Wonderful what a way to start off your anniversary, amazing staff

The Best customer service !!! They kept me updated every step of the way !! I live over 4 hours away from this store, and I’d travel it just to deal with the lovely ladies who work their ! I had my engagement ring and wedding band sized and cleaned and they texted me from their own personal phone to let me know my items was shipped ! Like who does that ??? 10/10 ! I will do all my future business at this location !

I used to buy my watches online and from department stores until I met Casey at Zales. Most people at the chain stores pretty much sell the highest price thing they can which isnt a watch. She took the time to show me and educate me on the Eco Drive which i had no idea about. That alone is why I always go see her first before anything.

My husband is a trucker and the first time he was home long enough to look at rings the saleswoman showed us a million especially from disney and vera wang. She did everything to make it affordable but we couldnt get it at the time. This week we finally got to purchase the Vera Wang Love Collection ring of my dreams and she helped us and got us an amazing sale price. This was The best experience I could’ve asked for during this special time. Also because it took me five months to get my ring due to Covid Zales kept in touch with me the entire time via email letting me know what was going on, where it was, where it was going, Etc. This is a great company and I couldn’t recommend them more to use on your special day!

I always come to Zales every time I need jewelry! But on one occasion, two of the employees went above and beyond. Rose and Casey exceed in customer service skills and are very kind individuals. I went in to have my fiancé’s ring inspected and cleaned with our wedding just a few weeks away, and they hooked me up with an even better deal to surprise my fiancé with! Make sure you go to zales and ask for Rose or Casey.
