Everything “cooked” in a microwave, ewww! Milk for coffee in cantor was curdled. Place is DIRTY!!

Refused to honor my coupon, made up an excuse about a dispute with their vendor. Rude service, will never go here again even to use restroom.

Just ordered from this place with door dash. Brunch box was infested with cockroaches. Disgusting. Filthy. Unacceptable. In the garbage where this establishment belongs...

Worst breakfast spot in Boynton Beach. The staff is rude and only works at a pace that suits their needs. I highly recommend Brooklyn Water Bagel in Boynton Beach or Delray Beach. Both the food and service are better and you wont leave feeling like your business wasnt appreciated.

This location is “Struggle City USA”. I’ve been here three times and the one thing you are guaranteed is depressed and borderline suicidal employees. No one here smiles or seems to enjoy their job.

Ordered for the whole family family took a seat outside waited 30 min to find out they forgot to put the order thru... to top it off their co2 delivery pulled up while connecting spewing co2 cloud kids present ... Noone notified to move but we did, food not the best .

Went there at 12:23 and they on only have 5% of bagels. I took a picture this is Unsatisfactory to provide this type of customer service when you don’t close for another three hours and you don’t have enough bagels I wanted the asiago bagel and they didn’t have any. I just don’t understand why at 12 o’clock you’re out of bagels that sounds sad when the bins are empty replaced him with other bagels simple fact customer service they say a picture is worth 1000 words I’ll try to post a picture

This location was clean, with excellent bagels and lox and friendly and fast, safe service. I ate my bagel outside at one of the two tables there and enjoyed the Covid- safe experience and breakfast.

Fast and friendly service. The bagel variety is limited but otherwise a good location.

The bagels here are really good however that is all I can recommend here Ive never gotten an egg sandwich because I dont eat eggs at the bagels are made fresh every day this location is wheelchair accessible they have a beautiful variety of fresh-squeezed drinks the breakfast as well as they always have friendly service the place looked clean and they were very friendly Im always happy when I come to this bagel store :-)

Amazing bagels

Delicious bagels but dont go here in a hurry unless you hit it up in the off hours. Fairly clean and quiet. Staff are pleasant but not in a rush. You need to specify if you want the bagels sliced and this will add to wait time considerably. Some bagels may be unavailable post-rush. Some of their pastries are also delicious but I wasnt impressed by the hash brown cup thing.

Best bagels ever. I like the black Russian - pumpernickel with sesame seeds - but any variety is delicious. Just the right amount of chewiness.

Food missing from order

If you feel like having a Dunkin Donuts artificial egg sandwich at the price of a fresh breakfast and being charged $ 3.40$ just to add cream cheese on your bagel than come here. I would give it 0 stars if I could! $19 for 2 bagels and a small bottle of OJ.

Very slow service, which is a result of poor management. Front counter has 5 people on line waiting, yet there are only 2 people on counter to assist & 2 people in back conversing. Manager needs to address the customers waiting and personally jump in to assist as needed. Service has really gone down hill recently. Food is good, service not so much.

Food was edible, customer service deplorable/ non-existent. Spoke with Manager today to alert her of problems, will revisit seeking improvement.

I work at Einstein Bagels in Boynton Beach and stumbled across these online reviews and was quite disturbed. I wanted to let all that may come across these reviews as I have to know that we have made major changes since the last review has been posted (a little more than a year ago). I hope that all are willing to come back in and give us another shot. At Einsteins we take great pride in being friendly and having great quality and being reasonably priced. I hope by posting this, it will put a more positive notation into some minds.

I just moved to the area a few months ago and have started coming here several times a week for a bagel and shmear in the morning. The bagels are delicious, the service is good and the workers are always very friendly. They already have my regular order down and always go out of their way to make sure Im content with my order. Great place to go for a bagel and coffee.

Bagels are great. Service is great. Only issue is its like order on one register then scoot over 5 feet to deal with a new person to swipe my card. Could be made simpler

I have been to many different Einstein locations all over the US. It is our go to when we don’t have time for a sit down breakfast. This was the worst one we have ever been to. The staff was cold, unhelpful, and really indifferent about our experience here. They were out of cinnamon raisin bagels and didn’t try to help explain what they did have in stock, every request was a bother to them, put our names incorrect on the order so we didn’t know which was ours, and we won’t be returning to Einstein’s. Brooklyn water bagel was closer to our location anyways.Edit: if I could give this 0 starts I would, they charged me $3 for cream cheese spread & it isn’t even on the sandwich, I got a dollop of avocado & this is the saddest $8 sandwich I’ve ever seen.

Normally I would give this restaurant 5 stars and up until now the staff was on the mark. There was a change in the entire staff. Not for the better! Yesterday I went to my local Einstein Cafe for breakfast. I had a $1 credit, no time limit and a $2 coupon, 2 day coupon. The cashier choose my $1 coupon eventhough I presented my cell phone bar code for the $2. When I asked her why, she said that my account only showed the $1. When I called customer service, I got the same response. I am totally disappointed in my local Einstein Cafe.

