. He helped me and offered help graciously.So, I started to change my tire and out of nowhere some other dude started to insist that he do it because he will be so much faster. I told him that it was OK, I am happy to do it but he would not relent. As I didnt want to get into an argument, I allowed him to proceed. He fumbled with the wheel, experiencing difficulty getting the tire off, and then some how lost the threaded cap to my quick release. It took him some time to find the end cap and spring. I asked him what the point of all this was, and he took it extremely personally and said, Well I am sorry I tried to help you. He didnt even finish the job he insisted on doing. It is rare for a white man to experience aggressive male fragility, or toxic masculinity.Again this whole thing was over a small basic transaction. And the dude really just wanted to help, but I left the store with a foul taste. This is the easy stuff and all he had to do was listen, and he didnt get it right.I enjoy bike stores and I look forward to checking them out. This was a disappointment.

Dropped my bike off over 2 weeks ago now and they told me it would be 4-5 days at that point and they’d call me as soon as it was done. Just called today and they said they hadn’t even STARTED the basic level tune up and inner tube replacement. I called two other shops in the area and they said it would take them 2 weeks to do that same type of service but at least they were honest about it. What happened to you guys?Update: I brought this up to 3 stars from 1 star because after complaining they got my bike back to me the same day as the update above

I have bought 3 bikes and have sent numerous family and friends over to see Billy at Trek Bicycle. Always a friendly, and clean atmosphere. The staff is always on point and very knowledgeable, from the basics, to the most cutting edge technology and techniques. Was there for a Garmin GPS. Christian hooked me up with a GPS that suited what I needed. He didnt try to oversell me more than I needed. He also threw in a quick bike check and lubed some friction areas. Took his time even though the store was very busy. Very pleased with the level of service in this store.

I had several positive experiences with this shop. They fixed my Trek on the spot when I had a quick release on my back wheel that was stripped out. They also took the time to check and order the correct part I needed on another occasion. They are polite and very professional. Highly recomended !

Today is 12/20. My husband and I walked into your store, we were not greeted by the gentlemen behind the counter nor the repair person. We were the only person in the store. As we walked further into the store the salesperson went to the back room. This here is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The store lost a $1k sale . Stay away from store there is another bike store very nearby in Boynton.

Very Helpful in Helping me to decide on a potential bike purchase. The GM was very helpful in finding me the best bang for my buck and assessing my individual needs (i.e distance, time spent on bike, warranties) and let me go for a test ride to make sure I liked how it rode.
