These guys are great! They picked up our Cummins diesel dually and my chrysler 300 all at the same time. They fixed the transmission hose on the spot and fed us lunch for free. My family and I were traveling back from a camping trip in Ohio to our home in Michigan. Our tire blew out on the way home on I-75 causing damage to our pop-up. We fixed the tire but it wasn’t in the condition to tow it home from the freeway. Our insurance contacted Wright Tire to come tow it to the shop for us. They were there within 20 minutes. The gentleman who helped us was efficient and practical. He told us they could help us out so we could at least tow it back home. Once we got to the shop, they had the pop-up in a safe driving condition within 30 minutes. In a very stressful situation for our family, this business was calm, professional and affordable. We were able to get it home to fix the damage nearby, instead of leaving it 3 hours from home. A BIG thank you to the worker who literally saved the day for our family! We appreciated your work ethic and taking care of our family as a priority. Thank you!

Came out on a snowy day. I had a dead battery. Got to me fast. A friendly lady pulled up to the driveway and jumped out of the truck. I was in a bad state of mind that day. She delivered service with such a beautiful smile and attitude that it turned my whole day around. Cant say enough good about the service I received.

Saved the day!!! We were on a holiday road trip when my serpentine belt snapped and left me stuck on the side of I-75. We had a 10 hour drive ahead of us and this mishap had the potential to make life difficult for the next 24 hours.Called AAA and these folks responded. Their tow driver was super nice and let us take my dog in the cabin of the truck. He offered to take me to their shop and I agreed. We got there and the front office ladies where so friendly, also inviting my dog to wait with us. They say dogs are a good judge of character and mine adored this crew.The mechanic told me the issue and we spoke about possible remedies. He was open to my input and feedback. Ultimately, he got me back on the road after only an hour and helped me avoid spending my holiday budget on parts I didnt want to replace. I am appreciative of their engaging staff, willingness to work with me, and speed of service. We got to our travel destination that same day in time for dinner!

Required a tow. Waited 2 1/2 hours in an UNSAFE situation for a tow truck on a bright sunny day. Requested ETA 3 times. Told 3 different times. Finally called another company Who came right out no issues. Absolutely no reason for the wait. Ridiculous!

I had an issue with the A/C in my Truck. It was sitting at another shop and they were on day three, trying to diagnose the problem. That shop gave up so on a recommendation from a co-worker I took it to Wright Tire & Auto. I spoke with Andrew, after the phone call my vehicle was to Wrights in 15 minutes (Andrew gave me a ride back to work) He got back to me an hour after my truck was at there location. He let me know the issue, and that the parts would be in the next day. Before noon the following day I had my truck back and A/C blowing cold. I recommend if you need professional service and great customer service take it to Wrights Tire & Auto and speak with Andrew

Tow Boat US contacted them to tow my Expedition and also my boat that I was trailering to a ford dealership. Andrew showed up super quick and was the man! Did a very good job. Super nice and clean tow trucks too. Great experience during a not so great time. And I’ve dealt with tow companies before..... I would recommend to anyone.

My sister was in a terrible accident yesterday and Wright was the company to come pick up the car. The driver was very nice and very knowledgeable. He helped us through. Today when we came to there facility to clean out the car the lady in the office was very helpful. Then that same driver saw us there her came over to see how she was doing and if we needed anything. Excellent, respectful service! Despite my lack of knowledge, I was treated respectfully and had everything explained to me (and was comfortable asking questions)! They gave me straight answers, and helped me out in a time of need. Very reasonably priced for such excellent service!

So these guys have done a lot of work on my cars and towed me a few times. All of their employees are super friendly and know what they are doing. They are the only repair shop that I actually trust that wont sell me stuff I dont need. I highly recommend them.

