Went to tile trends to see if they could help pick out a backsplash tile we would like. they listened to what our tastes were.and showed us a nice assortment of tiles . I have a pending remodel and was looking for accent tile. Amazing selection. Polly was amazing in helping me find something that wouldnt have a long delivery timeline. I found a unique and gorgeous tile to use in my remodel....plus i saw several other tile styles that would be amazing for a fireplace makeover. I will be going back when I need more tile.

Tile Trends of BG has a wide variety of quality products. I have ordered from them multiple times over 10 years and been very pleased with the selection and information available about their products.They are very busy, so at times I have had to wait depending on when I went in, but when it was my turn I have been entirely pleased with the service I have received.

Tried to return tile, received attitude instead.Facts: I went in to return a full box of tile. To get me to leave, they claimed they would call about a restocking fee during a weekday. I said, it doesnt sound like youre going to try very hard. The woman at the counter said, maybe I wont now.Results: I wont get $30 back for a box of tile. BFD. They wont get any of my contracting business, which includes approximately 10 houses/month. The best thing we contractors can do, is try a personal experience like this. Now we know what kind of business were dealing with on a large scale.To the weekend warrior... better get your measurements right and not order scrap, because apparently you cant return it.
