Good store and friendly service. Good selection & prices- hard alcohol, beer, mixers & tobacco.

I dont typically rate liquor stores. I think Ive rated one and that was due to them having an awesome selection. We were in the area picking up some items from an auction and decided to stop by to check it out. Not only did they have a great selection of bourbon/whiskey their customer service is seriously top notch! My wife and I entered and we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. My wife stated we wanted to check out what bourbon they had. The owner (I think) walked us over to the aisle and proceeded to give us the run down. Pointing out barrel picks and recommending his choice of pour. How awesome is that!? My collection is ever growing so I loved that this gentleman took the time to show us around and provide information on what we should get based on our conversation. Highly recommend this location for all of your drinking needs.

We stopped here last year on our way down to Tennessee and the selection was so good that we wanted to stop again. Well since October when we were there it has changed owners, the selection of beers that they now have isnt no where near what it was. And when we asked any questions about any of their stock or if they had a certain beer we were looking for they guy looked at us like we had 3 heads or something. We will not be stopping again.

Pretty good variety especially for beer but it would help if they would put prices on them. The prices that are posted are nothing special.

Stopped in for a bottle of bourbon my son hadnt had yet, and was not let down. I asked for assistance and was guided to an entire isle of bourbons. Got a few recommendations and chose a bottle. In and out with a quickness, on our trip thru Bowling Green- on the way back to Michigan. Great customer service! My son LOVES the bourbon we picked out and the cool bottle it came in. Thanks for your help!

Never left a review for a liquor store or really anything. But need to. I’ve been going here for a few months and after the second visit the staff new my name. Knew what I liked. Would order things for me. Say hi every time I walk in. Pricing is fair. Their whisky selection is enormous - which is expected because it’s Kentucky. But their craft beer selection is one of the best period. You can find things at this store people wait in line for in Chicago, Grand Rapids, Boston and Fort Collins.If you have a request, they’ll literally order things for you and let you know when it will be there. They’ll let you know when rare stuff is coming in if you’re a regular so you have a chance. It’s a great place.

They have a nice selection of wines. Im always satisfied.

Very large store with almost everything you could possibly need. If they dont have it, they can order it.

Drive thru is open and they always give me a treat for my doggo!

Lied about not having a bottle in stock. Claimed it was for regular customers only when called out about it, but the people who verifiably purchased bottles both before and after me, rarely shopped there. Springhill will get all of my money going forward.Response to owner: you and I haven’t talked about it but on the phone. I’m not sure what’s fair about distributing to some customers and lying to others.

My favorite liquor store to stop at whenever Im in Kentucky. They are well stocked and they always have whatever Im looking for. The staff is extremely helpful

Not sure what happened to Chucks but it doesnt have the selection of liquor it used to. And prices are a bit higher than usual. Im curious if the folks running it are the new owners. I asked the two working but got ignored.i definitely will not be back.

Lisa the store manager and her side kick Christine are a dynamic duo! I got service like I just won the lotto! I said I wanted 5 cases of beer and it was carried out and loaded in my trunk for me. They had no idea that I was disabled and was not capable of the task. GOD BLESS!

Had lost some if its appeal over the years lots if competition around town. Good of locality to people in the area.

I was personally attacked by the owner here, he called the cops on me and my boyfriend after we had spent over $50 on alcohol. The cops stopped us and said we look like a couple who came in and stole a bunch of stuff. We gave the cops our info and left. My boyfriend and his cousin came in a few days later and the same man said if they didnt pay for what they stole to leave, took there IDS and copied them without asking. Later on after I contacted the better buia was bureau some last messaged me on Facebook and apologized and offered us 20% off once. I didnt mention we are regulars here and all of the staff no us!!!!!!!! Not one person stood up for us. The man did call and apologize also but in my opinion it just wasnt what resolved in a good manner.
