So this is a 4 star. Reason being is this is a college store and wow the prices are like shopping on the magnificent mile in Chicago. 40 dollars for a t-shirt a little much..... but on the cool side the store is huge. Their is a bank apple store and a mini staples like store. Very well laid out very friendly employees. Just wish the prices were a little more reasonable

As a non-traditional student, Im not usually on campus, but the lines were not too bad considering it was the first day of classes. My online order was misplaced, but the staff member was able to retrieve another copy quickly.

I love the clothes but a bit pricey for me.

When you enter here, you know you in WKU store, full of red ♥️ and white. The items are standard and affordable.

Will provide no notification of upcoming rental due dates so be aware that they are purposely going to try and make you buy that rental copy. This school isnt much better than a scam and should be completely avoided. Along with having spent almost 2 hours waiting for checkout

I wasnt there.... I got stopped by the campus cops for trying to take a older co worker home the officer lied about what happened I was watching him and no one stopped to say anything to him but he claimed someone had said I flipped him off...he said he didnt believe what I said

Had a blast working for them. Just wished all the coworker werent spoiled college cry babies. Management was cool though.

Incredibly overpriced books. Of the 3 semesters I have tried to reserve books here, I have ALWAYS had an issue receiving them. This semester, they reserved books for me and charged my account for it even though I never signed up for the reservation program!! Just buy off Amazon!!

The staff is excellent but only recieves 3 stars from me due to the incredibly high prices.

Little assistance from workers when requested. Prices way too high. Large selection but much was unappealing to the general WKU fan or student.

They have the best selection of wku merchandise in town. Check it out every semester as they always cycle new items through the store.
