What a wonderful job of building our cabinets and designing and installed with Crown Moulding. We are so very pleased. Such a great group of people. From the very beginning until they cleaned up after all Kit cabinets were installed. Thank again guys GREAT JOB!

Right now construction work is so busy that you may have to wait on these guys because they are booked. No wonder because their work is amazing. They built my cabinets here in this town and they are everything we expected plus more. The whole team is doing a great job. The installer came on time and wow is all I can say. I sent two messages on the website with no reply. So today, I called to inquire about getting a pantry made for my kitchen. I have never been made to feel like a company didnt want my business as much as this company did.I started by asking if it cost money to have someone come out and give an estimate. I dont know exact measurements of what I want because I have never done this before and need their advice. I was told that they should charge but dont.I was then told they were three months backed up on work and weeks out for getting people to come out to my house. So I asked if I could set up an appointment to have someone come out in six weeks when I will have a completely open schedule. I was informed that is too far out to make an appointment and I would need to call back when it is a couple weeks out. However, I dont understand why I am told they are that backed up weeks but I was not allowed to make an appointment for six weeks out. If there is multiple weeks Id have to wait to get someone to come to my house, why wouldnt I be able to make an appointment now?I just felt that there was so much resistance in helping me and my business was not important or desired.This may be a wonderful company, but I guess I will never know. I couldnt even get on their books because (as I was told) they have piles of papers everywhere and my estimate cannot even be scheduled.This is very poor customer service. I have several projects I will need over the next couple years and this company clearly too busy to work with me.*Update: I noticed after posting that the description here says they are able to meet on Fridays and Saturdays by appointment. I specifically asked about Saturdays and was told they dont work Saturdays. This is a frustrating contradiction.
