Absolutely terrible customer service. Order was placed at the website to deliver it to home. It was Birthday balloons and decorations.I received the email confirmation that order was out for delivery but nobody delivered it in time (5-7pm). I started to call the store at 8pm but no response at all (I tried to call about 17 times and left a voicemail).We decided to go to store because we didn’t want to fail son’s birthday.Our balloons were in store and they even didn’t try to explain why nobody delivered it. No sorry, no explanations.

Went to pick up birthday balloons it was quick you can placed order the day before n select a time you want to pick up its convenient you receive an email telling you order is ready store was not crowded.
Smaller store then those I am used to seeing, but had the usual party supplies needed. Staff was really nice and helpful.
I like going because in of its self the store pretty much h have a good amount of the items that you want but sometimes you cant get a little help from time to time when you need . Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, some not so much might depend upon the time of day you go lol but there are some things that you might want to compare in price they do have some things a bit pricey. But overall still a good party store to shop for all your party needs.

I place a online order for my coworker/friemds gender reveal it was 2 poppers that had boy or girl on the outside. I called the store and told the gentlemen that answered i placed a order online a gender reveal told him order name told hi the expecting mom would pick up to please not put details of color or anything on bag and remove anything that might spoil it he said yea no problem. I said ok great. So she called me crying when she got there she was told there was only 1 BLUE popper ....Really!! Ruined her reveal

There’s a strong mold/mildew smell that hits you as soon as you enter this store. I’m not sure how the employees can handle working there for an extended period of time.

Terrible terrible customer service. I spent 20 minutes in line waiting for balloons and they told me I was standing in the wrong spot. I watched people come and go. Their names were Kianna and JP. JP took a personal phone call for about three minutes while there was a long line. Never coming back here and I don’t recommend hiring these goofers anywhere else. Maybe they need to learn a little bit before they become hired into the workforce.

Yesterday I had the nicest time picking balloons for a baby shower with the help of Judith Ikema. Judith was so patient, knowledgeable, kind and professional. She knew every option and every balloon in the store and made great suggestions as we went along. During all that Judith was training a new employee in the same professional and friendly way she helped us. Party City is lucky to have Judith on their staff!!!
I try to avoid this store because the checkout line is always ridiculous long because they usually only have one cashier open. You would think at holidays they would have more cashiers but they never do.
Benson was real helpful and nice to my kids. They need more employees like him.

Super disorganized. I was told the line started on the other side of the store so I walked over and stood in line and they still let people come in from the other direction cutting me. I also waited while staff walked around not acknowledging me or even asking if I was ready to check out. I wont be back to purchase party supplies here. Id much rather use Amazon.
Got all I needed for a birthday party
The manager has the worst attitude. He is very unprofessional. He was on his personal phone not helping any customers. They left the register with no one running it. And when I asked can he put someone on the register he asked me do I want to run the store. My pre payed balloons were to be ready by 4:30 and wasnt even touched until after 5:30. At first they couldnt even find my balloons that I had already picked out and payed for last friday. No one seems like they liked their job or wanted to be there. The lines were really long. The whole place is disorganized. If I could give yall a 0 for stars I would but it wouldnt let me.
They blew up balloons for my sons 6th birthday party, and they did a great job.
My daughters birthday party was on Saturday, 8/31. My wife had purchased unicorn balloons earlier in the week for her party and they were supposed to be ready for pickup that morning. I went to the store to find a couple of other customers standing outside, with the doors locked and no one answering the phone. Evidently they decided to lock up early for the hurricane and neglected to inform any of their customers who had paid for items to pick them up. I dont blame their kids that work the register or wanting to close up early so that employees can prepare their homes but I think its disgraceful for Party Citys management to not give customers the opportunity to get their stuff. Also the fact they didnt bother to leave a note saying that had closed for the hurricane says a lot about their management.
Had such a great time shopping for costumes with the kids. While we were waiting for them to come from the back we tried on different mask, they got to play with other kids and the customer service was amazing. I do want to say for it being such a busy time the place being so clean was a pleasant shock.
If you have the time to go literally any where else do it. The female “manager” is completely rude and if are you are in a hurry don’t waste your time. I went to pick up an order I placed online and paid for online and they tried to tel me it wasn’t paid for even though I even pulled up and showed them where the money was taken out of my account. So do yourself a favor and take the extra time to drive to literally anywhere else.Update 4 days later and the money that the manager promised was going to be back in my account that they didn’t charge me for and it still isn’t and the 1-800 won’t refund it because it says I picked up the items but I never did because according to the store they weren’t paid for
Not a bad store but it’s over priced and line to check out is always ridiculous. I find the Boca one has more stuff and i don’t wait as long.
Once in awhile you get someone nice and helpful but I usually leave disappointed...especially with balloon orders. They can never seem to find the order...our balloons had floated down one of the aisles or we’re given the wrong order!! Dollar store balloons are just as good and you might as well save some $$.
Horrible and rude Manager Shelly. I asked for help to get a item off the top shelf and Shelly replied that there is nobody to help me because she only had one employee working and that employee is working the register & Shelly is busy with balloons. I had to climb the shelves to get my Hawaiian decor myself all the way up top and yes I busted my butt doing it. I waited in line for at least 35min, customers were getting mad for the long wait and everybody was asking for assistants and all Shelly can say to everyone that everyone needs to be patient and to hold on. Not even a sorry to the customers. The employee at the register was so slow and everyone agreed. She had the rudest attitude and no communication skills, when someone says hi or thank you you reply back dont look at them with a stank face when they are being kind to you. NOW I SEE WHY PEOPLE TOLD ME TO ORDER OFF ONLINE...GET A NEW MANGER AND BETTER EFFICIENT EMPLOYEES. ALSO THANK YOU SHELLY FOR TELLING ME TO GOOGLE CORPORATE NUMBER MYSELF. YOU ARE SO HELPFUL