To have a clean and nice building they sure do have some very unfriendly and unprofessional individuals working and/or running the place. My friends car got towed the day after my graduation by this towing company in the overflow lot of my apartment complex. Taking full responsibility for the car being parked there overnight I call the number on the sign and simply ask him what do we have to do to get the car back. The man said it will be $96.00 (sign says $90 but the other $6 was for taxes). I told him thats fine and that we were on our way to the auto building at the moment. He mentioned that he has to call one of his guys to let him know. We waited for twenty minutes and did not receive a call so we called them back. They man replied I told you Ill call you back. After finally receiving a call back he said his guy will meet us there. From my apartment it only takes about 8 minutes to get there. When we arrived, we waited for a while to give him some time to get there (taking into consideration that it was Sat. and traffic may be crazy). Twenty minutes passed by so we decided to call and ask for an estimate time of when the guy will be there. The man says hell give him a call to see and call us back, but he never did. When we called back this time after waiting for a while someone else answered and said they had no clue wait were talking about, but hell ask somebody to see when the guy is suppose to come out and give us a call back. Keep in mind 40 minutes has passed by and were waiting at the building for somebody to call back and give us a answer (they never did). We remained calmed and call the number back (No one answered). We called back again. This time the original man answered but stated and I quote, You guys are calling this number too much. We replied, if someone would actually call us back we wouldnt be calling this number numerous times. After that incident the guy we have been waiting on finally arrives to the building. He didnt greet us with a Hi or anything. We give him all the information he needs and when Im ready to pay he then tells me NO CARD, cash only. I told him not once did they mention I had to pay in cash. Come to find out, the guy that met us there was actually the guy we talked to over the phone because he said, I told you cash (In reality he really didnt). After this miscommunication I told him thats fine we will go to the ATM to get cash. We asked him how long will he still be at the building and he replied, for another ten minutes. We told him okay, and that well be back soon. We hurried to go get cash, went back to the auto building, and the man was GONE. Lights were off and everything. We only took ten minutes and were shock that he left after we told him well be back. Calling the number again a lady picks up and informs us that he had to go on a PD call and someone should be out in fifteen minutes. That fifteen minutes turned into thirty until someone actually arrived. After this entire incident not once did someone apologize to us! We were trying to maintain our professionalism with them because they had what we needed. Not once did we cuss them out, yell at them for sending us on a wild goose chase over the phone, etc. We were ready to pay them the $96.00 because all we wanted was the car! Yet, they must of not wanted to be bothered that day and it clearly showed through their actions. If youre going to run any business you should ALWAYS inform the customer whats going on. In addition to, controlling your temper. According to them we were calling that number to many times BUT no one was even calling us back. It took us about a hour and a half for us to get the car back and majority of the time we were waiting outside the building for someone to come. At the end of the day, professionalism is key no matter what!!!!! Even though the car was towed, we should get the same amount of respect as someone getting their car worked on. Lastly, DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU! God bless!!

With their busy day, appointments and training going on, they took the time to help us out and get back on the road and on top of that they didnt charge an arm and a leg. I always use them for towing when I have issues on the road or need to have a car delivered. They have two drivers that are great and very cool but then again I dont give them attitudes either. I tried using them for repairs and I have to say they dropped the ball hard on that one. I had CV joint, tie rod, and hub assembly replaced and right after I left the ABS lights were on and found the connection to the brakes werent connected properly. I wrote it off as a simple mistake. Now a few months have passed and the wheel bearings/hub assembly is grinding real loud. I am not sure if they used a bad part, didnt actually replace it, or the part was just a dud. If you need towing go to them every time but for repairs I would look else where but maybe I just got the raw end of the stick this time.

Excellent customer service tonight at 1 am. I called 6 places that told me they could not help me in the Perrysburg area but this gentleman quickly said he would help me and he told me that was to be expected in their area that nobody would help me....24/7 365 but nobody could help me is ridiculous! I’m so thankful they all turned me away so that I could do business with Wright Tire and Auto Repair. Thank you guys for rescuing my driver and charging me a very reasonable price. The only thing I regret is I forgot to get their names. It was a pleasure doing business with y’all.

Id like to thank this shop for fixing up my daughter (a BG student 7 hours from home & dad) most satisfactorily today. She went to Wright Tire & Auto with a flat tire. They plugged it after pulling the screw out of it for a reasonable price. Set my mind at ease. No taking advantage here!

Great prices I’ll give them that. Called once told them I’d call them back. Called them back they said they’d send a truck. Called a third time to check the status of the truck receptionist argued with me whether I told them to send the truck or not then up charged me $20 bucks because he felt like it. I asked what happened to $45 + tax and he responded “$65”. Called another company to tow my vehicle because I’d rather deal with over priced good people then under priced disrespectful people.

So heres a few exerts from the ORC (Ohio Revised Code)4513.601 Private tow-away zones(1) The owner of the private property posts on the property a sign, that is at least eighteen inches by twenty-four inches in size, that is visible from all entrances to the property, and that includes all of the following information:....(1) Prior to towing a vehicle under division (B) of this section, a towing service shall make all reasonable efforts to take as many photographs as necessary to evidence that the vehicle is clearly parked on private property in violation of a private tow-away zone established under division (A) of this section.The towing service shall record the time and date of the photographs taken under this section. The towing service shall retain the photographs and the record of the time and date, in electronic or printed form, for at least thirty days after the date on which the vehicle is recovered by the owner or lienholder or at least two years after the date on which the vehicle was towed, whichever is earlier.As you can see a sign must be visible from all entrances to a parking lot, meaning no sign, no tow. As well the driver must photograph the incident to show that they did indeed tow the car from an illegal parking spot, so when your drivers tow cars from zones without signs and dont photograph, you have broken the law and stolen a vehicle.

