I went with Chris. He looked at shoes for work at pinnacle plastics. He ended up ordering a pair. It is a week later and he has not heard from them yet (7:10am) as to if they have arrived at this store. He plans on stopping by after noon. I may have seen something, but I have no money left for the month. So I have to wait.

Customer service was amazing! I had 5 kids to get shoes for and everyone was so patient and helpful. 🙂

This store is so cool, lovin the Charlies, dont know what I would do without them. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have limited shoe styles but have some okay ones! Manager is pretty cool too.

Came here to look for dress shoes and maybe some boots (there was an ad for boot bogo). Left with 4 pairs of boots, 1 pair of dress shoes, and 2 pairs of nice casual shoes for my wife and I. Decent prices and selection. I had never been to a shoe sensation until today and I will go back. Sizes were whatever was on the shelf. They have a good selection of wides too, which both my son and I need. Glad we went!

Wonderful customer service! They will offer online discounts if theyre available and apply it to your purchase for you. Will continue to purchase shoes from here. Im glad theyre still open safely!

One of the few store that carry larger sizes in womens shoes. Would love if they had more variety I those sizes. My daughter wears a 11 or 12 and we have a terrible time finding dress shoes, flats, and sandals.

Walking into shoe sensation, the former manager and one of his associates were very welcoming! They directed me to one of their amazing representatives, Abigail, who helped me pick out a pair of shoes that have honestly saved my job, my exercise routine, and my lower back lolThe prices are good and the shoes are quality. I definitely have my new spot!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Abbie is wonderful and Al is an awesome guy. Apparently employees at this store are being ruthlessly harassed by a crazy woman that got fired from the store next door, who is now posting stuff all over the internet that will eventually get her slapped with slander and harassment charges. I’d say check this place out for yourself, and don’t pay any mind to entitled old harpies trying to start teenage drama ✌🏻

I love shopping here. Im pretty sure its the owner or manager that is there everytime. He always offers deals and discounts and is very reasonable.

I absolutely love this store. The staff, especially management are so kind and helpful. They really go above and beyond to give you a good deal and help you find what you need. Thats why I keep going back, for the great deals and the A+ customer care and service.

Staff were polite and helpful. But the store had product stacked in the aisles which made moving thru the store difficult. If someone was a walker or wheelchair then they wouldnt be able to shop at this store.

Don’t conversate with certain employees there because you may lose your job due to false accusations.,bought a pair of shoes that were alittle too big and I used the word JIGGY RIG.. in a conversation that was all about the shoes.. I was off the clock and not in my store the girl called my corporate office claiming I used racial slurs.. I got terminated.. soo now my good character and my clean work record blemished with using racial slurs.. to customers which is false... my three stars goes to the the young lady that helped me and AL the manger..were super nice.. but will NOT shop there again due to this one individual ....