The Saturday before Halloween you know this place is going to be packed. My boyfriend and I wandered in looking for last minute costumes, along with everyone else! The staff was working quickly, efficiently and were so friendly. The line to check out wrapped around the store, but we only waited 5-10 minutes. Thats a good working team!

Long wait in a short line. It takes 2 associates to handle 1 cash register? Entering every customers email? Seriously? Will never shop there again. I went on a week night. I cant imagine the service close to a holiday or weekend.
One of the worst businesses in the area. Staff will avoid eye contact even in order to not help you. Two staff members were chatting by the register while I clearly needed assistance and as soon I looked at them for help they spread and went away. At least five staff members were around the store not one of them asked if I needed assistance. Besides the apathetic greetings at the register do not expect too much for this store

Typical chain party store with mediocre service. Sometimes you can catch a bargain after a holiday or a cute gift for someone. Their card section is always worth a laugh. Reasonable hours and typically busy.

All of the pricing in the store is wrong. You take your time carefully picking items within your budget, only to go to check out and everything is increased. Theres a helium shortage apparently so all of the balloons that include helium are more money which isnt shown on the price tag. Grabbed a wig for $11.99, only to go to checkout and its actually $16.99. Grabbed a candle for $1.99 then its $2.49, grabbed a balloon for $2.99 now it $3.49, among many other items where this happened. This is absolutely illegal and quite frankly, embarrassing to have to put things back once at checkout because you can no longer afford the total. This place is running down. Either close up, or clean up your store.
Place is a joke, just read the prior reviews as I didnt until I went and I learned how to waste 2hrs if my day for nothing. Dont even bother going I went to get a costume for my daughter which it said online they had 3 available I went there and asked for it and within 10sec of checking the back the woman said were all out. My daughter cried and the lady who helped me as I was walking away started fake crying.

Worst customer service ever!!!! If there’s a zero I would definitely do it! I called the store to confirm if the item online is match in the store, the online says there’s 28 item on this store and they put me on hold for 30 minutes!!!! Called them back and the girl has an attitude. This store needs more training including the managers!!!!
Love this party city. The manager is always available on the floor and very informative and attentive as you walk in. They have all the party supplies I needed for a quick get together.

Each time I’ve been to that store the cashier Linda has been horrible towards me. Owing to her latest stint in ineptness, the manager, Anthony gave me my entire balloon order free of charge. Linda, please treat the customers with greater regard.
Went in to get balloons and went to the balloon counter. There was a line at the register with only a couple people there and some other in the store walking around. After 5 minutes of waiting someone came up and told us we have to go through the line first, which is never what we had to do before. Instead of taking us immediately we had to wait for about 10min to even get the balloon order in. While my friend waited I went to the bathroom which with disgusting. Only 1 of the bathrooms was usable and only a few pieces of toilet paper left. The tampon box was OVERFLOWING. That doesnt happen in 1 day... Another toilet was clogged with toilet paper the other was dirty.
Too expensive... One can find what one needs someplace else for a better price than at Party City

I called yesterday to place an order for balloons for a party. I was told by the manager in the Boynton Beach store that they do not let you place balloon orders over the phone and that I had to come in. I have been planning this party for two weeks and I absolutely did not have time to drive all the way there just to place the order so I really wanted to do it over the phone. Apparently, they dont want my business because I called the West Palm Party City on Okeechobee blvd. and they had no problem taking my order over the phone. They even set aside extra specialty balloons because I was undecided on them so I can decide when I pick up all the other balloons. Really great customer service over the phone from the WPB store. The Boynton store is a disappointment. Ill never go back to the Boynton location again even though its the closest location to where I live. Ill gladly drive out of my way 20 minutes to get better customer service.

