PLEASE READ before renting.First of all, Jennifer, one who works there is a nice person. She is the reason I still left a star (even if 0 star is an option)However, their management system is a complete failure.In summary: 1. the unit gets broken into easily. 2. they will charge you a fee for no reason. 3. there is also no way to get in touch with anyone in charge.My unit got broken into on a Friday. I called them and made an APPOINTMENT to unlock the new storage they gave me. I drove 12 hours the night before just to meet them. After 30 mins passed the appointment time, I start to call their customer service. On that day I called them more than 80 times, and less than 10 of them got picked up. Yet I got the same answer every single time: Someone will get back to you.4 hours later, still no one showed up. I am on an emergency leave and cant stay there anymore. Luckily I can move my stuff to a unlocked empty unit. Then I drive another 12 hours back to work.The day after, they charged me a FEE to move my stuff to a new unit. (Should I be happy about not getting charged for losing my property? )Besides, they also reset my rent. I was getting a discount for being active duty military and using my own insurance. Now, because I moved to another unit, the rate got reset, which doubled the amount I pay.It happened in late August and I called them twice a day EVERY DAY, until now. They only picked up my phone ONE time. The answer I got is they sent an email to the management already. I start to email their management later. They probably deleted my email without even looking.Now I give up. I dont want to talk to them anymore. I will move out as soon as I find out where is my next duty station.If you are a new customer, please do not rent with them. Find somewhere thats more secure and responsible.

Nice size storage for a good cheaper than the others

I was barely a customer for two months, my rate went from $41 to $55, yet I was only notified by mail of a $7 arbitrary price increase, which I also had never agreed to. So, I am canceling after this month. I was warned by a friend that SOA liked to increase the rates once your belongings are moved in, and I should have listened to them. Terrible service all around.

Ive been with them for 2 years. They raised prices six times within those two years and I was not notified of the price increase a single time! They, literally, just started taking extra money out of my account six times. No email, call, text, etc. Theyve made me go negative in my account because I had budgeted the agreed rate, then they would take out more - seriously, watch your account with them. Plus, theyre hard as hell to get ahold of. I had a large unit and a small unit that started price at $65 for both. It is now $132. I recently sold what was inside and am canceling my unit to prevent any price increases again.My stuff inside was also ruined. Some instillation in the ceiling fell through and molded almost all of my belongings. They only deal with you during business hours and some phone number - so again its hard as hell to talk to them about it.

Went storage the storage unit was locked with red lock talked to some guys there that had been there for 5 hrs needing help cause they paid their bill and these place locked up their unit and on top of tht their was 3 more different people with the same problem so no dont do it I demand a refund

My stuff got molded bc the units insulation fell in at some point. I am going to have to file an insurance claim to recoup some of my stuff.

Dont recommend, gate always broke, no one ever there to help you. Hard to make a payment then they want to charge a late fee, believe they do this on purpose, this the.one on 68/80 bowling green.

Horrible. Every single item from my unit was stolen due to the companys negligence. No cameras, no security, and all I received back from the company was an apology. NEVER store here

Very expensive for storage and they lock you out if your 2days late and make you pay an extra $30. Then when you pay they wont unlock unless you are there to remind them during work hours. I dont recommend this storage at all.

So my unit has been broken into 2 times in one month. The employee named Jessica laughed when I told her this. She would not give me the security footage, nor give me an update on the first time the unit was broken into. In fact, she offered to sell us a new lock after the first incident, which we purchased. A couple weeks later she tells us the lock has been opened and come to find out, our belongings had been vandalized and several expensive pieces of furniture were stolen.

I reserved a unit at the quoted price online, which charged me immediately, then the receipt showed Id owe the next months price again... in four days. Thus I was charged $32 for literally 4 days and the NEXT payment was due again at the start of the month...for $45. I tried to call the office twice the next morning and no response; called the 800 number who could not help me. I cancelled my reservation, all within roughly 24 hours. No phone call, no refund.

Easy rental and check in. Friendly staff. Very informative. Nice to rent from.

Mold throughout the entire unit. Almost a complete loss. Had insurance but the insurance doesnt cover mold.

I’ve had a unit at this facility for over five years before storage unit rentals of America even owned it. Saying that it has gone downhill since they bought it is the nicest way I can say about this place. The facility used to be 24 seven access now you can only get in from 6am to 10pm. The manager stays in Franklin Kentucky and I don’t know if they ever come to the Bowling Green units on Russelville Road that they also own. If you need to sign a paper or see the manager for whatever reason you are expected to drive to Franklin. no one cleans up the grounds. I called them to tell them that someone was breaking in the units and nothing was done about it so it just kept happening. And the Best part is that they increase your monthly bill every 2 to 3 months for no reason whatsoever. When you call them and ask them why they cannot tell you anything . So you may be paying $70 for a unit and your neighbor with the same size unit might be paying $45. It’s literally pick and choose. If my bill is gna increase every 3 months I expect to see my money going towards improvements in security or something but no nothing. Not a single thing. This place is a joke. And the $12 a month insurance will only pay out $2000 if you are broken into. I was cleaning out my vehicle by the dumpster one day and I still don’t know who this man was but he never spoke a word to me he just preceded to block the entrance so I couldn’t leave and called the cops on me twice for what reason I still don’t know. As a single woman, that’s a scary feeling being blocked in with no way to escape by two men. Once I showed the bgpd that I had a unit there I was free to leave. Then when u call to talk to someone they’re in a call center 100 miles away. So basically don’t rent from these people unless like you just like unfair pricing, horrible customer service and no security for your belongings. I have to leave one star bc google won’t accept no stars.

Dont fool with this place, run down and horrible shape. No one local. Said I reserved a 10×30, got to site called them . They were in another state and didnt even have that size unit.