I was getting my Car Unlocked by Shipley Automotive tonight and a Employee of yours According to Shipley driver. Long Haired Gentleman in a Red pickup truck appearing to be drunk carrying Alchohol was yelling at me to call a real company, Cursing at us both. Myself and the Tow driver helping me were very unhappy with this. Sad to see someone bad mouthing another company. Everyone has to make money and that is not a good way to go about it. I will no longer Refer any business to this company!

Long story ahead...This morning my car was towed from my boyfriends apartment complex by Wright Tire & Auto LLC in Bowling GreenI had talked to the landlord at the beginning of the semester and asked that if I were to park there overnight, what time would my car need to be out of the parking lot to avoid being towed. I was told from the landlord company that they enforce parking M-F from 9-5.My car was towed this morning and when I went to pick it up & pay my 96 dollar fee, I found out that the towing company wrongfully towed my car at 8:50am.. ten minutes before they were allowed to. It states that time clearly on the invoice I was given.I called them after the fact to let them know this and after they “looked into the situation,” I was informed that the driver put the time in wrong and my car was “actually” towed at 9:10.I texted my mom after I found out my car was towed at 9:09 (seems a little fishy that my car was apparently towed at 9:10)I don’t see how it is my fault that the time was put into the system wrong and it seems to me that all they are doing is lying to a 23 year old so they don’t have to refund me for a wrongful tow. The landlord company told me there is nothing they can do to help me because I would have to take it up with the towing company.Not to mention, they were incredibly rude to me and the only amount of proof they can give to me is when the GPS apparently “left the parking lot” after 9am. The worker I spoke to, Brock told me he was done arguing with me because no matter what, I wasn’t getting my money back. He treated me terribly.I am so frustrated by all of the lies here, I am frustrated by how I was treated and I’m frustrated that I paid 100 bucks for something that they did wrong.

Recently stuck at rest area with truck problems. Single girl, traveling only with her dog, knows nothing about cars. Called nearest place, Wrights, and they sent tow truck out in less than 20 minutes. They must have seen the what next look on my face and assured me they would find the problem. Truck showed no oil but in reality had oil, only a sensor issue. Any place could have taken advantage of me but they topped off my oil, talked to me about problem and sent me on my way. No charge for diagnotics, just tow. Made it home safe and sound. Cant thank them enough. They were swamped with vehicles but looked at my issue immediately. Receiptionist, tow driver, mechanic were all very friendly. Definitly deserve 5 stars !!!

Predatory towing company. We had a couple wedding guest who had parked in private areas. The driver in question had pre booted a car even though he had one on the bed already. He told the people who he was towing that he only accepted cash so no one who he had booted could go anything other than cash. He acted like he was doing a favor for the people that he pre booted by giving a discounted rate.I wouldnt deal with these people if I was locked out of my car and being chased by a horror movie villain. Not that they would respond anyway, they would just be creepin through the offering lots looking for whatever they can tow for a quick $100

Almost always pleased with the service provided, I always start here for service and towing. I have brought a variety of vehicles through the years and have had only 1 complaint afterwards, it was handled most pleasantly and quickly, with no further issues.

Wright Tire & Auto operates an illegal, predatory towing service. They have motorcyclists on patrol notifying their tow truck drivers of cars parked in private parking lots which have no visible tow away signs. As well after towing my companys car illegally, they slashed my back tire.

I woke up and looked out the window to see them towing my truck from the apartment complex for no reason at all when I had a parking pass in my window and I ask the truck driver why hes towing it and his response is I dont know I just got a call to come get it Im pretty sure your supposed to have a reason to tow a vehicle and not just for the hell of it, abunch of bullshit luckily he dropped it because the apartment complex said they never called to towing company so not happy

Do run out of gas because to bring 5 gallon of gas is 42 dollars. There did my wife wrong proby bc she was a women.

I called place when i blew out on 75 to make sure they had my tire in stock.They said they did so i let them know i was going to change the tire then head over there. 30-45min tire change and to get to shop.When i got there for the tire, they had to send someone to go and get it.I was there waiting over an hour because it took them more time to go and Get it at their warehouse than to change it

They tow from places with bent signs 20 feet in the air that you cant read.

They made me pay $453 FIRST before i could gather My Dewalt tools as well as My personal belongings from My vehicle that was totalled.

My father used their services tonight to get out of a ditch when it turned out we didnt have enough to pay them even after he stated he would bring the money in full in the morning as i was about to be paid the driver attempted to goad my father into a fight leaving him to walk home then called the cops stating my father threatened him when the man was twice his size and my fathers 65 years old and maybe 160 pounds so we wont be using this service again and will be calling to speak with the mans boss in the morning