This is the absolute worst store if you ever need to buy balloons. Last month was my first daughters birthday and my sister-in-law bought her balloons and we went to pick them up the day of the party. They were half deflated! And the employee had the nerve to tel us its bc its hot outside????? Then just last week i went in to buy 6 balloons. Just 6. There was a line out the door of people who had purchased balloons and were waiting to have them blown up. Not to mention the orders they were running behind on. They had 4 people working balloons and i stood tuere for 20 minutes and ended up leaving without my balloons being inflated. The employees are rude and they dont care
Dont order online to pick up in the store. Atleast not at this store. Im not a fan of writing bad reviews but this was ridiculous... Tried to save myself time by ordering my halloween decorations online the evening of 10/18. In the morning, 10/19 at around 9:30am I got a call from a woman at Party City saying that one of the items I ordered is out of stock (a 9-piece witch buffet kit). Which sucked because that was my most anticipated item. And online, it showed that this location still had 3 in stock. But the girl on the phone told me, dont believe the numbers online - theyre usually wrong. Gee, great. I ask the girl on the phone to see if any nearby locations still had the item. She put me on hold for literally 5 seconds and then says nope, both east and west boca are out as well. Ok, not their fault, I get it. So later that day I go in to pick up what I ordered online. I work until 9pm so I arrived 15minutes to close at 9:45pm, since my job is in Boca. I hate being one of the last customers but, atleast I ordered ahead. The cashier checks the bag with me. I already know my one item is out of stock, but now a halloween banner that I ordered online looks COMPLETELY different than the one I ordered. I tell the cashier. Immediately she says, Thats the only halloween banner we have. I show her the picture of what I ordered online and she says, Well this is what it actually looks like. She was very quick to respond in that Im right, youre wrong attitude. But this banner didnt even have the specific features of the banner I ordered, like black outlined borders as seen in its picture. Anywho, I knew there were more halloween banners so I ask if I can pick out another banner in place of this one. She says sure, you havent paid for these yet anyways. Sometimes customers swear they already paid online for their items but I have to tell them, no, and to double check their email. The whole time Im trying so hard to ignore this persons attitude..I go to the halloween aisle. Guess what? I ACTUALLY find the CORRECT banner I ordered, within seconds. AND I find the other item I was told earlier was out of stock. There WERE 3 left. I was happy to find the item, as well as the correct banner, but was really upset from how little the person who put my bag together seemed to pay attention to what was in stock/what the correct items looked like that I purchased. And the cashiers defensiveness of the bag she didnt prepare. I go back to the counter with the items. She acts surprised that I found them. She then starts to tell me that her foot has been broken so she hasnt been searching the aisles and has only stayed behind the register...Ok, Im not blaming you...Then as shes bagging my items she starts saying how she has to stay until 12pm and then drive to Fort Lauderdale, where she lives, and that her life sucks....Ok...Why am I being told this? I stayed quiet. What about me? I work 12pm-9pm and drove from my office in Boca to Boynton (since this is the closest location to my home) to pick up items I pre-ordered just to end up finding my correct items myself and then drive home finally at 10:15pm after speaking with an ill-attitude teenager. The whole trip got me pretty heated low key. But seriously Party City of Boynton? Customer service is a fail AND ability to prepare items for customers they ordered online.
You can find lots of decorative items for all of your parties. Birthdays, graduations, weddings, etc...

Im glad they have a sign outside stating that they have helium because its always an issue and the one time that I did not need balloons they had helium.
This place gets worse and worse each time i go. goodness i can be here all day...well in the middle of march i ordered some balloons for a wedding shower i was hosting. i ordered to pick them up @ 9am sunday april 2nd. I told the young lady at the register. She was sooo focused on gossiping on her walkie talkie she did not inform me that they are not open that early on sundays, so i showed up late to the event i hosted. last night (april 15) i went in an ordered a balloon for the bachelorette, you know, the LARGE baloon all nice and pretty... well as i walked into the hotel where the party was, my large gorgeous balloon blew away (the young man that blew up the balloon tied ONE very LOOSE knot... i have been going there for 5years too long. smh... i will literally be giving the dollar store up the street more business from now on

I would like my full return back I had called on Sunday to ask if I had bought a fog machine and wanted to return the item that there would be no problem. We bought the fog machine from your boynton beach location that same day to try it out. The machine sucked to be quite honest barely gave any fog. We brought it back the following Tuesday two days after buying and speaking to a employee and was told we could only get store credit. The manager was extremely ride to me calling me honey. Needless to say Im upset I would have never bought the product of the women told me I could not rerun for a full refund. Also why wasnt my fiancé informed that there were no returns on Holloween items -after a certain time? I say this with much respect Karma is real and trust me karma will get you guys if faithful party city shoppers are treated this way.
