I love Total Wine. It is like the big box store for booze. They have great day-to-day prices on hard liquor. The beer selection is the best. I like buying the select a six-pack route for unknown beers or for variety. I love having a selection of craft beers in my beer refrigerator. Otherwise its Mexican to the left and seasonal in the middle.

Craft beer past best date and IPAs not refridgerated even when it recommends it with graphs!!

Decent selection, but you pay a premium for the selection esp. on craft beer. Staff is always busy but not very helpful. Good in a pinch but not my preference.

I had a lovely young man go beyond for me today his name is Brandon I was looking for a specific beer and couldnt find it and went all over the place to look for it. Called people 3 times to make sure they had it. Unfortunately they didnt. He was kind and courteous. Even asked how my day was. So if you ever need help at Total Wine look for Brandon hell help you above and beyond.

This is the most fabulous place to go if you are planning a party, a night in with friends, a romantic evening or just want a bottle of after work wine. I personally love moonshine and they have the largest selection I have seen in one place. Im positive that your love is on a shelf just waiting. Also, they have a ton of super knowledge staff members on the floor ready to help at the snap of your fingers.

The staff at TWM are great; helpful, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.The organization itself is lacking slightly in that staple items are too often out of stock, otherwise, its one of my favorite booze stores.

Dismally limited selection of beer. Compared to my previous Total Wine store (in another state), this ones beer aisle is practically non existent.

This place has a huge selection of everything. They were out of one obscure brand of bourbon, but they said the distributor hasnt shipped anything out for months. The staff here are really knowledgeable about whatever you need - I needed to find a sweet bourbon for a friend and they pointed me in the right direction. Also, everyone working here wore their masks correctly, which is nice to see.

Forgot the bubbly for New Years but didnt want to battle the customers in the store. Easy to find what we needed on line, ordered and told them when Id be there (2 hour window). Hit the link on the email I received, told them the space number and in less than 5 minutes it was in my trunk. Kudos for the price, convenience and service.

Ok... so, this is basically an adult toy store. Every kind of beer, liquor and wine you can think of and the perfect snacks to go with them. Place is huge and clean. A ton of craft beers to try, frequent tastings and again the raft snack food is perfect to pair with drinking. They also have a rewards program, yes please. The last time I came here I was given a bottle of whiskey from the woman who was doing one of the tastings. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly ready to help. On another occasion I went with a friend that dropped a bottle that shattered on the floor. The staff came and cleaned it up with no problem. They didn’t bat an eye. Almost like it was normal. They cleaned it up and told us not to worry about it which was cool. We didn’t have to pay. Anyways, great place, go and spend some time there. If you enjoy drinking and being an adult you will appreciate the experience.

Even if you call them to ask about a product they may or not have, they will check their stock and even recommend something similar.... never a bad experience!Oh... and if you dont like the wine they recommended you can bring it (NOT THE EMPTY BOTTLE) back and they will replace with something more to your liking!

The lady at the register refused to let my fiancé buy a non-alcoholic syrup because I was with him and I am 20. He had just bought alcohol from them 30 minutes earlier so it made no sense. She was very rude as well.The last time I came to this location he bought alcohol and they just asked me to step outside and wait during the transaction. If this is a policy they should all enforce it not just some or else I would not have gone.

I drive out of my way to hit this store rather than others in my area.Edit/Update 3/2021: Ive been using this store for several months now and Im still very pleased with the service and every single employee I come into contact with. The only thing that management should address is the Internet and/or the credit card machines. Every time I visit the store I feel bad for the checkout clerk because they have to stall and make conversation because either the Internet isnt working correctly or the credit card machines are processing verrry slowly. You have an amazing team at this location and I would recommend rewarding their hard work and dedication by looking into their equipment so they dont have to be put in these awkward situations (which they handle very professionally). I hope my input gets to the correct person. Thanks again for being my FAVORITE stop for all my spirit needs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊

This place has a policy that discriminates against people who have either a medical or religious exception with regards to mask mandates. While standing in line to check out, someone who I believe is a manager refused to sell me alcohol unless I was wearing a mask. I advised him that I have a medical exception and he told me that their policy prevented them from doing business with people inside the store without a mask.

Great experience with the new curbside delivery offered now during the pandamic. I had a large order I placed online and they notified me within 5 minutes that my order was ready for pickup. The curbside delivery area is conveniently located in front of the store in designated areas.When I arrived I text the number on the instructions and they were out in minutes with my order and placed it in my trunk. Perfect!! The employee was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this service to anyone especially during these crazy times. Even better my large order was accurate! Very happy customer!

Prices are high for many wines. Sales people always push and demand you buy their WD wines, many of which are private label and terrible. Wine associates have little to no wine experience. Clueless.

Was a bit skeptical about it... a box store. A friend brought me in and I found it well stocked with great prices. The wine I buy is from wine clubs and I found a number of online liquor stores throughout the USA to buy from as well. Generally speaking, its prices are on target or better than most stores Ive found.

HE JUST IGNORE MY REQUEST AND DIDNT EVEN TRY TO SEE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM AFTER ME CHECKING THE BALANCE TO USE IT FOR MY BIRTHDAY. HE MENTION THAT THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING THIS TYPE OF PAYMENT TOOK MY ITEMS AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE HIS STORE AND DIDNT EVEN LET ME PAY CASH.. JUST GOING TO ABC NEXT DOOR AND I GUESS GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS.