The service was super slow, they got my order wrong because I ordered a plain bagel with egg and the eggs were fried with pepper. The second bagel had strawberry cream cheese and I just wanted strawberry jam. The place wasnt that clean and too small. Well NEVER go back there!!!

Went here for breakfast with a co-worker this morning. He ordered the All-Nighter sandwich which is supposed to come with an aoli sauce. Instead it came with a butter/oil spread. When he asked why it didnt have aoli, he was informed that even though it says aoli, it is actually just a squirt of this oily mess. Not to mention the overall sadness of this sandwich. Thank God I just ordered a bagel. #Fail #FalseAdvertising

I generally do not like the bagels here in South florida (too large and fluffy), but I was surprised by the product from this chain bagel restaurant. Not exactly a NY style bagel place but better than many Ive tried down here. Choices include some sandwiches that are not traditional bagel place fare. But the world is changing around me, & some like the egg and Churiso on Jalapeno bagel was surprisingly good.

It was nice. The coffe is great. However the salmon spread on my bagel was very thin.it was wet stuff but no salmon😧

We live around the corner from this location and the handful of times we have been there, they always get our order wrong! Today, their receipt printer was not working, and we get our order home and again its completely wrong. We take the food back and the lady behind the counter refuses to help us or even acknowledge she made the bagels wrong because we had no receipt. This place is a joke and is in serious need of all new management.

Came in and the shop was a little busy no big deal. However after placing my order and waiting to pay. I watch as the cashier went from cracking raw eggs to doing cash transactions, making coffee drinks to making sandwiches all the while not bothering to wash her hands. After working a year and half in the fast food industry that is a recipe for cross contamination and getting a store shut down if someone gets sick. There is no excuse that this should of happened none at all.

First off the employees here are nice. Anything past 11 there is not a good selection of bagels ever. been here 3 times and havent been able to get a plain bagel (which is the most popular) if it is the most popular wouldnt you make more. Management has to be horrible because there is no excuse. The excuse i got is baker leaves at 10. Poor management wont be coming here anymore.

Those guys have no idea what they are doing, the job is simple and they miss my order, when i went at the cashier to pay, 3 feet away, she didnt know what i ordered because the first girl didnt take case about it. Service today is getting low and low. Unacceptable.

My first time at Einstein. The layout of this location is pretty cramped and awkward with the way you have to order and then walk to the opposite side to pay. We came in when it wasnt busy but its scary to think of how cramped it would be if there were even 4 or 5 more customers in line. The menu has a large selection of sandwiches to choose from but doesnt really describe what is on the sandwiches.The service wasnt bad just kind of lack luster. More of just tell me what you want kind of deal.I got the crispy chicken and tator sandwich. The bagel was alright but the chicken was super dry and when I went to bite into it it was tough and didnt want to come apart thus my sandwich just became more of a hassle to eat instead of just enjoying it.I also got the blended coffee. It tasted great just it was filled halfway up the cup and the rest was whipped cream. Not really worth the $4 something I paid for it.Id be willing to go back if I wanted just a bagel and cream cheese as I was passing by or something but otherwise just not impressed at all.

The place was not as busy at 12:45 as it used to be. More than 1/2 empty. Their prices have gone up quite a bit. They charge $5 or $6 for a bagel and egg sandwich which you can get in nearby restaurants for $3-4. My sandwich was ok but not worth the price.

Better get there early if you want a decent selection otherwise they’re the best bagels ever and that crew that works there couldn’t be nicer or more courteous especially in this area

Wow... This place is really dirty. My husband and I went there for breakfast and I almost wanted to walk out upon sight of the inside. There were crumbs ALL over the floor and chairs. I should have taken pix. It was so disgusting. It was packed, though, so I decided Id give it a chance. All i can say is at least the food didnt make us sick. It wasnt even good. I ordered an egg, mushroom, spinach and swiss on a plain bagel w/ a tea. It was completely bland. Er... at least the tea was okay? Will never go to this crusty, filthy place again.

Most lazy and rude employees! I have stopped at this location several times on my way to work to get a quick breakfast. EVERY SINGLE TIME my order is incorrect. I usually check, but what is the point in arguing with a lazy employee? Management seriously needs to rethink who they hire. Go somewhere else because this location S-U-C-K-S!!

Went the other day, waited in line for about five minutes, line hadnt moved. left frustrated as there were four or five associates there, but only one was serving customers. i really couldnt tell you what the rest were doing!

This was my first time there and as I waited for several minutes for the cashier to call on me, he called on another person. None of the staff spoke to me nor informed me that theres a separate line to order food and another to pay. They were not busy. The customer service is horrible.

I have been here 2 months ago to reedem my legit coupon from SaveAround and they didnt honor it even if it wasnt expired. I was very disappointed. I spent money for those coupons and they were the only restaurant in the book that turned them down. How can such a big chain not honoring their coupons?!? I wont come back.
